Claims (7)
- 樹脂と繊維を含む複合材料から樹脂と繊維とを分離する方法において、
前記複合材料を、筒状容器の内壁と、前記筒状容器内で回転する回転軸に設けられた打撃部材との間で粉体化したのち、
前記打撃部材の回転運動に伴って回転運動することにより与えられる遠心力の作用により、得られた樹脂粉を前記筒状容器内で前記回転の半径方向外側に、得られた繊維を前記筒状容器内で前記回転の半径方向内側に、分離し、
前記筒状容器の第一出口から前記繊維を排出し、前記筒状容器の第二出口から前記樹脂粉を排出し、前記第一出口は前記第二出口よりも前記回転の半径方向内側にあることを特徴とする樹脂と繊維とを分離する方法。 - 前記打撃部材が、前記筒状容器の内壁に近い位置にあって、回転軸に固定されたロッド固定部材に回転軸と略平行に設けられた複数のロッドに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂と繊維とを分離する方法。
- 前記ロッド固定部材が、開口又は切欠きを有していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の樹脂と繊維とを分離する方法。
- 前記筒状容器の内壁と前記打撃部材との間が、1〜20mmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂と繊維とを分離する方法。
- 前記複合材料が、予め100mm以下とされたチップ状又はシート状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂と繊維とを分離する方法。
- 前記打撃部材が、その先端の周速が100m/s以上で回転することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂と繊維とを分離する方法。
- 前記筒状容器が、略水平方向に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の樹脂と繊維とを分離する方法。
