Claims (9)
- 流体を処理するための改良された流れ通過装置であって、
流体のための入口(4)および出口(5)を備えたふた(3)を有するハウジング(2)と、流体を処理するためのろ過物質(7)を備えた、前記ハウジング内に備えられた交換可能な管状流れ通過要素(6)とから成り、
ここで、前記要素(6)が、ふた(3)に、対向するように取りつけられ、入口(4)に連結された要素(6)の内部のスペース(12)と、出口(5)に連結された要素(6)の外部のスペース(16)との間の隔壁を形成するような流れ通過装置(1)において、
入口(4)に対向する要素(6)の内部のスペース(12)に、入口の延長部を構成する管(20)が備えられ、該管が、要素(6)の軸方向(X-X´)に延び、また、前記管が、規則的パターンにしたがって管(20)の横断面円周上に分布する横方向通路(21)を備えており、ここで、前記管(20)が、管(20)を通過する流体の流れの軸の長さ方向に狭くなる断面を有し、また、要素(6)の外部のスペース(16)が、ふた(3)の環状フランジ(11)内の通路(17)を介して出口(5)に接続されていること、及び、
前記横方向通路(21)が、要素(6)の長さ方向に延びたスロットであること、
を特徴とする改良された流れ通過装置。 - 管(20)が円錐管であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の改良された流れ通過装置。
- 管(20)が要素(6)の全長(L)にわたって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の改良された流れ通過装置。
- 管(20)がその最狭端において閉じていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の改良された流れ通過装置。
- 管(20)が、要素(6)の長さ(L)の1/3〜4/5の範囲にある長さ(M)にわたって延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の改良された流れ通過装置。
- 管(20)がその最狭端において開いていることを特徴とする請求項1から3および5の中のいずれか一つに記載の改良された流れ通過装置。
- 管(20)がその最広端において当該ふた(3)に取りつけられていることを特徴とする請求項1から6の中のいずれか一つに記載の改良された流れ通過装置。
- 要素(6)がヘッド(9)を備え、該ヘッドが当該ふた(3)と協働して、当該入口(4)と出口(5)とを構成するようになっており、また、管(20)が要素(6)のヘッド(9)に取りつけられることを特徴とする請求項1から7の中のいずれか一つに記載の改良された流れ通過装置。
- 長さ方向に狭くなる断面を有する管(20)から成り、該管(20)が横方向通路(21)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8の中のいずれか一つに記載の流れ通過装置(1)で使用する流れ通過要素。
