Abstract
本発明は、ガス運搬船及びボイルオフガスを利用する陸上及び海上設備のガス危険地域または密閉空間内に2台以上の直接方式ガス感知器を設置し、ガス危険地域または密閉空間内での漏出されたガスを迅速に感知し、感知した漏出ガス量により警告アラームまたは非常停止システムを稼動する。

Claims (6)
- ガス運搬船及びボイルオフガスを利用する陸上及び海上設備のガス危険地域または密閉空間内に2台以上の直接方式ガス感知器を設置して、ガス危険地域または密閉空間内への漏出ガス量を迅速に感知して、感知した漏出ガス量にしたがい警告アラームまたは非常停止システムを稼動することを特徴とするガス運搬船のガス危険地域内漏出ガス感知方法。
- 請求項1において、
漏出された可燃性ガスが直接方式ガス感知器により感知する感知段階と、
前記ガス感知器が感知した可燃性ガスの感知ガス値と警報発令限界値とを対比し、1台以上のガス感知器で感知した感知ガス値が警報発令限界値以上なら、警報アラームが作動して、強制排気ファンが稼動する警報アラーム作動段階と、
前記2台以上のガス感知器で感知した感知ガス値が非常停止限界値以上なら、非常停止システムが作動する非常停止段階とを含むことを特徴とするガス運搬船のガス危険地域内漏出ガス感知方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、
前記ガス感知器は、直接感知方式の爆発危険性のない電気式ガス感知器または照準線方式のガス感知器であることを特徴とするガス運搬船のガス危険地域内漏出ガス感知方法。 - 請求項3において、
前記照準線方式のガス感知器は、赤外線等を放出できる送信部と、前記送信部から放出される赤外線を受信できる受信部とから構成され、可燃性気体が送信部と受信部との間に到達すると、受信部で赤外線の感度変化を把握しガス漏出を感知することを特徴とするガス運搬船のガス危険地域内漏出ガス感知方法。 - 請求項1において、
強制排気ファンによる強制換気がなされるガス危険地域内ガスをガス感知器により再感知するガス再感知段階と、
再感知された感知ガス値が設定値未満で感知される場合、段階別に警報を解除して強制排気ファン稼動を中止させるファン停止段階とがさらに追加されることを特徴とするガス運搬船のガス危険地域内漏出ガス感知方法。 - 請求項1において、
密閉空間の場合、密閉空間内の漏出可燃性ガスをガス感知器により感知する感知段階と、
前記ガス感知器に感知された可燃性ガスの感知ガス値と予め設定入力した設定値とを対比する対比段階と、
前記感知ガス値が設定値以上の場合、警報アラームを作動すると同時に密閉空間内に設置された2台の強制排気ファンを同時に稼動させる強制換気段階と、
前記2台の強制排気ファンによる強制換気にしたがいガス感知器により密閉空間内ガスを感知するガス再感知段階と、
前記再感知された感知ガス値が設定値未満として感知される場合、警報を解除して2台の強制排気ファン稼動を中止させるファン停止段階とからなることを特徴とするガス運搬船のガス危険地域内漏出ガス感知方法。
