Claims (4)
- 線形ホールセンサーの正弦波形態のホール信号を利用して前記線形ホールセンサーのxy座標上の座標値を求める段階と、
前記座標値の和座標値を求める段階と、
前記和座標値とx軸との角度(θ)を計算する段階と、
前記x軸との角度(θ)の四分面を決定する段階と、
最終的なモーターの変位値を時間変化率で除することにより速度信号を求める段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする線形ホールセンサーを利用したモーター速度信号具現方法。 - 前記角度(θ)の四分面を決定する段階は、
各四分面における境界区間の変位量を求める段階、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモーター速度信号具現方法。
