Claims (26)
- 少なくとも1つの燃料貯蓄インターフェース層、複数の抵抗ヒータ要素を含む層、固形酸化燃料電池を固定するために構成される微小孔性流体主構造層、及びキャップ層を具備して成る複数の層をパターン化するステップと、
前記複数の層を共に結合させるステップと、
前記微小孔性流体主構造層の中に、前記固形酸化燃料電池を組立てるステップと、からなる燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法であって、
前記複数の層の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルの一部であり、別の前記複数の層の少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルの一部であって、前記少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルは、燃料と酸化剤のうち少なくとも一つを燃料電池に送るように配置されることを特徴とするMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。 - 前記複数の層はさらに、陽極連結管支持材層及び陰極連結管支持材層を含む請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記各層間の金属相互接続を、スクリーンプリント技術を用いて、前記各層を成す材料上にパターン化するステップを更に具備する請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記複数の層の材料が成型プラスチックによって構成されている請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記複数の層の材料は、エッチング技術もしくは成形技術を利用してパターン化される請求項4に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記成型プラスチックが、25μmから1mmの間、もしくは50μmから250μmの間の薄さを有するように形成される請求項4に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記複数の層の材料は、セラミックグリーンテープからなる請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記セラミックグリーンテープが、25μmから1mmの間の薄さを有するように形成される請求項7に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記セラミックグリーンテープが、50μmから250μmの間の薄さを有するように形成される請求項7に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- さらに、任意の2またはそれ以上の前記層間を垂直方向に延伸する電極フィードスルーを組み込むステップを有する請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- さらに、前記パッケージ内部に空気流連結管を組み込むステップを有する請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- さらに、前記パッケージ内に燃料流連結管を組み込むステップを有する請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルが、1つの燃料流路及び空気流路を具備する請求項1に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ形成方法。
- 固形酸化燃料電池と、少なくとも1つの燃料貯蓄インターフェース層、複数の抵抗ヒータ要素を含む層、燃料電池を固定するために構成される微小孔性流体主構造層、及びキャップ層を具備して成る互いに結合された複数の層を具備して成るMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージであって、少なくとも1つの前記層は、少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルの一部であり、少なくとも別の1つの前記層は、少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルの一部であって、前記少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルは、燃料と酸化剤のうち少なくとも一つを燃料電池に送るように配置されることを特徴とするMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 前記層は、稼動している間、低温で燃料電池パッケージの外部エリアを保持するために、調整される断熱材料から形成される請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 前記断熱材料は、稼動している間、55℃以下の温度で燃料電池パッケージの外部エリアを保持する請求項15に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 前記層は、熱伝導を供給するために調整される熱伝導性材料から形成される請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 前記層は、25μmから1mmの範囲の厚さである請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 前記層の少なくとも1つは、ケイ素、セラミックグリーンテープ、成型セラミックから選択される材料からなる請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 前記固形酸化燃料電池に堆積される第二固形酸化燃料電池を、更に具備する請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 高温ガスの流れを排出することによって、引きこんだ冷却ガスを加熱するために調整される微小流体冷却設計を更に具備する請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 燃料を副生成物に変換することを手助けするための少なくとも一つの燃料流路に配置される触媒を更に具備する請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 前記副生成物は、水素から成る請求項22に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 電極フィードスルーは、固形酸化燃料電池と燃料電池パッケージの外側を接続する請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- シール接着は、電極フィードスルーの周りに配置されている請求項24に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの微小流体チャンネルが、燃料流路又は空気流路のうち1つを具備する請求項14に記載のMEMS基礎の燃料電池についてのパッケージ。
