Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つのバルブ開口(16)を有するバルブハウジング(14)と、
バルブハウジング(14)に配設される少なくとも1つのペタル(12)であって、該ペタル(12)が閉鎖位置にある場合に少なくとも1つのバルブ開口(16)を実質的に塞ぐとともに、少なくとも1つのバルブ開口を通る流体の流れを許容するようにヒンジ軸を中心として開放位置に回転する少なくとも1つのペタル(12)と、
開放位置を超えて少なくとも1つのペタル(12)が回転しないよう防ぐ少なくとも1つの可撓性ペタルストップ(24,36)と、
を備えるチェックバルブであって、
可撓性ペタルストップ(36)は、
バルブハウジング(14)の第1のポストから第2のポストへと延びるストップピン(34)と、
ストップピン(34)に設けられた少なくとも1つの可撓性のストップピンカラー(36)と、
を備え、
ストップピンカラー(36)は、少なくとも1つのペタル(12)とストップピンカラー(36)との衝撃により生じる衝撃荷重を吸収するように構成され、
少なくとも1つのストップピンカラー(36)の各々は、環状部(38)を有し、該環状部は、ストップピン(34)から所定の半径方向距離に亘って離間した内壁(40)を有することを特徴とするチェックバルブ(10)。 - 環状部はストップピン(34)と実質的に同軸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 少なくとも1つのストップピンカラー(36)は、厚さが一定の内壁(40)がストップピン(34)に向かって先細になる少なくとも1つの円錐部(44)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 環状部(38)の少なくとも一方の端部に円錐部(44)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 円錐部(44)の先端(46)はストップピン(34)と接触することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの円錐部(44)が2つの円錐部(44)を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 可撓性ペタルストップ(24,36)は、バルブハウジング(14)から延びる少なくとも1つの可撓性ポスト(24)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 各可撓性ポスト(24)は、少なくとも1つのポストスロット(52)を有し、該ポストスロット(52)の大きさおよびポストの断面形状の少なくとも一方により、少なくとも1つの可撓性ポスト(24)の可撓量が決まることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 少なくとも1つのポストスロット(52)は、ポスト先端(50)からポスト基部(54)へと延びることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの可撓性ポスト(24)は、2つの可撓性ポスト(24)を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- ペタルストップ(24)は、柔軟性を有し、衝撃荷重を吸収することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
- 少なくとも1つのペタル(12)は2つのペタル(12)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のチェックバルブ(10)。
