Description
− 筒状内壁を備えた吸気口と、
− 上記の吸気口により空気が供給され、同様に筒状であるケーシングに包まれているファンとからなり、
上記吸気口の内壁の後端と上記のファン・ケーシングの前端とは、それぞれ、周方向に突出する連結フランジを備え、螺子やボルトなどの螺着式の第1固定具を用いて結合され、上記の第1固定具は上記のフランジを通過し、その軸は上記のタービン・エンジンの長手方向軸に対し少なくともほぼ平行であり、
− 上記吸気口の内壁は、上記の後端の連結用フランジを含み、レジンと繊維との複合体で作製された構成要素で形成されており、
− 上記のファン・ケーシングの前端の反対側で、上記の後端の周方向に突出するフランジは上記の内壁に、少なくともほぼ断面カヴェット型(四分円凹面刳型)の環状材により連結され、
− 補強リングが上記の後端に取り付けられ、上記のほぼ断面カヴェット型の環状材を支持し、第2固定具により上記の後端に固定され、上記の第2固定具の軸は上記のタービン・エンジンの長手方向軸に対し少なくともほぼ直交し、
− 上記の第1固定具が上記の補強リングを通過し、この補強リングが上記のフランジに押圧されることを特徴としている。
その前方部分が図1に部分的に略示されている既知のタイプのタービン・エンジン1は長手方向軸L−Lを有する。上記の前方部分は本質的に筒状吸気口2とファン3とからなる。
Claims (6)
- 航空機のタービン・エンジンは長手方向の軸(L−L)を有し、
− 筒状内壁を備えた吸気口(2)と、
− 上記の吸気口により空気が供給され、同様に筒状であるケーシング(11)に包まれているファン(3)とからなり、
上記吸気口の内壁の後端と上記のファン・ケーシングの前端とは、それぞれ、周方向に突出する協働連結フランジを備え、螺子やボルトなどの螺着式の第1固定具(16)を用いて結合され、この第1固定具(16)は上記のフランジを通過し、その軸(l−l)は上記のタービン・エンジンの長手方向軸(L-L)に対し少なくとも平行であり、
− 上記吸気口(2)の内壁(23)は、上記の後端(2R)の連結用フランジ(24)を含み、レジンと繊維との複合体で作製された構成要素(22)で形成されており、
− 上記のファン・ケーシング(11)の前端の反対側で、上記の後端(2R)の周方向に突出するフランジ(24)は上記の内壁(23)に、少なくとも断面カヴェット型の環状材(25)により連結され、
− 補強リング(26)が上記の後端(2R)に取り付けられ、上記の少なくとも断面カヴェット型の環状材(25)を支持し、第2固定具(27)により上記の後端(2R)に固定され、上記の第2固定具(27)の軸(x−x)は上記のタービン・エンジンの長手方向軸(L−L)に対し少なくともほぼ直交し、
− 上記の第1固定具(16)が上記の補強リング(26)を通過し、この補強リング(26)は上記の協働フランジ(15、24) に押圧されることを特徴とするタービン・エンジン。 - 上記の複合体が炭素繊維に基づくことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したタービン・エンジン。
- 上記の補強リング(26)の下では、上記の複合体(22)の厚さ(E)が上記の内壁(23)のその他の筒状部分より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載したタービン・エンジン。
- 上記の補強リング(26)が金属製であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載したタービン・エンジン。
- 上記の補強リング(26)がチタン製であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載したタービン・エンジン。
- 上記の第2固定具(27)がブラインドボルト状であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載したタービン・エンジン。
