改进的流通装置及所用的筒
技术领域
本发明涉及改进的流通装置,更具体地是主要包括设有可更换的筒的壳体的流体的流通装置。 
特别是,本发明涉及一个流通装置,流通装置的壳体包括头部和罐,头部设有带进口和出口的钩状的进口管道和带进口和出口的出口管道,罐可装在头部上,且设有上述的可更换的筒。 
筒包括例如过滤元件、吸收、吸附或催化剂的活性流通元件,和限定流通管道的一个盖,流通管道有进口孔和出口孔,当安装时,该进口孔与头部的所述的进口管道的出口连接,并且进口孔的方向与流通元件的轴向相交,出口孔与上述活性的流通元件的内空间连接。 
因此,上述的顶盖确定流体经头部的进口管道导向到活性流通元件的内空间。接着,流体通过活性元件的多孔壁并到达与出口管道连接的罐中。 
背景技术
已知上面这种流通元件成过滤器的形式,其中流通管道的进口孔及出口孔设在流通装置的中央。 
这种过滤器的问题在于在进口管线中的进入的流体流在短距离转过90°,结果在该流体流中生产紊流,造成压力损失。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供解决上述及其它缺点的一个技术方案。 
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种改进的流体的流通装置,所述的流通装置主要包括由头部和罐组成的壳体,所述的头部设有带进口和出口的一个钩状的进口管道,和带进口和出口的出口管道,所述的罐可装在所述的头部上,并且设有可更换的筒;所述的筒包括一个管形的活性流通元件使得空间围绕活性流通元件而形成在罐中所述空间连接到所述出口管道,以及限定一个流通管道的一个顶盖;所述的流通管道有一进口孔和一出口孔,当安装时,所述的进口孔与所述的头部的进口管道的出口连接,并且所述的进口孔的方向与所述的流通元件的轴向相交,而所述的出口孔与所述的活性的流通元件的内空间连接,其特征在于所述的顶盖中的流通管道的进口孔相对于所述的流通元件的轴线(B-B′)偏心设置,而所述的流通管道的出口孔是对中地设置的,并且所述的顶盖中的流通管道有变化的流通截面,从所述的进口孔至所述的出口孔,所述的截面首先减小一段长度,然后再增加直到所述的出口孔。 
本发明的这种改进的流通装置的优点在于顶盖中的流通管道的进口孔相对活性的流通元件的轴线偏心设置,而出口孔是对中设置的,这样流体流以最好的方式导向到活性流通元件,结果减小了紊流。 
这种改进的流通装置的附加的优点在于从试验看出,从流通管道的进口孔到出口孔,流动截面初始减小导致压力损失相当大的减少。 
研究证明通过减小流通管道中的流通截面得到不可预料的减少压力损失是由于减小了会发生紊流的流通管道中的空间。 
在按照本发明的流通装置的一个优选的实施例中,所述的流通管道是弯曲的,在弯头里面,管道由优选地为椭圆形的凹形壁限定,在弯头外面,由带凹部接着一凸部的壁限定。 
这种改进的流通装置的优点是在弯头的里面,凹形壁确定流通截面逐渐减小,结果,减小在进入的流体流中的紊流及回流,得到几乎是层流。

具体实施方式
图1至5示出一改进的用于流体的流通装置1,在该情况下但不是必须的,流通装置1制成过滤器形式,该滤通装置1主要包括由头部3和罐4组成的壳体2。 
头部3在该情形下制成例如铝制的铸件,并且头部3设有带进口6和出口7的钩状的进口管道5和带进口9和出口10的出口管道8。 
在该实施例中,进口管道5的进口6与出口管道8的出口10对齐,进口6和出口10都设有内螺纹11。 
进口管道5的出口7和出口管道8的进口9相互相邻地设在头部3中。 
与主流动方向Z横交,与对齐的进口6和出口10平行,头部3设有一限定内空间13并在其自由端形成用于罐4的连接口14的圆筒套12。 
出口管道8与内空间13连接,在其自由端,出口管道8的方向与圆筒套12的轴线A-A′平行或基本平行。 
进口管道5是弯的,按上述轴线A-A′使得从主流动方向Z到与主流动方向横交的、的方向是逐渐过渡的。 
进口管道5和出口管道8的流通剖面在该情形下(但不是必须的) 相等地大或几乎上相等地大。

上述的顶盖21因而形成流通装置1的一个进口部分与一个出口部分之间的一个隔断装置,进口部分包括进口管道5、流通管道22和在活性的流通元件20中的内空间,而出口部分包括在罐4中的绕着活性的流通元件20的空间30、头部3中绕着顶盖21的空间和出口管道8。
