Description
−RESOLUTION社からの乳化用樹脂:EPICOTE 828 (EEW=184〜190)及びEPICOTE 255 (EEW=193〜205);及び
−ダウケミカル社からの乳化用樹脂:DER330 (EEW=176〜185)及びDER331(EEW=182〜192)。
上述したエポキシ樹脂の混合物を用いることも可能であり、有利である。
-脂環族アミン:1,3-ビス(アミノエチル)シクロヘキサン、4,4-ジアミノシクロヘキシルメタン、メタンジアミン及び2,6-ジアミノシクロヘキサノール;
-芳香族アミン:メタフェニレンジアミン、ジアミノジフェニルスルホン及びジエチルトルエンジアミン;及び
-イミダゾール、1-メチルイミダゾール、2-メチルイミダゾール、2-ウンデシルイミダゾール、2-エチル-4-メチルイミダゾール及び2-フェニルイミダゾールのようなイミダゾール類。
a) 水、EEW価が150乃至2000、好ましくは少なくとも160及び/又は多くても700、又は更には少なくとも170及び/又は多くても300である少なくとも1種の水分散性エポキシ樹脂から実質的になる樹脂又は樹脂混合物、少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤及び添加剤(乾燥樹脂100部当りで計算した部)、特に0.1乃至2%のシラン及び特に0乃至15%の鉱油から実質的になるサイジング組成物の調製;
b)融解鉱物組成物の、特に内部遠心法(特にガラス繊維用のスピナーの垂直軸)又は外部遠心法(特にロックファイバー用の水平軸)による繊維化及び工程a)で調製したサイジング組成物の繊維上への噴霧;及び
c)圧縮できるファイバーブランケットの形成のためのサイジング組成物のオーブン内、特にほぼ250℃での硬化。
サイジング組成物A:
・フェノール樹脂 80部
・尿素 20部
・アミノシラン 0.5部
・鉱油 9部
・硫酸アンモニウム 3部
・水性アンモニア(20%溶液) 6部
サイジング組成物Aに用いたフェノール樹脂は特許出願EP0148050号に記載した型のものであり、標準絶縁製品の製造に用いられるものに対応する。
・フェノール樹脂 100部
・尿素 0部
・アミノシラン 0.5部
・鉱油 9部
・硫酸アンモニウム 3部
・水性アンモニア(20%溶液) 6部
このサイジング組成物はEP1022263号(例番号1)に記載された型のものである。
・燐酸アルミニウムをベースとする鉱物結合材 100部
・アミノシラン 0.5部
・油 9部
本発明による例 D及びE:
サイジング組成物D:
・エポキシ樹脂:RESOLUTIONからのEPIREZ3510W60 88部
・DCN(ジシアンジアミド)硬化剤 12部
・2,4,6-トリス(ジメチルアミノエチル)フェノール促進剤
1部
・アミノシラン 0.5部
・油 9部
サイジング組成物E:
・エポキシ樹脂:RESOLUTIONからのEPIREZ3510W60 80部
・硬化剤:TEPA 20部
・アミノシラン 0.5部
・油 9部
絶縁製品は、上記サイジング組成物を同一の繊維化条件で噴霧し製品が4.5重量%の結合材を含むようにして製造した。
測定プロトコルは次の通りであった。これらのサイジング組成物を鉱物ウールファイバー上に噴霧した。噴霧量は全ての試料に同一である。各試料(結合材の硬化後)の1gを管状炉で350℃に1時間、流量2l/分の空気で加熱した。空気で炉の出口に送られるメチルイソシアネート(MIC)及びICAの量をOSHANo.54標準に従って測定した(MIC及びICAを捕捉する反応体を含浸させた固体トラップでMICを捕捉し、次いで同一反応体を含む安全バブラーにより、最後にHPLCを用いたUV蛍光検出によるMIC及びICAの定量測定)。ホルムアルデヒド放出は管状炉で350℃に加熱された最終生成物が放出するホルムアルデヒドの量で測定した:10gの試料を350℃の管状炉に入れ、再構成した空気の気体流を試料に1時間通した;放出されたホルムアルデヒドを直列に2個のバブラーで捕捉した;これらはHPLC品質の水50mlで満たされている;各バブラーはLange法で測定し、結果は製品kg当りのホルムアルデヒド(mg)で表した。試験の結果は表1に示す。
Claims (21)
- そのEEW価が150乃至2000である少なくとも1種のエポキシ型樹脂と少なくとも1種の不揮発性アミン硬化剤を含むサイジング組成物から得られた少なくとも1重量%の硬化結合剤を包含し、かつ350℃に少なくとも15分間加熱したときにフォルムアルデヒドの放出が50mg/kg(製品)未満及びメチルイソシアネート(MIC)の放出が50mg/kg(製品)未満である、鉱物繊維を基礎とした熱及び/又は音響絶縁製品の150℃以上における使用。
- 350℃に少なくとも15分間加熱したときにフォルムアルデヒドの放出が20mg/kg(製品)未満及びメチルイソシアネート(MIC)の放出が20mg/kg(製品)未満である、請求項1に記載された鉱物繊維を基礎とした熱及び/又は音響絶縁製品の使用。
- 結合剤は、そのEEW価が160乃至700である少なくとも1種のエポキシ型樹脂からなる樹脂又は樹脂混合物を含むサイジング組成物から得られた、請求項2に記載された鉱物繊維を基礎とした熱及び/又は音響絶縁製品の使用。
- 結合剤は、そのEEW価が少なくとも170乃至300である少なくとも1種のエポキシ型樹脂からなる樹脂又は樹脂混合物を含むサイジング組成物から得られた、請求項2に記載された鉱物繊維を基礎とした熱及び/又は音響絶縁製品の使用。
- 絶縁製品の少なくとも1の外表面におかれた、坪量(グラマージ)が10乃至300g/m2である鉱物繊維のウエブを更に包含すること及び、ウエブは少なくとも1重量%以上のサイジング組成物から得られた硬化結合剤を包含し、樹脂又は樹脂混合物はEEW価が150乃至2000である少なくとも1種のエポキシ型樹脂からなること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の熱及び/又は音響絶縁製品の使用。
- 絶縁製品の少なくとも1の外表面におかれた、坪量(グラマージ)が10乃至300g/m2である鉱物繊維のウエブを更に包含すること及び、ウエブは少なくとも1重量%以上のサイジング組成物から得られた硬化結合剤を包含し、樹脂又は樹脂混合物はEEW価が160乃至700である少なくとも1種のエポキシ型樹脂からなること、を特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱及び/又は音響絶縁製品の使用。
- 絶縁製品の少なくとも1の外表面におかれた、坪量(グラマージ)が10乃至300g/m2である鉱物繊維のウエブを更に包含すること及び、ウエブは少なくとも1重量%以上のサイジング組成物から得られた硬化結合剤を包含し、樹脂又は樹脂混合物はEEW価が17乃至300である少なくとも1種のエポキシ型樹脂からなること、を特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱及び/又は音響絶縁製品の使用。
