Further, the presser body 52 is configured by, for example, a plurality of (for example, four) rod-like members 72 that are longitudinally arranged in the left-right direction. A mounting portion 77 at the front end of each rod-like member 72 is rotatably attached to a support shaft 73 in the left-right direction fixed to the body 2. A spacer (not shown) such as a substantially cylindrical collar is attached to a portion of the support shaft 73 between the attachment portions 77 of the adjacent rod-like members 72. The number of rod members 72 can be changed by changing the size of the spacers. Each rod-like member 72 has a linear portion 75 and a substantially arc-shaped arc-shaped portion 76 connected to the rear end of the linear portion 75. That is, each rod-like member 72 has an arc-shaped portion 76 at the rear end portion, and the arc-shaped portion 76 is formed in a substantially arc shape with the rotational center of the sprocket 32 as the center. The arc-shaped portion 76 of the rod-shaped member 72 is in close proximity to the conveyance terminal portion of the conveyance body 22 when not in contact with the crop A, and the rear end of the rod-shaped member 72 is substantially the same height as the upper end of the drive roller body 51. Located (see FIG. 2).

Further, a lower end portion of a connecting rod 80 slidably inserted into a hole 79 of a support plate 78 fixed to the machine body 2 is rotatably connected to the front end portion of the rod-like member 72. A plurality of holes 80a are formed in the connecting rod 80, and the pin 70 is inserted into one hole 80a selected from the plurality of holes 80a. The coil spring 71 is disposed between the support plate 78 and the pin 70 in a compressed state. One end of the coil spring 71 contacts the support plate 78 and the other end of the coil spring 71 is connected to the pin 70. It is in contact. The biasing force of the coil spring 71 can be adjusted by changing the hole 80a through which the pin 70 is inserted.

On the other hand, between the driving roller body 51 and the conveyance start end portion of the conveyance body 41 of the second conveyance means 8, a retention plate 81 is disposed as a retention means for supporting and retaining the crop A from below. . That is, there is a space portion 82 between the drive roller body 51 and the moving region of the claw member 46 of the transport body 41, and the stay plate 81 as a step portion is arranged in the space portion 82 in an inclined shape with front and rear. It is installed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the staying plate 81 is inclined obliquely forward and upward from the front end portion of the guard 83 that is a substantially arc-shaped covering portion that covers the conveyance start end portion of the conveyance body 41 of the second conveyance means 8. It protrudes in an inclined shape. The guard 83 is formed with a gap (not shown) for dropping foreign matters such as soil onto the field.

Further, on the upper surface of the stay plate 81, for example, a rubber or resin cushion plate 84 is attached by screwing a bolt (not shown) to the nut 85, and the cushion plate 84 is attached to the upper surface of the stay plate 81. Almost the whole is covered.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, the harvesting machine 1 protrudes rearward from the upper rear end of the machine body 2 and is disposed above the mounting table 18, and A bag support 91 that supports the string-like portion 17b and maintains the upper surface opening 17a of the containing bag 17 in an open state is provided.

The bag support 91 has a substantially U-shaped frame 92 that opens forward in plan view. The frame 92 includes left and right side frame portions 93 and a rear frame portion 94 that connects the rear end portions of the both side frame portions 93. Each side frame portion 93 is configured by a horizontal first square pipe portion 93a having a rectangular tube shape and an inclined second square pipe portion 93b having a front, rear, and rear height that forms a square tube shape.

From each of the left and right side frame portions 93 of the frame 92, a plurality of (for example, six on each of the left and right) round shaft-like support shafts 96 on which the string-like portions 17b of the storage bag 17 are hooked are substantially horizontally directed outward. It protrudes.

Further, from the left and right side frame portions 93 of the frame 92, a plurality of (for example, three on each of the left and right sides) forming insertion space portions 98 between the support shafts 96 and the selected support shafts 96 are formed. A stopper 97 made of an elastically deformable spring material protrudes toward the outer side, which is the same direction as the protruding direction of the support shaft 96.

