Description
Claims (13)
- ランセット装置であって、
(a)本体を備え、該本体が、開いた頂端部および前記本体の側壁における少なくとも1つのスロットを備え、前記ランセット装置がさらに、
(b)スプリングを備え、該スプリングが、前記本体内部に取り付けられ、発射準備状態と発射準備されていない状態の間で変形可能であり、前記スプリングの圧縮が、前記発射準備されていない状態より前記発射準備状態において大きく、前記スプリングが、圧縮のために手でアクセス可能であり、該アクセスは、前記本体の側壁における前記少なくとも1つのスロットを介するものであり、前記スプリングの前記手による圧縮によって、前記スプリングを前記発射準備状態に変形し、前記ランセット装置がさらに、
(c)ランセット先端を有するランセットを備え、前記ランセットが、前記本体の前記開いた頂端部より下方に前記ランセット先端が配置される収納位置と、前記本体の前記開いた頂端部より上方に前記ランセット先端が配置される突出位置との間を移動できるように前記スプリングに結合され、前記ランセットは、前記スプリングが前記発射準備状態であるとき前記収納位置にあり、前記スプリングの解放直後に、前記発射準備状態から前記突出位置になり、前記ランセットは、可撓性のフィラメントを介して前記スプリングに結合され、前記可撓性のフィラメントは、前記スプリングが前記発射準備状態にあるときにたるんだ状態にあり、前記可撓性のフィラメントは、前記スプリングが前記発射準備されていない状態にあるときに伸ばされた状態にあり、前記ランセット装置がさらに、
(d)前記スプリングを前記発射準備状態に保持するための、前記スプリングの圧縮によって作動される解放可能なキャッチと、前記解放可能なキャッチに係合可能であり、前記解放可能なキャッチを解放するためのアクチュエータとを備えるランセット装置。 - 前記スプリングが、前記本体の側壁における前記少なくとも1つのスロットに向かって外側にバイアスされるアームを備える請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記ランセットによって穿刺される身体部分と接触することによって作動される請求項1に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記本体が、前記開いた頂端部で終端する管状部材を備え、前記ランセット装置がさらに、
前記管状部材上に取り付けられ、前記開いた頂端部を超えて突出する、前記ランセットによって穿刺される皮膚を引き伸ばすための可撓性の封止部を備える請求項1に記載のランセット装置。 - 前記スプリングが、外方向にバイアスする1対のアームを有するほぼU字形の部材を備え、前記本体が、前記本体の反対側の側壁における1対のスロットを備え、それを通して前記外方向にバイアスするアームがアクセスされ内側に互いに近づくように枢動されることができる請求項1、3または4のいずれか一項に記載のランセット装置。
- ランセットホルダと、前記ランセットホルダを前記スプリングに結合する手段とをさらに備え、前記ランセットが前記ランセットホルダ内で受けられ、前記キャッチが前記ランセットホルダと係合可能である請求項5に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記結合手段が、前記外方向にバイアスするアームの一方に第1の端部が固定され、前記外方向にバイアスするアームのもう一方に第2の端部が固定された、前記ランセットホルダを通って挿入されたフィラメントを備える請求項6に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記ランセットホルダを前記本体の前記開いた頂端部から離れる方向にバイアスさせる手段をさらに備える請求項7に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記本体内部に固定された支持部をさらに備え、前記キャッチが前記支持部の一部であり、前記バイアス手段が、前記ランセットホルダに固定された第1の端部と前記支持部上にその底部に近接して形成されたタブに固定された第2の端部とを有する、弾性のストラップを備える請求項8に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記本体の前記管状部材内に摺動可能に取り付けられた円筒形部材を備える請求項1、3または4のいずれか一項に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記アクチュエータを前記解放可能なキャッチから離れる方向にバイアスさせる手段をさらに備える請求項1、3または4のいずれか一項に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記解放可能なキャッチが前記スプリングの圧縮によって動作させられる請求項3または4に記載のランセット装置。
- 前記本体が、
(i)基部を備え、前記基部が、内部キャビティを備え、前部、後部、左側の側壁、右側の側壁、底部、および開いた頂部を含み、前記左側および前記右側の側壁それぞれが、前記少なくとも1つのスロットを有するスカロップ部を備え、前記少なくとも1つのスロットが、長手方向スロットであり、前記本体がさらに、
(ii)中空の蓋を備え、前記中空の蓋が、前記基部上に取り付けられており、底部と、開いた頂端部および開いた底端部を有する管状頂部とを含み、
前記スプリングが、前記本体内に取り付けられたほぼU字形の部材であり、第1の外方向にバイアスするアームおよび第2の外方向にバイアスするアームを備え、前記第1の外方向にバイアスするアームが、前記第2の外方向にバイアスするアームに向かって圧縮させるように、前記基部の前記左側の側壁にある前記長手方向スロットを通してアクセス可能であり、前記第2の外方向にバイアスするアームが、前記第1の外方向にバイアスするアームに向かって圧縮させるように、前記基部の前記右側の側壁にある前記長手方向スロットを通してアクセス可能であり、前記ランセット装置がさらに、

前記ランセットホルダを下方にバイアスさせる手段であって、前記スプリングより弱いバイアス手段とを備え、
前記アクチュエータが、前記中空の蓋の前記管状頂部内に摺動可能に取り付けられており、前記キャッチを前記ランセットホルダから解放するように前記キャッチと係合可能であり、前記ランセット装置がさらに、
