Description
(1) 患者眼の患部を治療するためのレーザ光を出射するレーザ光源と、該レーザ光源からのレーザ光を伝送する光ファイバと、該光ファイバを出射したレーザ光を患者眼の患部に照射するデリバリ光学系とを備える眼科用レーザ治療装置において、前記デリバリ光学系は、前記光ファイバの出射端面におけるレーザ光のビームプロファイルを患部上で均一化又は周辺に比べて中央の強度が低いビームプロファイルに成形すると共に、患者眼の患部上で異なるスポットサイズに成形する複数の回折光学素子と、該複数の回折光学素子を選択的に光路上に切換え配置する切換手段と、を備え、前記デリバリ光学系は、さらに、前記光ファイバから出射されたレーザ光の光束径を拡大してコリメートするコリメータレンズと、前記回折光学素子を通過したレーザ光を患部に投影する投影レンズと、を有し、前記回折光学素子が光軸上に配置されない状態では前記光ファイバの出射端面が前記コリメートレンズ及び投影レンズにより投影される構成としたことを特徴とする。
(2) (1)の眼科用レーザ治療装置において、前記切換手段は前記回折光学素子を光軸上から外した位置にも切換え配置可能な切換手段であることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 患者眼の患部を治療するためのレーザ光を出射するレーザ光源と、該レーザ光源からのレーザ光を伝送する光ファイバと、該光ファイバを出射したレーザ光を患者眼の患部に照射するデリバリ光学系とを備える眼科用レーザ治療装置において、
前記デリバリ光学系は、前記光ファイバの出射端面におけるレーザ光のビームプロファイルを患部上で均一化又は周辺に比べて中央の強度が低いビームプロファイルに成形すると共に、患者眼の患部上で異なるスポットサイズに成形する複数の回折光学素子と、該複数の回折光学素子を選択的に光路上に切換え配置する切換手段と、を備え、
前記デリバリ光学系は、さらに、前記光ファイバから出射されたレーザ光の光束径を拡大してコリメートするコリメータレンズと、前記回折光学素子を通過したレーザ光を患部に投影する投影レンズと、を有し、前記回折光学素子が光軸上に配置されない状態では前記光ファイバの出射端面が前記コリメートレンズ及び投影レンズにより投影される構成としたことを特徴とする眼科用レーザ治療装置。 - 請求項1の眼科用レーザ治療装置において、前記切換手段は前記回折光学素子を光軸上から外した位置にも切換え配置可能な切換手段であることを特徴とする眼科用レーザ治療装置。
