Description

According to the present invention, punching waste remaining in a product sheet obtained by punching a material such as corrugated cardboard or cardboard into a developed shape of a product with a box making machine is mechanically removed in a batch form in which a predetermined number of product sheets are stacked. The present invention relates to a debris removal device.

A paper container such as a cardboard box or a paper box is formed by folding a product sheet obtained by punching a corrugated cardboard or a thick paperboard into a product development shape by a box making machine (planar punching machine, rotary punching machine, etc.) Various shapes of holes and slits are formed in the punched product sheet. And the internal waste generated by processing the holes and slits is a fully automatic type that separates and removes internal waste simultaneously with punching according to the form of the box making machine, and internal waste removal processing after the product has been extracted. There is a type that performs this separately.

However, many of the punching machines not equipped with the latter waste separation and removal device are also in operation, and in the case of performing the punching processing with such a punching machine, the removal processing of the internal waste has been mostly manual work before. Then, the efficiency of the waste removal work was greatly improved by the advent of the waste removal device (Patent Document 1) proposed by the present applicant.

The punching scrap removing apparatus according to Patent Document 1 is configured to stack a predetermined number (for example, 20 to 50) of product sheets taken out from the punching machine into a batch form, and the product sheet in the batch form is installed in a frame. Mounted on the original plate mounting frame, on the other hand, on the upper side of the original plate mounting frame, a mounting base plate with a pusher attached in accordance with the positions of the holes and slits existing in the product sheet is attached so as to be movable up and down by pushing means, The internal waste remaining in the product sheet can be efficiently removed by raising and lowering the mounting base plate.

Therefore, the punching waste removal apparatus described in Patent Document 1 is excellent in waste removal efficiency because it can process a plurality of product sheets at a time, but a predetermined number of product sheets are stacked to form a batch, and the batch form. The work of setting the product sheet in this apparatus must rely on the manual work of the operator.
Therefore, it is necessary that the product sheet carried out from the punching machine is loaded on a pallet or the like and conveyed to the place of the punching removal device, and the operator manually sets the batch form product sheet in the punching scrap removal device. Therefore, the conventional apparatus cannot be used to automatically remove internal debris by continuously arranging it on the product sheet carried out from the punching machine or the paper dust / paper piece removing apparatus connected to the punching machine. .

Japanese Patent No. 3480933

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is that the batch form product sheet unloaded from the preceding processing machine can be directly loaded into the apparatus, An object of the present invention is to provide a residual debris removal apparatus that can mechanically and automatically perform a series of operations from carrying in, debris pushing out, and carrying out.

The technical means taken by the present invention in order to solve the above problems is a residual debris removal device that removes residual debris in a product sheet punched out of paperboard into a product shape in a batch state in which the product sheets are laminated. A plurality of loading / unloading means for conveying the batch product sheets supplied from the conveying means of the pre-processing apparatus to a predetermined position in the machine frame with respect to the front side in the conveying direction; and the loading / unloading means. A loading / unloading means supporting frame that is individually supported and slidable in a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction; and an alignment means that aligns the product sheets in a batch state conveyed by driving the loading / unloading means on the basis of the front side An extruding piece that extrudes the remaining internal debris of the product sheet can pass therethrough, has an opening through which the extruding debris falls, and has a knife divided into three in the width direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the product sheet And a male mold in which an extruding piece fitted into an opening formed in the female mold is suspended and fixed, and a lifting / lowering means for moving the male mold up and down, and the loading / unloading means support frame is configured to convey a product sheet. It consists of four bases slidably mounted along guide rails laid in a direction perpendicular to the direction, and standing pieces fixed upright on each base, and a female type is placed on the top of the standing pieces A female-type receiving plate that supports and is fixed horizontally , the three-part female type is installed between the loading / unloading means support frames, and the surface of the loading / unloading means is above the surface of the female mold. And a center pin that is erected and fixed at the center position in the width direction of the machine frame and the female receiving plate of the loading / unloading means support frame. It has been positioned set at a standing fixed positioning pins, characterized in (Claim 1).

The batch state (number of stacked sheets, stacking height) of product sheets supplied to the apparatus is, for example, 20 to 50 stacks, or a stack height of 150 mm.
In addition, the batch product sheets are received from the pre-processing device and transported to a predetermined position to remove internal debris. After removing internal debris, the loading / unloading means for unloading the product is orthogonal to the transport direction of the product sheet. In order to arrange a plurality of belts that rotate endlessly in the width direction of the product sheet in parallel and convey the belts in a balanced manner, it is preferable to arrange them symmetrically, for example, two on each side.
As the carrying-in / out means, any means may be used as long as it does not damage the product sheet. Generally, a belt conveyor is suitable. An endless belt constituting the belt conveyor is a flat belt, a round belt, a V belt, or a toothed belt. Any belt or timing belt may be used. Moreover, what attached the plane plate which supports a product sheet to the outer peripheral surface of a chain conveyor may be used.

