(2)さらにけい酸カルシウム系基材に未膨張バーミキュライトを配合してなる上記(1)に記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法;
(3)粉砕物が、けい酸カルシウム系基材に補強繊維を配合してなる建材用組成物を成形して建材を製造する際に、建材の仕上げ加工により発生する研磨粉体である上記(1)または(2)に記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法;
(4)けい酸カルシウム系建材組成物を成形して建材を製造する際に発生する端材を粉砕する上記(1)または(2)に記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法;
(5)上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法により得られた造粒人工土壌;ならびに
(6)上記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法により得られたけい酸質肥料、
である。
実施例1
けい酸質原料としてケイ石粉末28質量部、石灰質原料として消石灰27質量部および補強繊維としてパルプ5質量部、さらに未膨張バーミキュライト40質量部を出発原料として、これらに水を添加して混合し固形分約12%のスラリーとし、抄造機により生シートを形成させた後,オートクレーブ中(160〜180℃、約10時間)で加圧養生させ、ついで80℃未満で所定の含水率になるまで乾燥させ、けい酸カルシウムボード(30cm×30cm×6mm)を得た。
実施例2
実施例1において、けい酸カルシウムボード(30cm×30cm×6mm)を得るための仕上げ加工時に発生した研磨粉体(粒径1mm以下)を集めて、これをそのまま造粒する以外は実施例1と同様にして、目的とする造粒(球状)人工土壌を得た。その粒径は約2mmであり、硬度は約1kg/cm2であった。この造粒人工土壌はけい酸質肥料としてそのまま用いることができた。
比較例1
実施例1において、ピンミルを用いて粉砕する際に、粉砕を途中で停止して、大部分のパルプの長さが25〜40mmとした以外は、実施例1と同様にして、目的とする造粒(球状)人工土壌を得た。その粒径は約2mmであり、硬度は約0.05kg/cm2であった。
Claims (6)
- けい酸カルシウム系基材に補強繊維を配合してなるけい酸カルシウム系建材用組成物を粉砕して、または粉砕した後に分級して、粉砕物中の補強繊維の長さが実質的に3mm以下となるように調整し、ついでこの粉砕物を造粒することにより、木屋式穀粒硬度計を用いて測定された硬度が0.3〜6kg/cm 2 である造粒人工土壌を得ることを特徴とするけい酸カルシウム系の造粒人工土壌の製造方法。
- さらにけい酸カルシウム系基材に未膨張バーミキュライトを配合してなる請求項1に記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法。
- 粉砕物が、けい酸カルシウム系基材に補強繊維を配合してなる建材用組成物を成形して建材を製造する際に、建材の仕上げ加工により発生する研磨粉体である請求項1または2に記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法。
- けい酸カルシウム系建材組成物を成形して建材を製造する際に発生する端材を粉砕する請求項1または2に記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法により得られた造粒人工土壌。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の造粒人工土壌の製造方法により得られたけい酸質肥料。
