Description
Claims (16)
- 骨部分を安定させるためのシステムにおいて、
細長いインプラントと、
脊柱に前記細長いインプラントを固定するために、前記細長いインプラントに係合可能なアンカー組立体とを含んでおり、前記アンカー組立体が、
通路および遠位側開口を画成する受け部材であって、前記通路が前記インプラントを受けるためにあり、前記遠位側開口が前記通路を横断して延び、前記受け部材が、前記下側開口の周りを延びる唇状部をさらに含む、受け部材と、
骨部分に係合可能なアンカー部材あって、前記アンカー部材は、頭部、および前記遠位側開口を通って延びる骨係合部分を含む、アンカー部材と、
前記インプラントと前記アンカー部材との間に配置される座部材と、
遠位側座端部および本体を含む保持具であって、前記遠位側座端部が、前記受け部材内で前記唇状部上に支持され、前記本体が、前記頭部を枢動的に受けるための容器を画成しており、前記保持具が、前記遠位側座端部から近位側端部へ、前記アンカー部材の前記頭部に沿って近位側に延びており、前記座部材が前記容器内で前記頭部と接触して受けられる、保持具とを含み、
前記アンカー部材の前記頭部が、前記頭部から外側にのびる一対のピンを含み、
前記保持具が、前記保持具の中に前記一対のピンを回転可能に受けるために、前記保持具の壁内をのびる向かい合う通路を含む、システム。 - 前記保持具の前記通路の各々が、幅狭の遠位側部分及び近位側受け部分を含み、前記保持具の前記本体を外向きに湾曲させて前記遠位側部分の各々の空間を大きくすることによって、前記一対のピンが前記遠位側部分を通過することができ、前記一対のピンが前記近位側受け部分内で受けられるとき、前記本体はその湾曲前の状態に戻ることができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記通路の近位側端部に隣接する前記保持具の前記本体内にヒンジ部分が形成され、これによって、前記本体の前記容器が拡張または収縮できる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長いインプラントが脊椎ロッドであり、前記受け部材が、前記保持具および前記アンカー部材の前記頭部を受けるための下側部分を含み、前記受け部材が、前記下側部分から近位側に延びる一対の腕部をさらに含み、前記腕部が前記通路を画成して、前記通路を通って前記細長いインプラントが受けられる、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記受け部材の前記一対の腕部とねじ込み式に係合可能な係合部材をさらに含み、前記係合部材は、前記インプラントを前記座部材に押し付けるように、前記インプラントと接触し、それにより、前記座部材が前記アンカー部材の前記頭部に係合して、前記保持具内で前記アンカー部材の枢動を阻止する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記保持具が前記遠位側座端部に隣接して唇状部を画成し、前記遠位側座端部が前記容器の周りを延びており、前記唇状部が前記アンカー部材の前記頭部の遠位側に接触して、前記保持具内で前記頭部を枢動的に捕捉する、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記保持具が、少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部を含み、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部が、前記遠位側座端部および前記唇状部を通って前記容器内へとのびており、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部が前記保持具の周りの位置を提供して、前記保持具および前記受け部材に対して、枢動的な配置で前記アンカーを受けており、前記保持具の周りの位置が、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部に占められていない前記遠位側座端部の周りの位置で達成可能なものより大きい枢動角度を提供する、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 細長いインプラントを脊柱に沿って固定するためのアンカー組立体において、
通路および遠位側開口を画成する受け部材であって、前記通路がインプラントを受けるためであり、前記遠位側開口が前記通路を横断して延びる、受け部材と、
脊柱に係合可能なアンカー部材であって、前記アンカー部材が、頭部、および前記遠位側開口を通って延びる骨係合部分を含む、アンカー部材と、
本体を含む保持具であって、前記本体が容器を画成し、前記容器が、前記アンカー部材の前記頭部を前記容器の中で枢動的に捕捉し、前記本体が近位側開口および唇状部を含み、前記近位側開口は前記頭部の近位側端部に隣接し、前記唇状部が、前記保持具の遠位側開口の周りで、前記頭部の遠位側と接触しており、前記保持具が、前記本体中に少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部が、前記唇状部を通って延び前記容器と連絡し、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部が、前記保持具の前記遠位側開口での位置を提供して、前記保持具および前記受け部材に対して、枢動的な配置で前記アンカーを受けており、前記保持具の前記遠位側開口での位置が、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部によって占められていない前記保持具の前記遠位側開口の周りの位置で達成可能なものより大きい枢動角度を提供する、保持具とを含み、
