Claims (4)
- ターボ機械のロータのためのブレード付きホイールであり、
ホイールが、ホイールに結合されるブレード根元部を受けるための受容溝(14)を含み、前記受容溝が、受容溝の端部で上流側環状キャビティ(20)および下流側環状キャビティ(21)をそれぞれ画定する、上流側環状リップおよび下流側環状リップを備え、ホイールは、前記環状リップが、ブレード根元部を前記受容溝に係合するための挿入用切欠き部(30)を含み、前記受容溝の1周全体において、2つのラッチ(32)が設置され、該2つのラッチ(32)が、前記切欠き部の両側においてそれぞれ前記受容溝に設置されるタイプであり、各ラッチが、上流側および下流側環状キャビティの間を延びる基部を備える、ブレード付きホイールであって、
前記上流側環状キャビティが、溝の底部を越えるくぼみ部(24)を含み、各ラッチの基部の上流側リブ(60)が、前記くぼみ部(24)と係合し、前記基部が、中央にねじ穴(52)を備え、ねじ(50)が、前記ねじ穴に係合されることを特徴とする、ブレード付きホイール。 - ラッチの位置決め切抜き部(36、38)が、前記切欠き部(30)の両側において前記環状リップに設けられ、前記ラッチが、協働する位置決め切抜き部の形状および寸法と対応する形状および寸法のガイド突出部(46、48)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のブレード付きホイール。
- 前記上流側リブ(60)が、前記基部の傾斜した平坦なファセット(57)を延ばすことによって画定されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のブレード付きホイール。
- 前記ラッチが、前記基部の両側に形成される2つの重量減少切欠き部(56)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のブレード付きホイール。