When the string-like portion 17b of the storage bag 17 is hooked on the support shaft 96, the string-like portion 17b of the storage bag 17 is inserted into the insertion space portion 98 by slightly elastically deforming the substantially plate-like stopper 97 upward. When the storage bag 17 is inserted from the outside and supported by the bag support 91, the string-like portion 17b of the storage bag 17 that is hooked on the support shaft 96 is moved to the tip side of the support shaft 96 by contact with the stopper 97. It is configured so as not to be inadvertently removed from the support shaft 96 by being regulated.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the support shaft 96 is inserted in the insertion hole 100 of the side frame portion 93 at two locations separated in the axial direction from the side frame portion 93 by welding or the like. It is fixed. That is, the insertion holes 100 are formed in the both side plate portions 101 of the side frame portion 93, the support shafts 96 are inserted into both the insertion holes 100, and the distal end side of the support shaft 96 is outside the one side plate portion 101 of the side frame portion 93. The base end of the support shaft 96 slightly protrudes inward from the other side plate portion 101.

Further, the support shaft 96 has a screw hole portion 102 along the axial direction of the support shaft 96 on the base end side. That is, a screw hole portion 102 having an opening at the base end surface is formed at the base end portion of the support shaft 96. The stopper 97 is fixedly attached to the base end surface of the support shaft 96 by screwing the bolt 104 inserted into the bolt insertion hole 103 of the stopper 97 into the screw hole portion 102 of the support shaft 96.

The stopper 97 is configured by bending a single plate member made of metal that can be elastically deformed, for example. That is, the stopper 97 includes a distal end side plate portion 106 and a proximal end side plate portion 107, and the distal end side plate portion 106 protrudes outward from one side plate portion 101 of the side frame portion 93.

The front end side plate portion 106 is composed of an inclined plate portion 108 that gradually inclines downward toward the outer side, and a substantially cylindrical cylindrical portion 109 that is connected to the lower end of the inclined plate portion 108. The lower surface of the cylindrical portion 109 is a curved surface 110 that is a guide surface facing outward and downward. On the other hand, the base end side plate portion 107 is composed of a horizontal plate portion 112 connected to the upper end of the inclined plate portion 108 and a vertical plate portion 113 connected to the base end of the horizontal plate portion 112. The vertical plate portion 113 is formed with a bolt insertion hole 103.

As shown by the solid line in FIG. 7, before the stopper 97 is elastically deformed, there is a gap 111 communicating with the insertion space portion 98 between the curved surface 110 and the top surface of the tip end of the support shaft 96. The vertical dimension of the gap 111 is less than the thickness dimension of the string-like portion 17b. For this reason, the string-like portion 17b that is hooked on the support shaft 96 and located in the insertion space portion 98 moves to the front end side of the support shaft 96 by contact with the lower end side of the inclined plate portion 108 of the stopper 97, that is, the support shaft. The outward movement along the axial direction of 96 is restricted so that it does not come off the support shaft 96 inadvertently.

Further, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 7, when the string-like portion 17b of the storage bag 17 is hooked on the support shaft 96, the string-like portion 17b of the storage bag 17 is pushed into the gap 111 from the outside to stop the stopper 97. The string-like portion 17b can be inserted into the insertion space portion 98 by slightly elastically deforming the portion upward to widen the gap 111. During the insertion, the stopper 97 is pushed by the string-like portion 17b and slightly elastically deformed. However, when the string-like portion 17b is separated from the stopper 97, the stopper 97 returns to the original state based on the elastic restoring force.

Next, the operation of the harvester 1 will be described.

When the harvester 1 travels forward on the field by driving the crawler 3, the crop A connected by the stem B is dug up by the digging blade 11, and then the transport body 22 and the scraper of the first transport means 6. The harvesting means 14 is harvested from the field and transported. In the middle of this conveyance, foreign matters such as soil and pebbles fall from the gap 21 between the rods 27 onto the field.

Then, the crop A connected by the stem B comes into contact with the presser body 52 of the stem separation means 7 in the vicinity of the end of the transport of the first transport means 6, and while being pressed by the presser body 52, the side of the drive roller body 51 Guided towards

Then, the stem B is separated from the crop A by being pinched and pulled by the rod 27 at the conveyance end of the conveyance body 22 that is driven to rotate and the roller member 58 of the drive roller body 51 that is driven and rotated. . The stem B extracted from the crop A in this manner falls on the field. At this time, in addition to the stem part B, the root part of the crop A and the miscellaneous matters such as grass that have been transported together with the crop A are sandwiched between the transport terminal part of the transport body 22 and the drive roller body 51 and separated. Fall on the field.

Then, when the stem B is separated from the crop A, the crops A are separated one by one and temporarily stay on the cushion plate 84 on the stay plate 81.

