The present invention relates to a vibration isolator that is applied to, for example, an automobile, a general industrial machine, and the like and attenuates and absorbs vibration transmitted from a vibration generating unit such as an engine to a vibration receiving unit such as a vehicle body.
Conventionally, in vehicles such as automobiles, vibration transmission from a power unit including an engine and a gear box, which are main vibration sources, to a vehicle body is suppressed, and excellent ride comfort is achieved, and various members attached to the vehicle body are provided. In order to protect from vibration, the power unit is supported on the vehicle body via an engine mount as a vibration isolator. As a mounting method of a power unit using such an anti-vibration device, there is a suspension method such as a pendulum method, and the anti-vibration device used in such a suspension method is described in Patent Document 1 and
The vibration isolator described in Patent Document 1 includes a thick cylindrical elastomer body (elastic body) disposed between a lower support plate and an upper support plate, and a lower support plate and a central portion of the elastic body. And a connecting rod (connecting member) whose upper end is connected and fixed to the upper support plate.
Further, the vibration isolator described in
By the way, in the vibration isolator of patent document 1, while the main liquid chamber arrange | positioned at the outer peripheral side of a connection rod is formed cyclically | annularly, the annular sub liquid chamber is arrange | positioned at the outer peripheral side of this main liquid chamber. For this reason, the vibration isolator of patent document 1 will become a thing with a large dimension along the radial direction centering on the axial center of a connecting rod compared with the vibration isolator of patent document 1. FIG.
On the other hand, in the vibration isolator of
An object of the present invention is to provide a vibration isolator capable of sufficiently increasing the length of the connecting member along the axial direction without enlarging the size of the device along the radial and axial directions in consideration of the above facts. It is to provide.
In order to solve the above-described problem, a vibration isolator according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a first main body member formed in an annular shape and connected to a vibration receiving portion, and an inner peripheral side of the first main body member. A rod-shaped connecting member that penetrates and protrudes outward from the first main body member is connected to the vibration generating portion, and an outer side from the first main body member of the connecting member that is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. A second main body member having an inner cylindrical portion through which a tip portion protruding to the outer periphery is inserted, an outer cylindrical portion formed in a substantially cylindrical shape and disposed on an outer peripheral side of the inner cylindrical portion, and an outer peripheral side of the connecting member A substantially cylindrical elastic body disposed between the first main body member and the second main body member and elastically connecting the first main body member and the second main body member; A main liquid chamber which is configured in an annular shape with the elastic body as at least a part of the partition wall, and in which a liquid is enclosed; A sub liquid chamber provided in the axial direction of the connecting member so as to face the main liquid chamber and enclosing the liquid, and an annular shape, constituting a part of the partition wall of the sub liquid chamber, A diaphragm main body that is deformable in an expansion / contraction direction that expands / contracts the internal volume of the liquid chamber, and an inner peripheral support that is fixed to the inner peripheral portion of the diaphragm main body over the entire periphery and is fitted to the outer peripheral side of the inner cylindrical portion A diaphragm member having a metal fitting and an outer peripheral support metal fitting fixed to the outer peripheral portion of the diaphragm main body over the entire circumference and fitted and fixed to the inner peripheral side of the outer cylinder portion, and the axial member along the axial direction A partition member disposed between the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber, forming a part of the inner wall surface of the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber, respectively, and having a central portion penetrated by the connecting member; A restricting passage communicating the main liquid chamber and the sub liquid chamber with each other; and the connecting portion A fixing nut that is screwed from the front end side of the base plate and fixes the inner peripheral support fitting to the connecting member while pressing the inner peripheral support fitting, and a relative that prevents relative movement in the circumferential direction between the second main body member and the inner peripheral support fitting. Movement prevention means.
In the vibration isolator according to the first aspect, the elastic body, the main liquid chamber, the sub liquid chamber, and the partition member are each formed in an annular shape and arranged on the outer peripheral side of the connecting member so as to surround the connecting member. Therefore, the axial direction intermediate part of a connection member can be arrange | positioned so that an elastic body, a main liquid chamber, a sub liquid chamber, and a partition member may overlap along an axial direction. Therefore, the dimension along the axial direction of the connecting member can be lengthened while suppressing an increase in the dimension along the radial direction of the device.
Furthermore, in the vibration isolator according to the first aspect, since the auxiliary liquid chamber is provided so as to face the main liquid chamber along the axial direction with the partition member interposed therebetween, the auxiliary liquid chamber is arranged along the radial direction. Therefore, the dimension along the radial direction of the apparatus can be reduced as compared with the conventional vibration isolator in which the sub liquid chamber is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the main liquid chamber.