In the female mold, an extruding piece that extrudes slits and various shapes of holes formed in the product sheet can penetrate through a flat plate such as a veneer plywood, and the extruding debris extruded from the extruding piece falls. Any device may be used as long as it has an opening. For example, a product sheet having slits and holes of various shapes formed at the same position as it is or a lattice formed in a lattice shape may be used. Even if a product sheet is placed in a batch state on the female mold, the product sheet is prevented from being bent and deformed. And this female type | mold is formed by dividing the width direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of a product sheet | seat into 3 parts. The size of each of the three divided members in the direction (horizontal width) orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the product sheet is determined according to the size of the product sheet.

The male type is formed by drooping and fixing an extruding piece to a base plate formed of veneer plywood or the like, and an extruding tool is arranged corresponding to a slit or a hole of various shapes according to the product sheet.
And the said male type | mold is comprised so that it can attach or detach to the lower surface of the mounting base plate which raises / lowers vertically by the raising / lowering means mounted and fixed to the upper part of a machine frame.
The male mounting on the mounting base plate is configured such that a pair of holding frames that hold the male type on the mounting base plate can be opened and closed, and the male mounting and dismounting can be easily performed. .

According to the above configuration, when a batch product sheet unloaded from the pre-processing apparatus is detected on the inlet side of the apparatus, the loading / unloading means is driven to convey the batch product sheet and align the front side reference. The product sheet is aligned by means, and the product sheet is stopped on the female mold by matching the positions of the slits and holes. Subsequently, with the alignment means holding the product sheet, the presser plate descends to stabilize the batch product sheet from above, and then the male mold is lowered by the elevating means and remains in the product sheet. Debris is extruded and removed with a male extruded piece. When the male mold reaches bottom dead center and removes internal debris remaining in the product sheet, the male mold rises and each member of the aligning means is released, and then the loading / unloading means is driven to The product sheet from which is removed is carried out of the apparatus. And the batch (product sheet) which completed the internal waste removal process is carried out, and the next batch (product sheet) is carried in at the entrance side, and this operation is repeated.

The alignment means for aligning and arranging the batch product sheets conveyed by the carry-in / out means at positions corresponding to the female type and the male type corresponds to a front stopper for receiving the front side of the product sheet in the conveyance direction, It consists of a side jogger that aligns the width direction of the orthogonal product sheet and a rear alignment plate that aligns the rear side in the conveyance direction of the product sheet, and the front stopper and rear alignment plate are arranged below the female mold and can be moved in and out (Claim 2).

According to the above configuration, the product sheet in the batch state is aligned on the outer periphery with the front stopper, the side jogger and the rear alignment plate, and the male mold descends to maintain the state while extruding and removing the internal waste. It is possible to accurately and reliably remove the internal debris from the batch product sheet.

The carry-in / carry-out means support frame is composed of a base slidably mounted along a guide rail laid in a direction orthogonal to the product sheet transport direction, and a standing piece standing and fixed on the base. Furthermore, the rotating body of the loading / unloading means is rotatably supported on the upright piece, and the female type receiving plate that supports the female type on the upright piece is fixed horizontally .
The rotating body that is rotatably supported by the upright piece is determined by the type of carrying-in / out means, and a pulley is attached to the belt conveyor and a sprocket is attached to the chain conveyor.

Further, the female mold is positioned and set by a center pin that is erected and fixed at the center position in the width direction of the machine frame, and a positioning pin that is erected and fixed on the female mold receiving plate of the carrying-in / out means support frame .
A part of the female receiving plate is used to support the forward path side of the loading / unloading means.

According to the above configuration, the plurality of divided female dies can be easily positioned and attached by laying over the standing female knife receiving plate in the loading / unloading means supporting frame arranged in parallel. And even when exchanging female dies having different sizes (lateral widths), it is possible to easily cope with the change by simply sliding the loading / unloading means supporting frame in the width direction.
And, since the loading / unloading means also moves together by the movement in the width direction of the loading / unloading means support frame accompanying the replacement of the female mold, the mode in which the loading / unloading means is positioned between the plurality of members constituting the female mold is There is no change, and stable conveyance can be performed regardless of the size of the product sheet.

