Description
そこで冷媒(二酸化炭素)は、後述する四方弁6が第2の切換状態のときに第2の吸着ユニット18内が減圧され、吸着剤19から脱着された炭化水素と混合されて、他の接続口18Aから配管17を介して四方弁6を通り圧縮機2に吸い込まれる循環を繰り返す。

Claims (6)
- 二酸化炭素を吸着及び脱着する機能を有すると共に、炭化水素は実質的に吸着しない吸着剤をそれぞれ備えた複数の吸着ユニットと、
吐出側が一方の前記吸着ユニットに接続され、吸入側が他方の前記吸着ユニットに接続されると共に、二酸化炭素と炭化水素とが混合された冷媒を圧縮して前記吐出側より吐出し、前記吸入側より吸引する圧縮機と、
該圧縮機の吐出側が前記一方の吸着ユニットに接続され、且つ、吸入側が前記他方の吸着ユニットに接続された状態と、前記圧縮機の吐出側が前記他方の吸着ユニットに接続され、且つ、吸入側が前記一方の吸着ユニットに接続された状態とで前記圧縮機と各吸着ユニットとの接続を切り換える切換手段と、
該切換手段により前記圧縮機の吐出側に接続された前記吸着ユニットを経た冷媒を減圧する減圧手段と、
該減圧手段にて減圧された冷媒が流入して蒸発する蒸発器とを備え、
該蒸発器を出た冷媒が前記圧縮機の吸入側から吸引されるよう冷媒回路が構成されていることを特徴とする冷凍装置。 - 前記切換手段により前記圧縮機の吐出側に接続された前記吸着ユニットを経た冷媒を、前記圧縮機の吸入側に接続された前記吸着ユニットと熱交換させた後、前記減圧手段に流入させる凝縮用熱交換配管を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍装置。
- 前記蒸発器から出た冷媒を、前記圧縮機の吸入側に接続された前記吸着ユニットに流入させる帰還用配管を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の冷凍装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の冷凍装置の冷媒回路を高温側冷媒回路として用い、
圧縮機、凝縮器、減圧手段、及び、蒸発器が順次環状に配管接続された低温側冷媒回路と、前記高温側冷媒回路の蒸発器と前記低温側冷媒回路の凝縮器とが熱交換関係に設けられて構成されたカスケードコンデンサとを備えたことを特徴とする多段冷凍装置。 - 前記高温側冷媒回路は、前記各吸着ユニットそれぞれに対応した複数の前記減圧手段及び蒸発器を備えると共に、前記低温側冷媒回路は、前記高温側冷媒回路の各蒸発器に対応して複数の前記カスケードコンデンサを構成する複数の凝縮器を備えたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の多段冷凍装置。
- 前記低温側冷媒回路は、前記圧縮機から吐出された冷媒を、前記高温側冷媒回路の圧縮機の吸入側に接続された前記吸着ユニットと熱交換させる過冷却用配管を備えたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の多段冷凍装置。
