Description
Claims (6)
- (a)センサー素子の第1、第2、第3および第4の群、ここで、センサー素子のある群のいずれの構成要素もセンサー素子の他のいずれの群の構成要素ではない、と、
(b)センサー素子の第1の群のすべての構成要素に接触している第1の電極と、
(c)センサー素子の前記4つの群のそれぞれの1つの構成要素に接触している第2の電極と、
(d)センサー素子の前記第2の群のすべての構成要素に接触する第3の電極と、
(e)センサー素子の前記第2の群の、第2の電極が接触する構成要素とは異なる1つの構成要素に接触し、センサー素子の前記第3の群の、第2の電極が接触する構成要素とは異なる1つの構成要素にも接触する第4の電極と、
(f)センサー素子の前記第3の群のすべての構成要素に接触する第5の電極と、
(g)センサー素子の前記第4の群のすべての構成要素に接触する第6の電極と、
(h)センサー素子の前記第1の群の、第2の電極が接触する構成要素とは異なる1つの構成要素に接触する第7の電極と、
(i)センサー素子の前記第2の群の、第2の電極が接触する構成要素とは異なる1つの構成要素に接触する第8の電極と、
(j)センサー素子の前記第3の群の、第2の電極が接触する構成要素とは異なる1つの構成要素に接触する第9の電極と、
(k)センサー素子の前記第4の群の、第2の電極が接触する構成要素とは異なる1つの構成要素に接触する第10の電極とを含んでなる、ガス検知装置。 - 少なくとも6つのセンサー素子を含んでなる請求項1に記載の装置。
- 一体型の物体である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 多層積層体である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数の表面を有し、2つ以上の前記表面上にセンサー素子が設置されている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 約18mm以下の直径を有する円を通り抜けることができる請求項1に記載の装置。