In addition, the internal waste remaining on the product sheet in the batch state is pushed out by the lowering of the male mold and falls below the female mold, so that the container for storing the internal waste is arranged and accumulated below the female mold. Also good. However, in order to save the trouble of taking out the container every time the accumulated internal waste is discarded, a waste discharging means for discharging the internal waste pushed out by the lowering of the male die to the outside of the apparatus is disposed at a position below the female die. (Claim 3 ) As the waste discharging means, a belt conveyor is generally used, and is disposed in a direction that intersects the conveyance direction of the product sheet, for example, in an orthogonal direction. Note that it is optional to provide a hopper or the like between the female mold and the waste discharging means to prevent the extruded internal waste from scattering outside the waste discharging means.
In addition, the product sheet residual scrap removing device of the present invention is used by being arranged between various processing machines connected to the outlet side of a box making machine (planar punching machine, rotary punching machine, etc.) or at the end of the processing machine. Of course, it is arbitrary, such as using it independently. An example of use placed between processing machines is a reversing machine connected to the outlet side of a box making machine. The product sheet in a batch state is reversed (printing surface downward → printing surface upward), and supplied to the machine after reversal. Then, the internal waste is removed, and thereafter, paper dust and paper pieces adhering to the product sheet are removed by a paper dust / trim removing device arranged in the subsequent stage. Alternatively, the present apparatus may be arranged continuously on the outlet side of the paper dust / trim removing apparatus via a roller conveyor.

With the above configuration, the internal waste extruded and removed from the product sheet in the batch state falls on the waste discharge means (for example, a belt conveyor) disposed below the female die, and the internal waste is removed from the apparatus by the operation of the waste discharge means. Can be automatically carried out.

The residual debris removal apparatus for product sheets of the present invention automatically removes internal debris remaining in the product sheet by male-type descending by supplying batch product sheets onto the loading / unloading means, After the internal waste is pushed out and removed, it is automatically carried out of the apparatus. Therefore, by arranging this device continuously on the outlet side of the pre-processing device (box making machine, paper dust removing device, etc.), the product sheets carried out in a batch state can be continuously received as it is. Removal can be done automatically.
And according to the configuration of claim 2, in order to align the product sheet in a batch state with the female type / male type and to remove the internal debris by descending the male type, the internal debris without deforming or damaging the product sheet Can be removed stably and reliably.

Further , the positioning and attachment of the three-part female type can be easily performed, and the movement adjustment in the width direction accompanying the exchange of the female type having different sizes (lateral widths) can be easily performed.
Furthermore, according to the configuration of the third aspect , the internal waste pushed out by the male descent can be automatically carried out of the apparatus. Therefore, the post-treatment of the removed internal waste can be performed efficiently.

The front stopper 11 determines a front stop position which is a reference when fixing the product sheet a conveyed by the loading / unloading means A1 on the female mold A3, and is usually below the female mold A3. The product is retracted and starts rising before the product sheet is conveyed by the loading / unloading means A1, and protrudes upward from the female die A3. The front stopper 11 is moved up and down by an air cylinder 14.

The side joggers 12 and 12 'that determine the position in the left-right width direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the batch-shaped product sheet a whose front side position is regulated by the front stopper 11 are such that the left and right stopper plates 12a are centered in the width direction. The product sheet a which is configured to approach / separate evenly and protrudes in the left-right direction is thereby prepared.

The operation of sliding in the front-rear direction (the conveyance direction of the product sheet) is performed by the ball screw mechanism 16.
Further, the rear aligning plate 13 is attached to the upright pieces 6 that support the left and right outer rows in the loading / unloading means A1, and further can be adjusted up and down individually to accommodate the height of the product sheet a in the batch state. It is configured as follows.
The drive mechanism for the rear aligning plate 13 is not limited to the configuration shown in the drawing, and other mechanisms can be used as long as the operation described above is possible.

The female mold A3 supports the product sheet a in a batch state, and a male mold A4 that extrudes slits formed on the outer periphery of the product sheet a and various shapes of holes formed inside the sheet. It is sufficient that the extruding piece can be penetrated and provided with an opening 37 in which scraps extruded by the extruding piece fall and the width direction is divided into a plurality of pieces, for example, slits and various shapes in the product sheet a These holes are directly processed into a flat plate such as a veneer plywood, and the flat plate is divided into three parts in the width direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the product sheet. That is, the female mold A3 is composed of three members: an intermediate member 17a and left and right members 17b and 17c.
Further, each of the three divided members constituting the female mold A3 is provided with a mounting hole 18 at a position corresponding to a female positioning pin 21 to be described later. Further, on the center line in the width direction of the middle member 17a, the machine frame 1 is provided. A center pin insertion hole 23 is formed to be fitted into the center pin 22 that is erected and fixed inside.

The three-divided female mold A3 is horizontally supported across the upright pieces 6 of the loading / unloading means supporting frame A1 ′ that can be moved and adjusted in the width direction.