- 製品が、150℃を超える温度までにも加熱される壁を絶縁するために用いられる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 製品が、150℃を超える温度までにも加熱されるオーブン、管、耐火部品及び移送装置における利用を意図する装置の壁を絶縁するために用いられる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 製品が、次の工程:
a)水、EEW価が150乃至2000である少なくとも1種の水分散性エポキシ樹脂から実質的になる樹脂又は樹脂混合物、少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤及び添加剤からなるサイジング組成物の調製;
b)融解鉱物組成物の繊維化及び工程a)で調製されたサイジング組成物の繊維上への噴霧;及び
c)圧縮可能な繊維ブランケットを形成するためのオーブン内におけるサイジング組成物の硬化
を包含する方法によって製造された請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載された使用。 - 製品が、次の工程:
a)水、EEW価が150乃至2000である少なくとも1種の水分散性エポキシ樹脂からなる樹脂又は樹脂混合物、少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤及び0.1乃至2%のシラン及び0乃至15%の鉱油を含む添加剤(乾燥樹脂100部当りで計算した部)、から実質的になるサイジング組成物の調製;
b)融解鉱物組成物の繊維化及び工程a)で調製されたサイジング組成物の繊維上への噴霧;及び
c)圧縮可能な繊維ブランケットを形成するためのオーブン内におけるサイジング組成物の硬化
を包含する方法によって製造された請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載された使用。 - 製品が、次の工程:
a)水、EEW価が少なくとも160乃至700である少なくとも1種の水分散性エポキシ樹脂からなる樹脂又は樹脂混合物、少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤及び添加剤から実質的になるサイジング組成物の調製;
b)融解鉱物組成物の繊維化及び工程a)で調製されたサイジング組成物の繊維上への噴霧;及び
c)圧縮可能な繊維ブランケットを形成するためのオーブン内におけるサイジング組成物の硬化
を包含する方法によって製造された請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載された使用。 - 製品が、次の工程:
a)水、EEW価が少なくとも160乃至700である少なくとも1種の水分散性エポキシ樹脂からなる樹脂又は樹脂混合物、少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤及び0.1乃至2%のシラン及び0乃至15%の鉱油を含む添加剤(乾燥樹脂100部当りで計算した部)、から実質的になるサイジング組成物の調製;

を包含する方法によって製造された請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載された使用。 - 製品が、次の工程:
a)水、EEW価が少なくとも170乃至300である少なくとも1種の水分散性エポキシ樹脂からなる樹脂又は樹脂混合物、少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤及び添加剤から実質的になるサイジング組成物の調製;
b)融解鉱物組成物の繊維化及び工程a)で調製されたサイジング組成物の繊維上への噴霧;及び
c)圧縮可能な繊維ブランケットを形成するためのオーブン内におけるサイジング組成物の硬化
を包含する方法によって製造された請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載された使用。 - 製品が、次の工程:
a)水、EEW価が少なくとも170乃至300である少なくとも1種の水分散性エポキシ樹脂からなる樹脂又は樹脂混合物、少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤及び0.1乃至2%のシラン及び0乃至15%の鉱油を含む添加剤(乾燥樹脂100部当りで計算した部)、から実質的になるサイジング組成物の調製;
b)融解鉱物組成物の繊維化及び工程a)で調製されたサイジング組成物の繊維上への噴霧;及び
c)圧縮可能な繊維ブランケットを形成するためのオーブン内におけるサイジング組成物の硬化
を包含する方法によって製造された請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載された使用。 - 工程a)のサイジング組成物の樹脂がグリシジルエーテル型の水分散性エポキシ樹脂であり、アミン硬化剤は、引火点が150℃以上のアミン硬化剤を包含することを特徴とする請求項10〜15のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1種のエポキシ樹脂は硬化指数nが1未満のグリシジルエーテル型の水分散性エポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項10〜16のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 工程a)のサイジング組成物の少なくとも1種の樹脂がノボラック型の水分散性エポキシ樹脂を基礎とすることを特徴とする請求項10〜17のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤のNH数が20及び300の間であることを特徴とする請求項10〜18のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 少なくとも1種のアミン硬化剤が、次の成分又は成分の混合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の使用。
脂肪族アミン、脂環式アミン、芳香族アミン、イミダゾール類、多官能性ヒドラジド及びジシアンジアミド(DCN)。 - 絶縁製品の密度が4及び200kg/m3の間である請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の使用。
