Claims (3)
- 湿式亜鉛製錬で発生する残渣に水を加えてパルプにしてから遠心分離を行う湿式亜鉛製錬の残渣の処理方法であって,
前記遠心分離による分離率の調整が重力加速度と前記パルプの流量を調整することにより行われ,
600〜2400Gの重力加速度で遠心分離を行うことにより前記分離率を50〜90質量%とすることによって,シリカ,スズ及びアンチモンの各品位が鉛の品位よりも相対的に低い沈殿物を得ることを特徴とする,湿式亜鉛製錬の残渣の処理方法。 - 連続式スクリュー排出型遠心分離機を用いて遠心分離を行うことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の湿式亜鉛製錬の残渣の処理方法。
- 請求項1に記載の湿式亜鉛製錬の残渣の処理方法に用いられる湿式亜鉛製錬の残渣の処理装置であって,
前記パルプを貯留するタンクと,
前記パルプを遠心分離し,前記パルプが含有する鉛を沈殿物として,シリカ,スズ及びアンチモンが含まれる懸濁液から分離する連続式スクリュー排出型遠心分離機と,
前記タンクに貯留された前記パルプを前記連続式スクリュー排出型遠心分離機に定量供給するポンプと,を有することを特徴とする,湿式亜鉛製錬の残渣の処理装置。
