Claims (10)
- 円周方向を画成するガスタービンエンジン用の燃焼器アセンブリであって、
セラミックマトリクス複合材料で一体的に形成された燃焼器ドーム及び燃焼室ライナーを有し、燃焼器ドームが、複数の燃料空気噴射装置ハードウェアアセンブリのそれぞれを受け入れるための複数の開口部を画成しており、
前記燃焼室ライナーは、外側ライナー(104)及び内側ライナー(106)をさらに備え、
前記燃焼器ドーム(102)は、前方壁(118)と、該前方壁からそれぞれ前記外側ライナー(104)及び内側ライナー(106)へと広がる外側移行部分(120)及び内側移行部分(122)と、をさらに備え、
前記外側移行部分(120)及び前記内側移行部分(122)はそれぞれ外側平坦部(128)及び内側平坦部(130)を備え、
前記外側平坦部(128)及び前記内側平坦部(130)はそれぞれ、前記前方壁との間に外側曲率半径(134)及び内側曲率半径(136)を画成し、
前記外側曲率半径(134)は前記前方壁の長さ(140)の2%から20%の間であり、前記内側曲率半径(136)は前記外側曲率半径(134)と同じ値であり、
前記外側平坦部(128)の長さ(138)及び前記内側平坦部(130)の長さ(142)はそれぞれ、前記前方壁の長さ(140)の20%から25%の間である、燃焼器アセンブリ。 - 燃焼器ドーム及び燃焼室ライナーが、円周方向に沿って連続的に広がり、円環形状を画成する、請求項1に記載の燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 円周方向を画成するガスタービンエンジン用の燃焼器アセンブリであって、
セラミックマトリクス複合材料で一体的に形成された燃焼器ドーム及び燃焼室ライナーを有し、燃焼器ドーム及び燃焼室ライナーが燃焼室を少なくとも部分的に画成し、かつ円周方向に沿って連続的に広がっており、
前記燃焼室ライナーは、外側ライナー(104)及び内側ライナー(106)をさらに備え、
前記燃焼器ドーム(102)は、前方壁(118)と、該前方壁からそれぞれ前記外側ライナー(104)及び内側ライナー(106)へと広がる外側移行部分(120)及び内側移行部分(122)と、をさらに備え、
前記外側移行部分(120)及び前記内側移行部分(122)はそれぞれ外側平坦部(128)及び内側平坦部(130)を備え、
前記外側平坦部(128)及び前記内側平坦部(130)はそれぞれ、前記前方壁との間に外側曲率半径(134)及び内側曲率半径(136)を画成し、
前記外側曲率半径(134)は前記前方壁の長さ(140)の2%から20%の間であり、前記内側曲率半径(136)は前記外側曲率半径(134)と同じ値であり、
前記外側平坦部(128)の長さ(138)及び前記内側平坦部(130)の長さ(142)はそれぞれ、前記前方壁の長さ(140)の20%から25%の間である、燃焼器アセンブリ。 - 燃焼器ドーム及び燃焼室ライナーが、燃焼器ドームから燃焼室ライナーに広がる連続した継ぎ目のない表面を画成する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 燃焼器ドーム及び燃焼室ライナーが、セラミックマトリクス複合材料の連続した一片で一体的に形成される、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 複数の開口部が互いに実質的に等間隔に配置される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 移行部分が、前方壁に対して90度より大きく180度より小さい角度を画成する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 燃焼器ドームは、燃料空気噴射装置ハードウェアアセンブリのそれぞれを燃焼器ドームに直接取り付けるために、燃焼器ドームの複数の開口部のそれぞれの周囲に延在する隆起したボスを有する、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 複数の燃料空気噴射装置ハードウェアアセンブリをさらに有し、燃料空気噴射装置ハードウェアアセンブリのそれぞれが、燃焼器ドームの複数の開口部のそれぞれに直接取り付けられる、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の燃焼器アセンブリ。
- 燃料空気噴射装置ハードウェアアセンブリのそれぞれが、隣接する燃料空気噴射装置ハードウェアアセンブリから独立して、燃焼器ドームに直接取り付けられる、請求項9に記載の燃焼器アセンブリ。
