Description
− 筒状内壁を備えた吸気口と、
− この吸気口により空気が供給され、同様に筒状であるケーシングに包まれているファンと、
− ファンダクトの筒状外側カウルとからなり、
前記吸気口の内壁と上記ファン・ケーシングとがレジンと繊維との複合体で作製された単一の筒状構成部材を形成し、この筒状構成部材の後端が一様であって、この後端をフランジ及びボルトで前記筒状外側カウルに結合させるために、フランジが前記筒状構成部材の後端に取り付けられて固定されていることを特徴とする。
その前部分が図1に部分的に略示されている既知のタイプのタービン・エンジン1は長手方向軸L−Lを有する。上記の前部分は本質的に筒状吸気口2とファン3とからなる。
− 純粋に防音のため、吸気口2に、
− (上記のブレードの膨張を相殺するため) 防音と摩損可能のため、ファン3のブレード10に対面して、
− (上記のブレードから離れる、氷片のような物体からの衝撃に耐えるために)防音と機械的強度のため、ブレード10の後方に、
位置する。
Claims (4)
- − 筒状内壁を備えた吸気口(2)と、
− この吸気口(2)により空気が供給され、同様に筒状であるケーシングに包まれているファン(3)と、
− ファンダクト(23)の筒状外側カウル(22)とからなり、
前記吸気口(2)の内壁とこのファン・ケーシングとがレジンと繊維との複合体で作製された単一の筒状構成部材(30)を形成し、この筒状構成部材(30)の後端(30R)が一様であって、この後端(30R)をフランジ(32・25)及びボルト(35)で前記筒状外側カウル(22)に結合させるために、フランジ(32)が前記筒状構成部材(30)の後端(30R)に取り付けられて固定されていることを特徴とする航空機のタービン・エンジン。 - 上記の複合体が炭素繊維に基づくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の航空機のタービン・エンジン。
- − 筒状内壁を備えた吸気口(2)と、
− 前記の吸気口により空気が供給され、同様に筒状であるケーシングに包まれているファン(3)と、
− ファンダクト(23)の筒状外側カウル(22)とからなる、
航空機のタービン・エンジン用の筒状の構成部材(30)であって、
この筒状の構成部材(30)がレジンと繊維との複合体で作製され、前記筒状構成部材(30)が前記吸気口(2)の内壁と前述のファン・ケーシングとを形成し、前述の筒状の構成部材(30)の後端が一様であることを特徴とする、航空機のタービン・エンジン用の筒状構成部材。 - 上記の複合体が炭素繊維に基づくことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の筒状構成部材。
