Claims (2)
- 複数の入射中性子エネルギーをフェルミチョッパーにより選択して、複数の非弾性散乱測定を同時に行うパルス中性子源における中性子非弾性散乱測定方法において、
Ni/Ti多層膜を成膜してなる中性子スーパーミラーを両面に設けた中性子吸収材と中性子透過材とを交互に積層してなるスリットパッケージを中性子透過窓としてローターに装填したフェルミチョッパーを用いることを特徴とする中性子非弾性散乱測定方法。 - 回転する前記スリットパッケージの下端から、中性子ビームを入射させ、
当該中性子ビームを、前記中性子スーパーミラーで反射させて前記スリットパッケージの上端から複数の入射エネルギーを有する中性子ビームとして取り出し、
前記フェルミチョッパーの実効的な開口時間幅を、複数の入射エネルギーに亘って変化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
