Description
Claims (7)
- アンモニア、二酸化炭素および水を含むガス流が発生される脱着カラムを含むカルバメート濃縮ユニットを介して、尿素含有流が存在する熱交換器を含む尿素製造プロセスと連結されたメラミン製造プロセスであって、
アンモニア、二酸化炭素および水を含む該ガス流が該熱交換器へ移送され、ここで、熱が該尿素含有流と交換され、そしてアンモニア、二酸化炭素および水を含む該ガス流が冷却され、そして少なくとも部分的に凝縮されて、カルバミン酸アンモニウム溶液が得られ、これが尿素製造プロセスへ移送されることを特徴とする、プロセス。 - 前記カルバミン酸アンモニウム溶液が、尿素製造プロセスへ移送される前に、先ず、凝縮器において処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記熱交換器がエバポレーターであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 尿素製造プロセスが尿素リアクターを含むプロセスであって、
前記カルバミン酸アンモニウム溶液が、尿素製造プロセスにおける該尿素リアクターへ移送されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。 - 前記カルバミン酸アンモニウム溶液が、尿素製造プロセスにおける前記尿素リアクターへ移送される前に、加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- メラミン反応領域と脱着カラムを含むカルバメート濃縮ユニットとを含み、カルバメート濃縮ユニットを介して、尿素合成セクションの前に熱交換器を含む尿素製造プラントと連結されたメラミン製造プラントであって、
該脱着カラムと該熱交換器とを連結するラインが存在することを特徴とする、プラント。 - 前記熱交換器がエバポレーターであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のプラント。
