Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as disposable diapers for adults or babies, light incontinence liners, urine pads and the like.
Conventionally, in the absorbent article, a mixed fiber of a water absorbent resin powder and pulp fibers or the like is used as an absorber that absorbs body fluid such as urine. However, such a mixed fiber is bulky because it contains pulp fibers, and an absorbent article provided with the mixed fiber is not preferable because the feeling of wearing is stiff. Moreover, the absorbed pulp fiber tends to give the wearer of the absorbent article an unpleasant feeling of being wet. For this reason, in order to obtain an absorbent article that is thinner and more comfortable to wear, in recent years, a so-called pulpress structure absorbent body in which the amount of pulp fibers is reduced as much as possible has been studied.
Regarding the absorbent body of the pulpress structure, Patent Document 1 discloses that a water absorbent resin powder is fixed between a first sheet material and a second sheet material by a hot melt adhesive, and the water absorbent resin powder does not exist. There is at least one non-existing area in the width direction both ends of the sheet and between these both ends, and the first sheet material and the second sheet material are firmly joined in the non-existing area. An absorbent sheet body is described.

Further, in
However, since the absorber described in Patent Document 1 is firmly bonded between the first and second sheet materials constituting the absorber, there is a possibility that swelling of the water absorbent resin powder may be inhibited.

Moreover, since the water absorbing resin powder is hold | maintained in the space | gap between fibers of the fiber which forms an inner sheet, the absorber of
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that is thin, hardly inhibits swelling of the water-absorbent resin powder, and has excellent body fluid absorption performance.
The present invention is an absorbent article in which a water absorbent sheet is interposed between a top sheet and a back sheet, and the water absorbent sheet includes a first sheet, a second sheet, and an adhesive between both the sheets. A plurality of water-absorbing resin powders are present between the first sheet and the second sheet, and the plurality of water-absorbing resin powders are formed. Each extending in the longitudinal direction of the water-absorbent sheet and arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval in the width direction of the water-absorbent sheet, between the adjacent areas, and both ends in the width direction of the water-absorbent sheet The non-existing area where the water-absorbing resin powder does not exist, the first sheet and the second sheet are joined in the non-existing area, and a part of the non-existing area becomes a sheet peeling area. The sheet peeling area is By providing the absorbent article with the first sheet and the second sheet is adapted to peel off by the liquid-absorbing-swelling of the water-absorbent resin powder is obtained by achieving the above object.
Since the absorbent article of the present invention is thin and thin, it has excellent wearing feeling and portability. In addition, the water-absorbent resin powder is less likely to inhibit swelling and has excellent body fluid absorption performance.
Hereinafter, the absorptive article of the present invention is explained based on the desirable embodiment with reference to drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a urine collection pad as a first embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a schematic diagram of a cross section taken along line XX in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the water-absorbent sheet in the urine collecting pad shown in FIG.
The urine collecting pad 1 of the first embodiment includes a liquid-
The water
In the present specification, the “skin contact surface” is a surface directed toward the wearer's skin when the absorbent article is worn, and the “non-skin contact surface” is the underwear side (wearer's The surface is directed to the side opposite to the skin side. The “longitudinal direction” is a direction along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article or various members, and the “width direction” is a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.
A plurality of
As described above, the
Moreover, the width direction both

