Description
12.24gのフッ化アンモニウムを300gの蒸留水に溶かすことによって含侵溶液を調製した。フッ化アンモニウムの量を次の式によって求めた:

Claims (10)
- オレフィンおよび酸素を含むフィードを、フッ化物鉱化担体に担持させた、銀成分ならびに、レニウム、モリブデン、クロム、およびタングステンの1種以上を含む高選択性ドーパントとを含む触媒に接触させるステップ;および
オレフィンオキシドを含む生成混合物を生成するステップ
を含み、前記フィードにおける二酸化炭素の濃度が全フィードに対して0.1モル%以上2モル%未満である、オレフィンのエポキシ化方法。 - フィードにおける二酸化炭素の濃度が、全フィードに対して1モル%未満、特に0.75モル%未満である請求項1に記載の方法。
- フィードにおける二酸化炭素の濃度が、全フィードに対して、0.50モル%と0.75モル%の間である請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 高選択性ドーパントがレニウムを含み、ならびに触媒が、タングステン、モリブデン、クロム、硫黄、リン、ホウ素、これらの化合物、およびこれらの混合物の1種類以上から選択されるレニウムコプロモーターをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 触媒がIA族の金属をさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 担体がα−アルミナを含む、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。

を含み、前記フィードにおける二酸化炭素の濃度が全フィードに対して0.1モル%以上2モル%未満である、オレフィンのエポキシ化方法。 - ラメラ状または小板状の形態が、少なくとも1方向において0.1マイクロメートルを超える大きさを有する粒子が少なくとも1つの実質的に平坦な主表面を有するようなものである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 1,2−ジオール、1,2−ジオールエーテルまたはアルカノールアミンの製造方法であって、
オレフィンオキシドを、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のオレフィンのエポキシ化方法によって調製するステップと、
前記オレフィンオキシドを、1,2−ジオール、1,2−ジオールエーテルまたはアルカノールアミンに変換するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