Further, when the inner peripheral support fitting is fixed to the connecting member with the fixing nut, the fixing nut is rotated while pressing the inner peripheral support fitting, but the present invention includes the relative movement preventing means as described above. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the inner peripheral support fitting and the second main body member from slipping and the fixing nut and the inner peripheral support fitting to rotate together, and to prevent the diaphragm main body from being twisted.
The vibration isolator according to
Thus, the relative movement in the circumferential direction between the second main body member and the inner peripheral support fitting can be suppressed by configuring the contact portion between the inner peripheral support fitting and the inner cylindrical portion with a high friction surface.
In addition, the high friction surface here can be comprised by the knurling process and the process which forms other unevenness | corrugations.
The vibration isolator according to claim 3 of the present invention is characterized in that the relative movement preventing means has a notch portion in which an inner peripheral surface of the inner peripheral support fitting is notched radially outward, and an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion. And an engaging convex portion that protrudes radially outward and engages with the notch portion.
In this way, by engaging the engagement convex portion of the inner cylinder portion with the notch portion of the inner peripheral support metal fitting, the relative movement in the circumferential direction between the second main body member and the inner peripheral support metal fitting can be prevented. .
The vibration isolator according to claim 4 of the present invention is characterized in that the relative movement preventing means includes a convex portion projecting inward from the inner periphery of the inner peripheral support fitting, and the end of the inner cylinder portion on the fixed nut side. It is characterized by including the engagement crimping part which deform | transformed the part along the said convex part.
Thus, the relative movement in the circumferential direction between the second main body member and the inner peripheral support fitting is prevented by crimping and deforming the end portion of the inner cylinder portion to the convex portion of the inner peripheral support fitting. Can do.
In the vibration isolator according to claim 5 of the present invention, the partition member is fixed to the inside of the second body member, and the inner peripheral support fitting is in contact with the partition member, and the relative movement preventing means Includes at least one of a contact surface of the inner peripheral support fitting with the partition member and a contact surface of the partition member with the inner peripheral support fitting includes a high friction surface having a higher friction coefficient than a smooth surface. It is comprised by these.
When the partition member is fixed to the inside of the second main body member and the partition member and the inner peripheral support fitting are in contact with each other, the high friction surface is configured in this manner to The relative movement in the circumferential direction between the second main body member and the inner peripheral support metal can also be prevented by increasing the frictional force of the contact surface of the peripheral support metal.
In the vibration isolator according to claim 6 of the present invention, the partition member is fixed inside the second main body member, and the inner peripheral support fitting is in contact with the partition member, and the relative movement preventing means Includes a concave portion formed on one side of the inner peripheral support bracket and the partition member at a contact portion between the inner peripheral support bracket and the partition member, and a convex portion configured on the other side and engaged with the concave portion. It is characterized by that.
When the partition member is fixed to the inside of the second main body member and the partition member and the inner peripheral support metal fitting are in contact with each other, the partition member and the inner peripheral support metal fitting are thus uneven. The relative movement in the circumferential direction between the second main body member and the inner peripheral support fitting can also be prevented by configuring and engaging.
As described above, according to the vibration isolator of the present invention, the length along the axial direction of the connecting member can be made sufficiently long without enlarging the device size along the radial direction and the axial direction. The twist of the diaphragm main body can be prevented.
Hereinafter, a vibration isolator according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a ring-shaped
Here, the
The
As shown in FIG. 3A, the
In the
As shown in FIG. 1, in the
In the

As shown in FIG. 1, the
The connection fitting 88 is annular and is fitted on the inner peripheral side of the outer cylinder fitting 28 and above the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 1, a fixing
As a result, the
In this way, when the
In the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The outer peripheral surface of the
Specifically, the rubber

(Operation of the embodiment)
Next, the operation and action of the
Further, in the
Further, in the
In the
Therefore, in the
In the
At this time, in the
Therefore, in the
Further, in the
Further, in the
As a result, according to the
Further, in the
Further, the connecting
Further, in the
Accordingly, at the time of vibration input, the
Further, in the
In the
Further, in the present embodiment, the relative movement in the circumferential direction of the inner cylinder fitting 26 and the connecting
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the
In the present embodiment, since the
Moreover, prevention of the relative movement of the inner cylinder fitting 26 and the connecting
