Description
(1)比誘電率(εr)が大きいこと:真空中のマイクロ波の波長をλ0とすると、この誘電体中の波長λはλ=λ0/√εrとなる。共振器の寸法を√εr分の1にすることができるため、大きなεrの誘電体を用いることにより共振器の小型化が可能になる。
ホモロガス組成物AXR4Ti3+XO12+3Xとして、A=Ba、R=Laが選択され、X=1及び2に対してコレマナイトが添加された。ホモロガス組成物に対するコレマナイトの添加率は0(mass%)(無添加)、0.1(mass%)、0.2(mass%)、0.5(mass%)に調製された。これらの各試料No.1〜No.9に対し、比誘電率εr、品質係数Q・f(GHz)、温度係数τf(ppm/℃)及び密度ρ(g/cm3)が測定された。結果は表1に示されている。
ホモロガス類似組成物AXR4Ti3+XO12+3Xとして、A=Ba、R=Laが選択され、X=0.8、1.5、2.2及び3.0に対してコレマナイトが添加された。ホモロガス類似組成物に対するコレマナイトの添加率は0(mass%)(無添加)、0.1(mass%)、0.2(mass%)に調製された。これらの各試料No.10〜No.18に対し、比誘電率εr、品質係数Q・f(GHz)、温度係数τf(ppm/℃)及び密度ρ(g/cm3)が測定された。結果は表2に示されている。

ホモロガス類似組成物AXR4Ti3+XO12+3Xとして、A=Ba、R=Laが選択され、X=0.8及び1.5に対してBaLa2Ti3O10が添加された。ホモロガス組成物に対するBaLa2Ti3O10の添加率は0(mass%)(無添加)、7(mass%)に調製された。
Claims (3)
- ホモロガス組成物及び/又はホモロガス類似組成物と温度係数改善剤を少なくとも含み、前記ホモロガス組成物がAnR4Ti3+nO12+3n(Aはアルカリ土類金属元素、Rは希土類元素であり、組成比nはn=1、2、4)で表される組成物であり、前記ホモロガス類似組成物がAXR4Ti3+XO12+3X(Aはアルカリ土類金属元素、Rは希土類元素であり、組成比Xは0.5<X<5、但しX=1、2、4の場合を除く)で表される組成物であり、前記ホモロガス組成物及び/又は前記ホモロガス類似組成物が負の温度係数τfを有し、且つ、前記温度係数改善剤が前記温度係数τfを正の値の方向にシフトさせるBaLa2Ti3O10からなり、前記ホモロガス組成物及び/又は前記ホモロガス類似組成物に対する前記BaLa 2 Ti 3 O 10 の含有率が1〜15(mass%)であることを特徴とするマイクロ波誘電体物質。

焼結温度低下剤を含み、前記焼結温度低下剤がコレマナイトからなる請求項1に記載のマイクロ波誘電体物質。

前記コレマナイトの含有率が0.05〜2.0(mass%)である請求項2に記載のマイクロ波誘電体物質。
