Claims (10)
- a.第1及び第2の膜シートと、前記第1及び第2のシートの間に挿入された透過液シートと、開放エンベロープ縁及び接着剤で密閉された3つのエンベロープ縁と、を含む概略矩形の膜エンベロープを用意する工程;
b.孔を有する透過液回収管に対して、前記開放エンベロープ縁が複数の前記孔に流体を通すように連ながるように前記開放エンベロープ縁を配置する工程;
c.供給液側スペーサーシートを前記膜エンベロープに隣接して配置する工程;
d.前記膜エンベロープ及び隣接する供給液側スペーサーシートを前記透過液回収管に巻回して、各面が前記透過液回収管に概略垂直である2つの離間されたスクロール面を有する巻回膜スクロールを形成する工程;及び、
e.反応性封止剤の円周ビードを前記透過液回収管とスクロール面との各接続部直近に塗布する工程を含み、前記反応性封止剤は膜シートの縁を結合するために使用される接着剤よりも速く硬化し、かつ前記反応性封止剤は15分未満で硬化し、前記反応性封止剤はモノマーとフリーラジカル開始剤または光活性開始剤から選択される開始剤とを含むことを特徴とする渦巻状に巻かれたモジュールを製作する方法。 - 前記モノマーは、フリーラジカル的に重合可能なアルケンモノマーであり、前記開始剤は、フリーラジカル開始剤である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該開始剤は、光活性であり、前記反応性封止剤の硬化は、光を当てることにより、誘導される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光は、紫外光である、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記反応性封止剤は、シアノアクリル酸エステルを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記シアノアクリル酸エステルは、シアノアクリル酸メチル、シアノアクリル酸エチル、シアノアクリル酸ブチル、シアノアクリル酸アリル、及び、シアノアクリル酸エトキシメチルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 該開始剤は、過酸化物であり、前記反応性封止剤の硬化は、熱を加えることにより、誘導される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記モノマーは、アルケンモノマーを含み、前記アルケンモノマー及び開始剤は、前記モジュールが中心軸の回りに回動されつつ、前記モジュールに塗布される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記モジュールが回動している間、光が、前記透過液管及びスクロール面の交差部に照射され、前記反応性封止剤の重合を誘導する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 透過液を受け取り、その長さに沿って複数の孔を有する中心回収管;
2つの膜シートと、前記2つの膜シートを3つの縁に沿って結合する接着剤と、前記2つの膜シートに介装された透過液側支持体シートとを含み、前記管から外側に延び、前記管に巻回された少なくとも1つの濾過エンベロープ(ただし、前記透過液側支持体シートは、前記回収管の前記孔に流体を通すことができる。);
前記回収管に巻回され、少なくとも1つの濾過エンベロープの表面に平面的に接する少なくとも1つの供給液側スペーサーシート(ただし、前記巻回エンベロープ及び前記巻回供給液側スペーサーシートは、共に、前記中心回収管の囲りに配置される巻回スクロールを形成し、前記巻回スクロールは、前記巻回スクロールの各端面にある2つのスクロール面を有する。);
を含み、
当該モジュールが前記回収管とスクロール面との各接続部において前記回収管近傍に円周方向に配置されて前記スクロール面の面積の3%未満を被覆する紫外線硬化された封止剤のビードを含み、前記封止剤は前記接着剤と化学的に相違し、前記封止剤は前記接着剤よりも速く硬化し、かつ前記封止剤は15分未満で硬化し、前記封止剤はポリ(アクリル酸エステル)またはポリ(シアノアクリル酸エステル)を含むことを特徴とする渦巻状に巻かれたモジュール。
