ピラゾレート(化合物(I−A):94.0%)63.8質量部、化合物(II)(96.0%) 2.43質量部及び炭酸カルシウムカルフィン600(足立石灰(株)製)33.77質量部を混合し、エアーミル((株)セイシン企業製、SK-JET O MIZER model 0101)にて混合物を粉砕し、ピラゾレート(化合物(I−A))及び化合物(II)の混合プレミックスを得た。混合プレミックス30質量部、トリポリリン酸ナトリウム(三井化学(株)製)2質量部、アミコールNo.1(デキストリン、日本澱粉化学(株)製)1.5質量部、ベントナイト(豊順鉱業(株)製)25質量部及び炭酸カルシウム41.3質量部をニーダ‐(富士産業(株)製、FM−NW−5型)中で混合し、ニューコール291PG(日本乳化剤(株)製)0.2質量部と水13質量部を混合した水溶液を添加し、さらに混合した後、ドームグラン(不二パウダル(株)製、スクリーン1.0mmφ)を用いて、練合物を押し出し造粒した。得られた造粒物を棚型乾燥機(タバイ(株)製、PERFECT OVEN PS-222 型、60℃)にて乾燥した後、600〜1190μmに篩分して、ピラゾレート(化合物(I−A))18%及び化合物(II)0.7%を配合する粒剤を得た。

試験例1
除草効果及び移植水稲に対する薬害の圃場試験
タイヌビエ(ECH)、コナギ(MOOVA)及びイヌホタルイ(SCI)が自然発生する圃場を、5月10日(2006年)に代掻きを行い、5月12日に、日本晴(ORY)を稚苗機械移植し、湛水状態とした。8m2の区を仕切り、移植4日後に、製剤例2に準じて調製した粒剤の所定薬量を湛水土壌処理し、6月28日に、下記判定基準に従って、除草効果及び移植水稲に対する薬害を判定し、その結果を表1に示した。
判定した除草効果をもとに、Colbyの式(Weeds 15、P20-22、1967)を利用して、2種の化合物を混合したときの相加的効果を表す値(期待値)を表中カッコ内に併記した。実際の実験結果が期待値を上回る場合、2種の化合物の組み合わせが相乗作用を有することを意味する。
