Claims (2)
- 調光用のアナログ電圧を入力としてバースト信号を生成し、前記バースト信号を用いてパルス幅変調制御による調光を発光素子に行なわせるバースト信号生成回路を備え、
前記バースト信号生成回路は、
頂点を有する電圧波形である発振信号を生成する発振回路と、
前記アナログ電圧と前記発振信号の電圧値を比較し、当該比較結果を示す信号を出力する比較回路と、
前記発振信号の前記頂点を検出する検出回路と、
前記検出回路が前記発振信号の前記頂点を検出したときに、所定の時間幅を有するパルス信号を生成する信号生成回路と、
前記比較回路が出力する信号と、前記パルス信号に基づいて前記バースト信号を生成する論理回路と、を備え、
前記論理回路は、前記パルス信号が有する所定の時間幅に対応する期間内であれば、前記比較回路が出力する信号の論理値に関わらず、前記発光素子を発光させるような前記バースト信号を生成することを特徴とする発光素子駆動装置。 - 前記信号生成回路をマイコンで構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の発光素子駆動装置。