Subsequently, the separated crop A is transported and lifted by the transport body 41 of the second transport means 8, then transferred to the third transport means 16 and horizontally transported by the third transport means 16. On the third transport means 16, it is sorted by the worker who has got on the work step 19. For example, the damaged unnecessary crop A, dirt, stones, and other miscellaneous matters are returned to the field, and the other crops A are carried out from the transfer end portion of the third transfer means 16.

Then, the crop A carried out from the conveyance end portion of the third conveyance means 16 of the conveyance means 20 falls, passes through the upper surface opening 17a, and is accommodated in the bag body portion 17c. That is, the crop A is placed on the mounting table 18 and is dropped and accommodated in the accommodation bag 17 in which the upper surface opening 17a is maintained in the open state by the bag support 91.

When the inside of the containing bag 17 is filled with the crop A, the string-like part 17b is taken out of the insertion space part 98 by pulling the string-like part 17b outward and slightly elastically deforming the stopper 97 upward, The support of the storage bag 17 by the bag support 91 is released.

Thereafter, the full storage bag 17 is lowered from the mounting table 18, and the empty storage bag 17 is mounted on the mounting table 18. Then, the string-like portion 17b of the empty storage bag 17 is pushed into the gap 111 from the outside and the stopper 97 is slightly elastically deformed upward, thereby inserting the string-like portion 17b into the insertion space portion 98 and supporting the bag. The housing bag 17 is supported by the body 91, and as a result, the upper surface opening portion 17a of the housing bag 17 is maintained in an open state opened upward.

And according to such a harvester 1, the string-like part 17b of the storage bag 17 is supported by inserting the string-like part 17b of the storage bag 17 into the insertion space part 98 by elastically deforming the stopper 97. The strap 96 can be easily hooked to the shaft 96, and the string-like portion 17b of the storage bag 17 hooked to the support shaft 96 is restricted from moving to the tip side of the support shaft 96 by contact with the stopper 97. It is possible to prevent the hooked string portion 17b from being inadvertently detached from the support shaft 96.

Further, the gap 111 communicating with the insertion space portion 98 is provided between the curved surface 110 and the support shaft 96 in a state before the stopper 97 is elastically deformed so that the string-like portion 17b is inserted into and removed from the insertion space portion 98. Therefore, the string-like portion 17b of the storage bag 17 can be more easily hooked by inserting the string-like portion 17b of the storage bag 17 into the insertion space portion 98 so as to be pushed from the gap 111.

Furthermore, the stopper 97 can be easily attached to the support shaft 96 only by screwing the bolt 104 into the screw hole portion 102 of the support shaft 96.

Further, the stem B is separated from the crop A by the stem separating means 7 having the driving roller body 51 and the presser body 52 and falls to the field, and the separated and removed stem B is separated by the second transport means 8. Since it is not transported, it is not necessary for the operator to manually select the crop A and the stem B and remove the stem B, and the harvesting operation can be performed efficiently.

Further, since the distance between the driving roller body 51 and the conveyance end portion of the conveyance body 22 of the first conveyance means 6 can be adjusted by operating the adjustment bolt 55, for example, the stem B having a different thickness or the like Can respond appropriately.

In addition, an annular groove 59 that allows the sprocket 32 to pass through is formed in a portion of the outer peripheral portion of the drive roller body 51 that faces the sprocket 32 of the drive rotator 24, so that the drive roller body 51 and the sprocket 32 Interference can be prevented.

Further, the presser body 52 is disposed so as to be vertically rotatable so that the rear end part moves up and down around the front end part, and the stem part separating means 7 moves the presser body 52 downward at the rear end part of the presser body 52. Since the coil spring 71 is energized in such a direction, the crop A connected by the stem B can be appropriately guided toward the drive roller body 51 regardless of the size of the crop A or the like.

Further, since the staying plate 81 is provided between the drive roller body 51 and the transport start end portion of the second transport means 8 and retains the crop A, the drive roller body 51 and the transport body 22 of the first transport means 6 are provided. The stem B can be sandwiched between the end of the conveyance and can be appropriately separated from the crop A.

The harvesting machine 1 is not limited to a self-propelled configuration having the crawler 3, but may be a towed configuration that is connected to the rear portion of a tractor that is a traveling vehicle, for example.

Further, the crop A is not limited to sweet potatoes, but may be potatoes or the like.

Further, even before the stopper 97 is elastically deformed, there is no gap between the curved surface 110 and the support shaft 96, and the curved surface 110 is in contact with the upper surface of the tip end portion of the support shaft 96 so as to be able to contact and separate. Good .
