Claims (6)
- 冷却により、被濃縮溶液中に氷結晶を生成させて同溶液を固液混合物化する際に、被濃縮溶液中に氷結晶が発生するタイミングになった時に合わせて同被濃縮溶液を加熱手段によって断続的に加熱し、同加熱により、被濃縮溶液中に生じた比較的小なる粒径の氷結晶を融解させてから同被濃縮溶液中に残留する氷結晶を成長させて被濃縮溶液を固液混合物化する溶液の凍結濃縮方法。
- 前記被濃縮溶液中に残留する成長途中にある氷結晶を、加熱手段によって1回以上加熱し、同加熱時に、氷結晶の中で比較的大なる粒径の氷結晶の融解を促進して被濃縮溶液を固液混合物化する請求項1に記載の溶液の凍結濃縮方法。
- 前記加熱手段に、通電加熱装置を用いてなる請求項1または2に記載の溶液の凍結濃縮方法。
- 前記通電加熱装置に有する一対で設けられる電極を、被濃縮溶液を収容して氷結晶を生成する溶液処理槽の周囲に複数配してなる請求項3に記載の溶液の凍結濃縮方法。
- 前記電極に、同時もしくは所定の順に電流を流してなる請求項4に記載の溶液の凍結濃縮方法。
- 前記加熱手段に、マグネトロンを用いてなる請求項1乃至請求項2に記載の溶液の凍結濃縮方法。
