Description
ヒートシンクと発光部との距離や接触面積を制御する方法としては、ネジをドライバで回す方法以外にも、ステッピングモーターなどとギアを組み合わせて距離を調整する方法や、電磁石を使ったソレノイドアクチュエータなどでも良い。また、距離の微調整のためにこれらにピエゾアクチュエータを組み合わせても良い。これらの調整方法は電気的に制御することが可能であるため、出荷や設置のときだけでなく、照明装置の使用中でも制御することが可能となる。これにより照明装置周辺に放熱に影響するような環境の変化があった場合でも、照明装置毎の温度ムラの発生を防ぐことができる。

Claims (6)
- 発光素子を有する発光部と、
前記発光素子の発熱を放熱する放熱部と、
入力操作に応じて前記発光部の発光輝度又は発光色を調整する発光調整手段と、
前記発光部と前記放熱部との熱的結合状態を調整する放熱調整手段と、を備える照明装置であって、
前記放熱調整手段は、前記発光部と前記放熱部との間の距離を変化させることによって前記熱的結合状態を調整することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記放熱部は平板部と前記平板部に設けられた複数のフィンとを有するヒートシンクからなり、前記平板部は前記発光部の透明基板と平行に配置され、
前記放熱調整手段は前記透明基板の端部に形成された貫通孔内に回転自在に支持され、前記平板部の前記貫通孔に対応する位置に形成されたネジ孔に回転自在に累合した複数のネジからなり、前記ネジ各々を回転することにより前記発光部と前記放熱部との間の距離を調整し得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の照明装置。 - 発光素子を有する発光部と、
前記発光素子の発熱を放熱する放熱部と、
入力操作に応じて前記発光部の発光輝度又は発光色を調整する発光調整手段と、
前記発光部と前記放熱部との熱的結合状態を調整する放熱調整手段と、を備える照明装置であって、
前記放熱調整手段は、前記発光部と前記放熱部との接触面積を変化させることによって前記熱的結合状態を調整することを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記放熱部は平板部と前記平板部に設けられた複数のフィンとを有するヒートシンクからなり、前記平板部は前記発光部の透明基板と平行に配置され、
前記放熱調整手段は前記平板部に回転自在に累合し、前記発光部側の端部に接触部が固着された複数のネジからなり、前記複数のネジ各々を回転することにより前記接触部が前記発光部に向けて移動して前記発光部に接触し、前記発光部と接触した前記接触部の数に応じて前記発光部と前記平板部との接触面積が調整されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の照明装置。 - 前記放熱調整手段は、前記発光調整手段による前記発光部の発光輝度又は発光色の調整後、前記発光部の温度が所定の温度となるように前記熱的結合状態を調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の照明装置。
- 前記放熱調整手段は、複数の照明装置各々の前記発光調整手段によって前記発光部の発光輝度又は発光色が互いに同一になるように調整された後、前記複数の照明装置各々の前記発光部の温度が前記所定の温度となるように前記熱的結合状態を調整することを特徴とする請求項5記載の照明装置。
