Description

Claims (14)
- 脊髄異常の治療のための装置であって、
第1の減捻装置を備え、
前記第1の減捻装置は、
内側スリーブと、前記内側スリーブ上に配置された外側スリーブとを含む管アセンブリであって、前記内側スリーブは、インプラントへ取り付けられる遠位端を有する、管アセンブリと、
ハンドルアセンブリと、
前記管アセンブリと前記ハンドルアセンブリとの間に配置された玉継ぎ手アセンブリとを含み、
前記玉継ぎ手アセンブリは、接続ロッドへ取り付けられるように構成された玉継ぎ手と、隆起部分を有する整復伸展部とを含み、前記整復伸展部は、前記内側スリーブの中央ボア内に適合するようなサイズにされ、前記内側スリーブのスロットに前記整復伸展部の前記隆起部分を係合させることによって前記内側スリーブと並べられ、前記隆起部分は、当該隆起部分の遠位端に配置された少なくとも1つの整復器タブを含み、前記隆起部分および前記整復器タブは、前記整復伸展部の外面に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの整復器タブは前記隆起部分と同軸に並べられる、装置。 - 前記外側スリーブを前記内側スリーブの遠位端上に下方にスライドさせることができ、これにより、前記内側スリーブが係合し、前記遠位端が前記インプラント上にクランプされる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの突出面が内側スリーブの外面から外方に延び、前記外側スリーブは、前記突出面と係合し、前記内側スリーブに力を付加して前記内側スリーブをインプラントとロック係合させるように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出面は、前記外側スリーブの遠位平行移動を回避するように構成された隆起停止部を含む、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記管アセンブリは、前記内側スリーブの近位端上に配置されたロックハンドルをさらに含み、前記ロックハンドルは、回転すると前記外側スリーブと係合するように構成され、これにより、前記外側スリーブが遠位方向に平行移動する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記玉継ぎ手は上部および下部を含み、前記上部および下部が噛み合うと、前記上部および下部によって回転可能な玉が形成され、前記上部は、ラジアル方向に延びる上側タブを含み、前記下部は、ラジアル方向に延びる下側タブを含み、前記上側タブおよび前記下側タブは、前記接続ロッドを受容するクランプを形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記玉継ぎ手アセンブリの整復伸展部は、外面からの少なくとも1つの突起を含み、前記少なくとも1つの突起により、1つ以上の対応するスロットが前記内側スリーブ内に係合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記整復伸展部は、前記整復伸展部の遠位端から延びる1つ以上のタブをさらに含み、前記1つ以上のタブは、ロッドと係合するように構成され、これにより、前記ロッドがネジのヘッド中へ整復される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリはハンドルを含み、前記クランプは、前記ハンドルが前記玉継ぎ手アセンブリ上に締結されると、前記接続ロッド上において下方閉鎖するように構成される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記玉継ぎ手アセンブリは、第2の接続ロッドへ取り付けられるように構成された第2の玉継ぎ手を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルアセンブリは、前記玉継ぎ手アセンブリ上を下方に締結することにより前記玉継ぎ手をロックすることが可能なハンドルを含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は第2の減捻装置を備え、
前記第2の減捻装置は、
内側スリーブと、前記内側スリーブ上に配置された外側スリーブとを含む管アセンブリであって、前記内側スリーブは、第2のインプラントへ取り付けられる遠位端を有する、管アセンブリと、
ハンドルアセンブリと、
前記管アセンブリと前記ハンドルアセンブリとの間に配置された玉継ぎ手アセンブリであって、前記玉継ぎ手アセンブリは、前記接続ロッドおよび前記玉継ぎ手の下側の整復伸展部によって前記第1の減捻装置の玉継ぎ手へ接続された玉継ぎ手を含み、前記整復伸展部は、前記内側スリーブの中央ボア内に適合するようなサイズにされる、玉継ぎ手アセンブリと、
を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記装置は第3の減捻装置を備え、
前記第3の減捻装置は、
内側スリーブと、前記内側スリーブ上に配置された外側スリーブとを含む管アセンブリであって、前記内側スリーブは、第3のインプラントへ取り付けられる遠位端を有する、管アセンブリと、
ハンドルアセンブリと、
前記管アセンブリと前記ハンドルアセンブリとの間に配置された玉継ぎ手アセンブリであって、前記玉継ぎ手アセンブリは、前記接続ロッドへ接続された玉継ぎ手と、前記玉継ぎ手の下側の整復伸展部とを含み、前記整復伸展部は、前記内側スリーブの中央ボア内に適合するようなサイズにされる、玉継ぎ手アセンブリと、
を含む、請求項12に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の減捻装置の玉継ぎ手アセンブリは、第2の接続ロッドへ取り付けられるように構成された第2の玉継ぎ手を含み、前記装置は、第3の減捻装置を備え、
前記第3の減捻装置は、
内側スリーブと、前記内側スリーブ上に配置された外側スリーブとを含む管アセンブリであって、前記内側スリーブは、第3のインプラントへ取り付けられる遠位端を有する、管アセンブリと、
ハンドルアセンブリと、
前記管アセンブリと前記ハンドルアセンブリとの間に配置された玉継ぎ手アセンブリであって、前記玉継ぎ手アセンブリは、前記第1の減捻装置の前記第2の玉継ぎ手へ前記第2の接続ロッドによって接続された玉継ぎ手を含む、玉継ぎ手アセンブリと、
を含む、請求項12に記載の装置。