前記通路が、幅狭の遠位側部分と、近位側部分とを含み、前記近位側部分が隣接するピンを回転可能に受けるサイズであり、前記ピンが前記アンカー部材の前記頭部からのびる、組立体。 - 前記保持具が、前記受け部材内で前記遠位側開口の周りで、唇状部上に支持された前記遠位側開口の周りの遠位側座端部を含む、請求項8に記載の組立体。
- 前記保持具が、複数の軸線方向通路を含み、前記複数の軸線方向通路が、前記遠位側座端部から前記保持具の近位側端部の遠位側の位置へと延び、前記保持具の前記近位側端部に隣接するヒンジ部分の周りで、前記通路が、前記保持具の前記本体を、互いに対して枢動的な隣接する壁部分へと分割する、請求項9に記載の組立体。
- 前記本体の前記壁部分が、前記ヒンジ部分の周りで径方向外向きに湾曲するように構成されて、前記ピンが前記通路の前記遠位側部分を通ることができる、請求項8乃至10の何れか1項に記載の組立体。
- 細長いインプラントを脊柱に沿って固定するためのアンカー組立体において、
通路および遠位側開口を画成する受け部材であって、前記通路が前記インプラントを受けるためであり、前記遠位側開口が前記通路を横断して延びる、受け部材と、
脊柱に係合可能なアンカー部材であって、前記アンカー部材が、頭部および前記遠位側開口を通って延びる骨係合部分を含む、アンカー部材と、
前記受け部材内にある保持具であって、前記保持具が本体を含み、前記本体が容器を画成し、前記容器が、前記アンカー部材の前記頭部を前記容器の中で枢動的に捕捉し、前記本体が近位側端部を含み、前記本体が、前記頭部に沿って、前記受け部材と接触して配置可能である遠位側座端部へと延び、前記保持具が、軸線方向の複数の通路を前記本体内に含み、前記複数の通路が、前記遠位側座端部から前記保持具の前記近位側端部の遠位側の位置へと延び、前記保持具の本体の前記近位側端部の周りで、前記複数の通路が、前記本体を互いに対して可動な複数の壁部分へと分割する、保持具とを含み、
前記複数の通路が、幅狭の遠位側部分および近位側部分をそれぞれ含み、前記近位側部分が、隣接するピンを回転可能に受けるサイズであり、前記ピンが、前記アンカー部材の前記頭部からのびる、組立体。 - 前記保持具が、唇状部および少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部をさらに含み、前記唇状部が、前記頭部の遠位側表面と接触して配置可能であり、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部が、前記本体の前記遠位側座端部内にあり、前記唇状部を通って延びて、前記容器と連絡し、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部が、前記保持具の遠位側座端部の周りでの位置を提供して、前記保持具および前記受け部材に対して、枢動的な配置で前記アンカーを受けており、前記保持具の遠位側座端部の周りでの位置が、前記少なくとも1つの切り抜き状部によって占められていない前記保持具の前記遠位側開口の周りの位置で達成可能なものより大きい枢動角度を提供する、請求項12に記載の組立体。
- 前記本体の前記近位側端部が壁厚さを有し、前記壁厚さが、前記遠位側端部に隣接する前記本体の厚さより薄くなっており、前記壁部分が一体ヒンジの周りで可動であり、前記一体ヒンジが、前記本体の前記通路と前記保持具の前記本体の前記近位側端部との間で形成される、請求項12又は13に記載の組立体。
- 前記ピンが、前記幅狭の遠位側部分を前記ピンと接触させて、隣接する壁部分を外向きに湾曲することによって、前記ピンは、前記通路の前記近位側部分へと前記幅狭の遠位側部分を通ることができるように前記保持具の前記容器内へと配置可能である、請求項12乃至14の何れか1項に記載の組立体。
- 細長いインプラントを脊柱に沿って固定するためのアンカー組立体において、
通路および遠位側開口を画成する受け部材であって、前記通路が前記インプラントを受けるためであり、前記遠位側開口が前記通路を横断して延びる、受け部材と、
脊柱に係合可能なアンカー部材であって、前記アンカー部材が、頭部、および前記遠位側開口を通って延びる骨係合部分を含み、前記アンカー部材の前記頭部が、前記頭部から外側にのびる一対のピンを含む、アンカー部材と、
本体を含む保持具であって、前記本体が容器を画成しており、前記容器が、前記アンカー部材の前記頭部を前記容器の中で枢動的に捕捉しており、前記本体が近位側端部を含み、前記本体が、前記頭部に沿って前記受け部材と接触して配置可能な遠位側座端部へと延び、前記保持具が複数の壁部分を含み、前記保持具が、前記保持具の中に前記一対のピンを回転可能に受けるために、前記壁部分の間をのびる向かい合う通路を含み、前記保持具の前記近位側端部に隣接するヒンジ部分の周りで、前記壁部分が互いに対して弾性的に可動して、前記本体を縮めて、前記本体を前記受け部材の前記遠位側開口を通して受け、また前記本体を縮めた後、前記本体を戻して、前記遠位側座端部を前記受け部材に係合させる、保持具とを含む、組立体。
