Claims (10)
- スラブを用意し,上記スラブの表面に少なくとも50%の空気量を有する微細構造化された表面を設け,上記微細構造化された表面に湿分反撥物質を自己組織化単分子膜としてコーティングする補聴器の構成要素を製造する方法であって,
上記微細構造化された表面を有するスラブを用意するステップは,内側が微細構造化された押出型内への射出成型処理ステップ,およびそれに続くレーザ処理による表面の構造化処理ステップを含む,
方法。 - 上記スラブは,ハウジング,ケーシング,シェル,フェースプレート,グリッド,フック,蓋,バッテリ収納引出,ボタンまたはマニピュレータのうちの一つを提供するように構成されている,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記押出型の内側が,レーザドリル加工,エッチング,またはスパーク処理によって微細構造化されている,請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記微細構造化された上記スラブの表面を湿分反撥物質で処理するステップは,シラン,好ましくは,ペルフルオロアルキルシランまたはアルキルシランを利用した気相蒸着処理を含む,請求項1に記載の方法。

- 上記微細構造化された表面は,5ミクロンから50ミクロンの範囲の平均ピッチを持つ微細構造を含む,請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- スラブを用意するステップは,アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン,アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレンとポリカーボネートとの混合物,セルロースプロピオネート,メタクリル酸メチルアクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン,ポリアミド,熱可塑性ポリエステル,ポリカーボネート,およびポリオキシメチレンからなるグループの中から選択される材料を含むスラブを用意するものである,請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
