Claims (20)
- 冷却系を備えた高炉用回転式装入装置であって、該回転式装入装置は回転分配手段のための回転自在な支持体と該回転自在な支持体のための静止ハウジングとを含み、上記冷却系が上記回転自在な支持体と回転自在な支持体に固定された回転冷却循環路と上記静止ハウジング上の静止冷却循環路とを含むものにおいて、
上記回転冷却循環路が閉循環路として構成されていること、
上記静止冷却循環路を流れる冷却流体により冷却されるように構成された静止熱移動素子と、上記回転冷却循環路に循環される別の冷却流体により加熱されるように構成された回転熱移動素子とを含む熱移動装置が設けられ、上記両熱移動素子は対面関係に配置され、それらの間に伝熱部を有して、上記別個の冷却流体同士を混合せずに、上記伝熱部を通る対流及び又は輻射により熱伝達を行うようにしたことを特徴とする回転式装入装置。 - 前記回転冷却循環路が閉ループ自然対流循環路として構成される請求項1に記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転冷却循環路がヒートパイプを少なくとも1つ含む請求項1に記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転冷却循環路が閉ループ強制対流循環路として構成される請求項1に記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転冷却循環路が閉ループ蒸気圧縮冷凍サイクルとして構成される請求項1に記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転冷却循環路が吸着冷却装置として構成される請求項1に記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転冷却循環路が、前記回転自在支持体の回転により起動される機構により機械的に駆動されるポンプまたはコンプレッサ少なくとも1つを含む請求項4〜6の何れか1つに記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転冷却循環路が、前記回転自在支持体の回転により起動される発生器により供給されるバッテリーか、滑り接触面又は非接触誘導電流伝達により電気的に駆動されるポンプまたはコンプレッサ少なくとも1つを含む請求項4〜6の何れか1つに記載の装入装置。
- 前記静止冷却循環路が、前記静止熱移動素子に伝達される熱を運び去る前記高炉の閉ループ冷却循環路の一部である請求項1〜8の何れか1つに記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転または静止熱移動素子に凹部が少なくとも1つ設けられ、前記静止又は回転熱移動素子に対応する突起が少なくとも1つ設けられて、これら凹部及び突起が蛇行縦断面を前記伝熱部に与えるように互いに嵌合するようにした請求項1〜9の何れか1つに記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転熱移動素子と前記静止熱移動素子の各々が環状の基部と、該基部から横方向に突出する突起少なくとも1つとを有し、該突起複数同士が対面関係に配置され、互いに嵌合して蛇行縦断面を前記伝熱部に与えるようにした請求項1〜9の何れか1つに記載の装入装置。
- 前記伝熱部の少なくとも一部が熱伝導性液体で充填されて成る請求項10又は11に記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転熱移動素子及び又は前記静止熱移動素子の突起少なくとも1つが前記熱伝導性液体に乱流を生じさせる手段を含んで成る請求項12に記載の装入装置。
- 前記伝熱部の横幅が0.5〜3mmの範囲にある請求項1〜12の何れか1つに記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転冷却循環路が、前記回転自在の支持体により支持される回転分配シュートを冷却するための一部の循環路を含んで成る請求項1〜14の何れか1つに記載の装入装置。
- 前記静止熱移動素子及び前記回転熱移動素子は、前記回転自在な支持体の回転軸の周りに全周に亘って延びている環状リングとして配置されている請求項1〜15の何れか1つに記載の装入装置。
- 前記回転熱移動素子は、熱移動表面と対向する平面を有する請求項16記載の装入装置。
- 前記熱移動素子は、熱移動領域を形成するギャップによって分離されている請求項17記載の装入装置。
- 前記ギャップは少なくとも部分的に熱伝導性グリースが充填されている請求項18記載の装入装置。
- 請求項1〜19の何れか1つに記載の冷却系を備えた装入装置を含む溶鉱炉。
