Claims (4)
- ガス運搬船における漏出されたガスの感知方法であって、
漏出されたガスを前記ガス運搬船に設けられた複数の直接方式ガス感知器により感知する感知段階と、
前記複数の直接方式ガス感知器のうち、1台以上の直接方式ガス感知器で感知した感知ガス値が所定の警報発令限界値以上なら、警報アラームを作動させるとともに、前記ガス運搬船に設けられた強制排気ファンを稼動させる警報アラーム作動段階と、
前記複数の直接方式ガス感知器のうち、2台以上の直接方式ガス感知器で感知した感知ガス値の全てが所定の非常停止限界値以上なら、前記ガス運搬船に設けられた非常停止システムを作動させる非常停止段階と、
を含み、
前記直接方式ガス感知器は、赤外線を放出する送信部と、前記送信部から放出される赤外線を受信する受信部と、前記送信部と前記受信部との間に設けられる赤外線ガス感知ラインとを有し、
前記受信部は、漏出されたガスが前記赤外線ガス感知ラインに到達すると、赤外線の感度変化を把握してガス漏出を感知すること
を特徴とするガス運搬船における漏出されたガスの感知方法。 - 前記強制排気ファンを稼動させた後、前記複数の直接方式ガス感知器の全てにより漏出されたガスを再感知するガス再感知段階を更に含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス運搬船における漏出されたガスの感知方法。 - 前記複数の直接方式ガス感知器により再感知された感知ガス値の全てが前記警報発令限界値未満である場合、前記警報アラームの作動を解除するとともに、前記強制排気ファンの稼動を中止させる段階を更に含むこと
を特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス運搬船における漏出されたガスの感知方法。 - 前記非常停止システムが作動している場合において、前記複数の直接方式ガス感知器により再感知された感知ガス値の全てが前記非常停止限界値未満であると、前記非常停止システムの作動を解除する段階を更に含むこと
を特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス運搬船における漏出されたガスの感知方法。
