Description
例えば液体から気体及び/又は固体から液体又はその逆への状態の変化をもたらす所定の温度を有し、前記温度は、病変組織を熱的に処置する際の温度に対応している。前記物質との組み合わせにおいて、所定の体積及び/又はその外側特にその周囲における前記物質を含む及び/又は保持する手段は提供可能であり、ここで体積は熱剥離によって治療されるべき病変組織が提供される体積と略一致する。
Claims (18)
- 切り離すべき病変組織又は腫瘍組織に位置付けられたチップを端部に有するプローブ又はニードルと、
電磁照射エネルギーのエネルギー源の活性化/非活性化を制御する手段と、
前記病変組織に作用する熱作用を分配する手段と、を備えた病変組織の局部的な熱剥離のための装置であって、
前記プローブ又はニードルには細いワイヤ状の一つの光ガイドが支持され、その一端からは加熱用電磁放射エネルギーが放射され、他端には前記電磁放射エネルギーを生成するエネルギー源が接続され、そして、
一定量の流体を処置すべき領域の異なるゾーンに沿って運搬及び/又は分配することによって、或いは前記流体を処置すべき異なるゾーン又は全体領域の内側に含むことによって、或いは処置すべき領域の外側に運搬又は含むことによって、流体から組織への熱移動を制御する熱を分配する手段が備えられ、
前記熱を分配する手段が、電磁放射によって生成された熱を分配し、
前記熱を分配する手段が、液体から気体へ及び/又は固体から液体へまたはその逆へと状態が変化する所定の温度である、病変組織の熱治療温度を有する熱調節物質を注入する手段を更に備えている
ことを特徴とする、病変組織、特に腫瘍組織等の局部的な熱剥離のための装置。 - 熱剥離治療される組織の体積に略等しい体積の熱調節物質を、前記組織の内側及び/又は外側に含有し、及び/又は、保持する手段が更に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 熱調節物質を治療すべき組織に略対応する体積又は治療すべき組織を囲む表面に沿って分配するために、強磁性の性質を有し、又は、強磁性の性質を有する物質からなる搬送キャリアと関連する前記熱調節物質を注入する手段と、
治療すべき病変組織及び/又は病変組織の周囲にのみ浸透するような空間的位置とサイズを有する局所磁場を生成する手段と、が更に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記熱調節物質が、処置すべき病変組織の外側で熱伝播のバリアとして機能し、そして、生成した磁場によって処置すべき病変組織の包囲ジャケット内で強磁性キャリアによって前記熱調節物質が凝縮され、前記熱調節物質が35から38℃の蒸発又は溶融温度を有するものとされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱調節物質が、治療温度以下で強磁性体の性質を備えるキュリー温度を有する流体とされていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱調節物質及び/又は強磁性体の性質を有する物質が、マイクロバブル又はマイクロボールに含まれ、或いはマイクロバブル又はマイクロボールが熱調節物質及び/又は強磁性物質であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 病変組織の熱処理温度に対応した温度で液体から気体に状態変化する物質で構成される流体からなる前記熱調節物質の注入手段をさらに備え、前記注入手段が、放射チップが電磁ビームを放射する出力のところで、前記熱調節物質の押し込み手段と共に存していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱調節物質の押し込み手段が、リンパ流又は血流の循環であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記熱調節物質の押し込み手段が、前記熱調節物質のジェット流を供給するためのプローブ又はニードルの先端に設けたノズルによって形成することができることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記熱調節物質の押し込み手段が、機械的圧力波源であることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の装置。
- 前記機械的圧力波が、超音波であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記超音波が、三角波やのこぎり波であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記熱調節物質が、放射チップからの電磁ビームによって組織を加熱することによって生成される蒸気であることを特徴とする請求項7ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記熱を分配する手段が、病変組織に対応する領域で血流及び/又はリンパ流を制御する手段から成り、
前記血流又はリンパ流を制御する手段が、磁性流体物質と磁性流体物質を操作する局所的磁場生成手段と、からなり、前記局所磁場生成手段が、血流及び/又はリンパ流を局所的に防止するための塊を形成して、灌流による熱拡散に対するバリアを生成している
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 局所的に血液を凝固させる手段をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 加熱温度に依存した病変組織の物理パラメータを測定する少なくとも一つのセンサを備え、このセンサが所定の位置にある前記放射チップから一定の距離をおいて支持され、またこのセンサが前記放射チップとセンサ間に含まれる病変素組織の前記物理パラメータの変化を測定し、測定信号に基づいて前記病変組織の加熱温度を決定するセンサの測定信号の加工手段を備え、電磁ビーム自動変調手段及び/又は前記測定信号に基づいて動作する放射チップを自動的に移動させる手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサが、電気的センサ、温度センサ、音響的センサ、光学的センサ、レーザーセンサ、化学的センサ、電気化学的センサ、ルミネッセンスセンサ、RF波変化センサ、pHセンサ、位置センサ、マイクロムーブメントセンサ、選択的組織タイプセンサのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 病変組織の所定のタイプに対して、所定の解剖学的部位において、熱効果と熱拡散と測定すべき物理パラメータの変化との間の相関関数が求められ、前記関数が、サンプリングされ前記物理パラメータを測定するセンサによって生成された信号を比較し評価するテーブルに保存されていることを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の装置。
