・貯留水中の過酸化水素の濃度が所定の値に達する前にディスペンサ2がベースステーションから取り外された場合、貯留水中の過酸化水素の濃度がこの所定の値よりも低い場合又はこれを下回った場合、若しくは、バッテリパック128が充電を必要とする場合における琥珀色光の閃光、
・注ぎ口38が開放位置にあることを示すための緑色光の閃光、及び
・電解セルによる過酸化水素の発生が完了した時点における緑色光の常時点灯。

Claims (15)
- スプレーディスペンサであって、
ベース(12)と、前記ベース(12)から上方に延びる本体(14)と、ヘッド(16)とを構成するように形作られているハウジング(4)を有し、
前記本体(14)は、液体を貯めるリザーバ(30)を有し、
前記ベース(12)は、前記リザーバ(30)から液体を受け入れて、前記リザーバ(30)から受け入れた液体から過酸化水素を発生させ、前記液体中の酸化特性レベルを増大させる電解セル(92)、及び、液体を前記リザーバ(30)と前記電解セルとの間で循環させる流体循環手段を有しており、前記流体循環手段は、液体を圧送する第1の流体ポンプ(70)を含んでいて、前記第1の流体ポンプ(70)は、第1の導管(76)によって前記リザーバ(30)の第1の流体出口ポート(74)に連結された入口(72)を有しており、
前記ヘッド(16)は、前記リザーバ(30)から液体を小出しするノズル(26)を有し、
液体を前記リザーバ(30)から前記ノズル(26)に供給する第2の流体ポンプ(150)を作動させて、液体を前記リザーバ(30)から前記ノズル(26)に運ぶために、ユーザの手の人差し指により作動可能なトリガ(28)が、前記本体(14)の前記ヘッド(16)のノズル側部分の下に設けられていて、
前記第2の流体ポンプ(150)は、第2の導管(156)によって前記リザーバ(30)の第2の流体出口ポート(158)に連結された入口(160)を有している、
ことを特徴とするスプレーディスペンサ。 - 前記液体は水であり、前記電解セルは、前記リザーバから前記液体を受け入れると共に酸素含有ガスを受け入れ、前記液体は、前記リザーバと前記電解セルとの間で循環されて、前記リザーバに貯められた前記液体の中の過酸化水素の濃度を増大させ、前記ノズルは、前記リザーバから過酸化水素含有水を小出しする、請求項1に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記電解セルは、ガス拡散カソードと、メンブレンと、アノードとを有し、前記スプレーディスペンサは、酸素含有ガスを前記カソードの一方の側に供給する手段を有し、
前記メンブレンは、前記カソードと前記アノードとの間に位置し、カソードチャンバ及びアノードチャンバを画定し、
前記流体循環手段は、水を前記カソードの他方の側と前記メンブレンとの間で運ぶよう構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。 - 前記酸素含有ガス供給手段は、空気を前記カソードの前記一方の側に吹き付けるファンから成る、請求項3に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記流体循環手段は、水を前記アノードと前記メンブレンとの間で運ぶよう構成されている、請求項3又は4に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記メンブレンは、水素イオン交換膜から成る、請求項3〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記ハウジングは、ベース及び前記ベースから上方に延びる本体を有し、前記電解セルは、前記ベース内に配置されている、請求項1〜6のうちのいずれか一項に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記リザーバから水を受け入れて、前記電解セルに軟水を出力する軟水装置を有する、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記軟水装置は、前記リザーバから受け入れた前記水から遷移金属イオンを除くイオン交換物質を有する、請求項8に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記リザーバから水を受け入れ、受け取った前記水から遷移金属イオンを除き、そして遷移金属イオンが減少した水を前記電解セルに出力するイオン交換物質を有する、請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか一項に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 水を前記リザーバ内に導入する注ぎ口を有し、前記注ぎ口は、前記リザーバに対して開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で動くことができる、請求項1〜10のうちのいずれか一項に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記電解セルを作動させる制御回路を収納している、請求項11に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 前記流体循環手段の第1の流体ポンプ(70)は、電動式ポンプから成る、請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一に記載のスプレーディスペンサ。
- 請求項1〜13のうちのいずれか一項に記載のスプレーディスペンサと、
前記スプレーディスペンサを受け入れ、電力を前記電解セルに供給するベースステーションと、
を有する装置。 - 前記スプレーディスペンサは、電池と、前記ベースステーションから電力を受け取るよう構成された電池充電器とを有する、請求項14に記載の装置。
