Claims (26)
- 少なくとも1つの燃料貯蓄インターフェース層、複数の抵抗ヒータ要素を含む層、固形酸化燃料電池を固定するために構成される微小孔性流体主構造層、及びキャップ層を具備して成る複数の層をパターン化するステップと、
前記複数の層を共に結合させるステップと、
前記微小孔性流体主構造層の中に、前記固形酸化燃料電池を組立てるステップと、からなる燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法であって、
前記複数の層の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルの一部であり、別の前記複数の層の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルの一部であって、前記少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルは、燃料と酸化剤のうち少なくとも一つを燃料電池に送るように配置されることを特徴とするMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。 - 前記複数の層はさらに、陽極連結管支持材層及び陰極連結管支持材層を含む請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記各層間の金属相互接続を、スクリーンプリント技術を用いて、前記各層を成す材料上にパターン化するステップを更に具備する請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。

- 前記層は、稼動している間、低温で燃料電池パッケージの外部エリアを保持するために、調整される断熱材料から形成される請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
