Description
本出願は、2003年12月29日に出願された出願番号第10/748,016号の同時係属出願の一部継続出願であり、かつ上記出願番号の出願は2003年9月22日に出願されたシリアル番号が第10/667,710号である係属中の親出願の一部継続出願であり、その内容の全てがこの参照によって本願明細書に組み込まれるものとする。
本発明は細長い身体内部装置に関し、より詳しくは、ステント配備、経皮経管冠動脈形成術(PTCA)およびそれに類似する手技のための管腔内装置に関する。
1)充填する粒子の一様な分布
2)周囲のポリママトリクスとの連続性
3)固化状態および溶融状態の両方における加工性を付与するためにポリママトリクスが混合物に延性をもたらす充填粒子間の充分な隙間
Claims (16)
- 放射線不透過性マーカであって、
ポリマと、
前記ポリマの内部に配設された放射線不透過性の粒子と、
極性ワックスと、
を含み、
前記放射線不透過性の粒子が、この放射線不透過性マーカの少なくとも91重量パーセントを構成していることを特徴とする放射線不透過性マーカ。 - 前記ポリマがポリウレタンから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記ポリウレタンが、熱可塑性ポリエーテルウレタンから成ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記極性ワックスがエルカ酸アミドから成ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記ポリマは、少なくとも8.6重量パーセントのPellethane(登録商標)90AEから成り、
前記放射線不透過性の粒子が少なくとも91重量パーセントを構成し、
前記極性ワックスが0.01〜0.4重量パーセントのエルカ酸アミドから成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。 - 前記極性ワックスが0.2重量パーセントのエルカ酸アミドから成ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 酸化防止剤を更に含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記酸化防止剤が、0.2重量パーセントのIrganox(登録商標)B225から成ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記放射線不透過性の粒子が、少なくとも2ミクロンの平均直径および20ミクロンの最大直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記放射線不透過性の粒子がタングステンから成ることを特徴とする請求項9に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記ポリマが、Pebax(登録商標)、ポリエーテルウレタン、ポリエステルコポリマ、オレフィン誘導コポリマ、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、熱可塑性エラストマ、高機能ポリマ、ポリウレタン、スチレニックスコポリマ、およびナイロンからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記放射線不透過性の粒子が、プラチナ、金、イリジウム、パラジウム、レニウム、ロジウム、タングステン、タンタル、銀、およびスズからなる群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記極性ワックスは、アミドワックス、モンタン酸エステル、極性ポリエチレンワックス、エチル酢酸ビニルワックス、およびその鹸化されたものから成る群より選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 8.6重量パーセントのPellethane(登録商標)90AE、
91重量パーセントのタングステン粒子、および
0.2重量パーセントエルカ酸アミドを含むことを特徴とする放射線不透過性マーカ。 - 0.2重量パーセントのIrganox(登録商標)B225を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
- 前記タングステン粒子が、少なくとも2ミクロンの平均直径および20ミクロンの最大直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項15に記載した放射線不透過性マーカ。
