Description

The present invention relates to a lower mounting type slide and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a lower mounting type slide that slides with a ball that rolls between a moving member and a fixed member.

A bottom-mounted slide is provided between the desk and the drawer and is used by the user to pull out or push in the drawer. In the case of a conventional lower-mount slide, which has a three-stage folding type, the fixing member is fixed to the side surface or the bottom surface of the drawer plate material by the extension portion, and the moving member is fixed to the bottom surface of the desk plate material. Three raceways are formed at both ends of the intermediate member. A large number of balls are positioned between the fixed member, the moving member, and the intermediate member, and roll along the raceway. As a result, the intermediate member slides along the fixed member, and the moving member slides along the intermediate member.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing a conventional lower mounting type slide (Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional lower mounting type slide 10 includes a moving member 13, a fixed member 17, and an intermediate member 14 positioned between the moving member 13 and the fixed member 17.

In such a conventional lower mounting type slide 10, the fixing member 17 is fixed to the desk plate material 16 by the extension portion 12, the moving member 13 is fixed to the bottom surface of the drawer plate material 11, and the intermediate member 14 has three ends on both ends. Two raceways are formed.

Here, a large number of balls 15 are located between the moving member 13 and the intermediate member 14 and between the intermediate member 14 and the fixed member 17 and roll along the raceway, so that the intermediate member 14 is fixed. 17 and the moving member 13 slides and moves along the intermediate member 14, so that the slide 10 operates in a three-stage folding manner as a whole.

However, since the conventional lower mounting type slide 10 disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a small lateral width of the moving member 13, when it receives a high load, there is a problem that safety against a rotational moment is lowered.

In order to solve such a problem, as shown in FIG. 2, the applicant of the present invention arranges the raceway forming portions 133 and 133 ′ of the first member 130 that bears a substantial load in a triangular shape and extends the extension portion 145. Has been filed vertically and the width of the transverse web is longer than the length of the longitudinal web (Patent Document 2).

Hereinafter, the lower mounting type slide according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a cross section of the lower mounting slide 30 according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the moving member 35 of the lower mounting slide 30 according to the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower mounting slide 30 according to the present invention is coupled to the first raceway 37 by a moving member 35 having a plurality of first raceways 37 formed on both sides and a ball 39 that moves in a rolling manner. And a fixing member 32 having a plurality of second raceways 33 for guiding the moving member 35, and a receiving portion 34 that is provided between the moving member 35 and the fixing member 32 and receives the ball 39. Here, the accommodating portion 34 is implemented by a ball retainer, and has a larger size than the conventional ball retainer 4.

Here, in the lower mounting slide 30 according to the present invention, a U-shaped bay portion 40 that is in close contact with the inside of the moving member 35 is formed in a region between the first raceways 37 provided in the moving member 35.

As a result, the roll forming defect rate is reduced and the size of the hollow portion formed inside the moving member 35 is minimized in the wide lower mounting type slide in which the horizontal web of the moving member 35 is longer than the vertical web. The strength can be improved and it can be used for high loads.

The moving member 35 according to the present invention is positioned between the plurality of first raceways 37 formed at positions facing the plurality of second raceways 33 included in the fixed member 32 and the plurality of first raceways 37. And a raceway portion 45 composed of webs 36 and 38. Here, the webs 36 and 38 include a transverse web 36 and a longitudinal web 38, and the transverse web 36 is formed longer than the longitudinal web 38.

The moving member 35 according to the present invention has a structure in which the bay portion 40 is formed in the portion of the lateral web 36. Here, the bay entrance 40 enters the hollow portion 47 side inside the moving member 35.

Of course, as shown in FIG. 3, the bay portion 40 according to the present invention is preferably formed in a U shape having no stress concentration portion like the lower end portion of the V shape, but the hollow portion 47 is not limited to the V shape. Any form can be used as long as the space can be filled.
The bay entrance 40 according to the present invention is preferably formed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the moving member 35.

As described above, the lower mounting type slide 30 according to the present invention is manufactured by a roll forming method which is a conventional manufacturing method. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a manufacturing process of the lower mounting slide 30 according to the present invention. In the lower mounting type slide 30 according to the present invention, the bay portion 40 is formed in the center of the lateral web 36, so that the space of the hollow portion 47 in the moving member 35 is minimized.

Here, before the bay portion 40 according to the present invention is formed by the rolls 20 and 20 ′, the bay entrance 40 is separately formed on the transverse web 36 in advance, and the remaining shape is formed by the rolls 20 and 20 ′ similar to the conventional method. In this case, it has been discovered that problems such as the occurrence of molding defects or dimensional defects as in the conventional moving member 5 do not occur. The reason is that during roll forming, a force acts on the webs 36 and 38 in the direction of the hollow portion 47, and the baying portion 40 according to the present invention serves to absorb and support such force. Because.

As described above, when the bay entrance 40 according to the present invention is formed in a U-shape and the bay entrance 40 is formed parallel to the longitudinal axis of the moving member 35, the force that the bay entrance 40 acts in the direction of the hollow portion 47 is applied. It was found that the most efficient support and absorption.

Thus, the present invention is very economical because the conventional roll forming method can be used as it is. Since the installation and operation of the slide 30 according to the present invention are the same as those of the conventional slide, description thereof will be omitted.

In the case of a conventional wide slide, deformation occurs in the inner direction of the hollow part due to the moment in the lateral direction, and the final raceway part does not maintain the design target shape, or it has the design target shape in appearance. Often, there was a problem that the raceway part was not formed due to the difference in the precise dimensions within the tolerance. When the raceway portion has a shape defect or a dimensional defect, the moving member becomes a defective product due to a manufacturing defect.

However, since the lower mounting type slide 30 according to the present invention efficiently supports and absorbs the force acting in the direction of the hollow portion 47 by the bay portion 40 formed in the lateral web 36 of the moving member 35, Even in the case of the lower mounting type, deformation caused by a lateral moment can be prevented, and a phenomenon in which a difference in precise dimensions within an allowable tolerance can be prevented.

Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the lower mounting type slide according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

First, a U-shaped bay entrance 40 that is in close contact with the inside of the moving member 35 is formed in an area in the horizontal direction of the moving member 35 (S10). And the 1st raceway 37 couple | bonded with the ball | bowl 39 which rolls is formed in the both sides of the moving member 35 (S20). Here, step S20 is performed by a method similar to the conventional roll forming method. In this way, by forming the bay portion 40 first from the first raceway 37, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of molding defects and dimensional defects.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated in detail based on the preferred Example of this invention, this invention is not limited to this, It can implement variously within a claim.
