Claims (6)
- 少なくとも平面部があり、該平面部からフィンが延びる放熱ユニットと、上記の放熱ユニットの平面部上に積層される粘着層と、上記の粘着層上に積層されるペースト材質からなるバッファ層と、上記のバッファ層の一面上に積層されるセラミック層と、上記のセラミック層の一面上に積層される回路層と、上記の回路層の一面上に積層されて接続される太陽電池とが含有されることを特徴とする、太陽電池放熱パッケージ装置。
- 該放熱ユニットは銅の材質から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池放熱パッケージ装置。
- 該放熱ユニットはアルミニウムとニッケルを混合した材質から作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池放熱パッケージ装置。
- 該粘着層はペーストであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池放熱パッケージ装置。
- 該回路層はエネルギー貯蔵ユニットが接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池放熱パッケージ装置。
- 該放熱ユニットは平面状の金属板であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池放熱パッケージ装置。