In the first embodiment, the

The magnitude of the joining strength when wet between the

MD(Machine Direction)とは、クレープ紙の製造時における該クレープ紙の流れ方向であり、MDと直交する方向がCD(Cross machine Direction)である。
As the crepe paper, the crepe rate is preferably 20 to 100%, and more preferably 20 to 60%. When the crepe rate is less than 20%, it is difficult to obtain the effect of using the above-described crepe paper. When the crepe rate exceeds 100%, the internal space volume of the
The crepe rate is measured as follows. The crepe paper to be measured is cut to 100 mm in MD and 100 mm in CD to make this a test piece. After immersing the test piece in a bat containing water for 1 minute, the direction in which the crepe is applied to the test piece The length (generally in the MD direction) is measured with a metal scale. MD (Machine Direction) is a flow direction of the crepe paper when the crepe paper is manufactured, and a direction orthogonal to the MD is CD (Cross machine Direction). From this measured value, the amount of elongation of the crepe paper is obtained by subtracting the length (original length) in the direction in which the crepe of the test piece before being immersed in water is applied, and the amount of elongation relative to the original length is calculated. The percentage (%) is calculated. The ratio is calculated 6 times, and the average value of these is the crepe rate.
Crepe paper uses softwood kraft pulp (NBKP), a mixed system of NBKP and cross-linked pulp, or a mixed system of NBKP and mercerized pulp from the viewpoint of liquid permeability and strength of crepe paper. It is preferable to do. The NBKP content is 60 to 95% by weight and the cross-linked pulp or mercerized pulp content is 5 to 40% by weight based on the total amount of pulp raw materials contained in the crepe paper. This is preferable in terms of controlling strength.
Moreover, in order to control the strength at the time of drying and the strength at the time of wetness, the crepe paper is preferably blended with a commonly used dry paper strength enhancer or wet paper strength enhancer.
Further, the crepe paper is preferably blended with heat-bonding fibers from the viewpoint of improving the wet strength and improving the bonding strength between the

CD(Cross machine Direction)とは、シートの製造時における該シート(該シートの前駆体)の流れ方向〔MD(Machine Direction)〕と直交する方向である。

Next, sanitary saline is applied to the entire sample using a brush and allowed to wet sufficiently. One minute after applying the physiological saline, the sample is pulled at a tensile speed of 300 mm / min, and the maximum stress is measured. The measurement is performed 6 times, and the average value of these measurements is defined as the bonding strength when wet between the
As the water-

(Measurement method of saturated water absorption)
The saturated water absorption is measured according to JIS K 7223 (1996). Nylon woven fabric (mesh opening 250, sold by Sanriki Manufacturing Co., Ltd., product name: nylon net, standard: 250 x mesh width x 30 m) is cut into a rectangle with a width of 10 cm and a length of 40 cm and folded in half at the center in the longitudinal direction. Both ends are heat-sealed to produce a nylon bag having a width of 10 cm (inner dimension: 9 cm) and a length of 20 cm. 1.00 g of the water-absorbent resin powder as a measurement sample is precisely weighed and placed uniformly in the bottom of the produced nylon bag. The nylon bag containing the sample is immersed in physiological saline (0.9% by weight sodium chloride water) for 1 hour. After 1 hour, the nylon bag is taken out from the physiological saline, suspended in the vertical state for 1 hour and drained, and then the weight of the nylon bag is measured. The target saturated water absorption is calculated from the following equation.
Saturated water absorption amount of physiological saline (g / g) = (a−b−c) / c; where a is the total weight (g) of the sample and the nylon bag after water absorption, b is before water absorption of the nylon bag ( Weight (g) at the time of drying, and c represents the weight (g) of the sample before water absorption (at the time of drying). The measurement was performed 5 times (n = 5), the values at each of the upper and lower points were deleted, and the average value of the remaining three points was taken as the measured value.

In the production of the water
Further, in the production of the water
The water

The urine collecting pad 1 has a vertically long rectangular shape as a whole. Each of the

The thickness of the urine collecting pad 1 of the first embodiment under a pressure of 0.25 kPa in the central region is preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 1.5 to 4 mm. The central region is a width direction in the excretory part facing part when the diaper 1 expanded in a flat shape as shown in FIG. 1 is equally divided into three in the longitudinal direction L to be a front part, an excretion part opposing part, and a rear part. It is a center part, The width is 20 to 80% with respect to the length (maximum width) of the width direction of the urine collecting pad 1. The central area substantially coincides with the excretion area P. When the thickness in the central region of the urine collecting pad 1 is 5 mm or less, the feeling of stiffness when worn is reduced, and there is no sense of incongruity.

Hereinafter, other embodiments of the present invention will be described. In other embodiments described later, components that are different from the urine collection pad 1 of the first embodiment described above will be mainly described, and similar components will be denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof will be omitted. The description of the urine collecting pad 1 of the first embodiment is appropriately applied to components that are not particularly described.

The basis weight of the auxiliary
The auxiliary

According to the second embodiment having the configuration as described above, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained. In particular, in the second embodiment, the absorption performance is improved as compared with the first embodiment by the action of the auxiliary absorbing

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to such examples.
[Example 1]
A urine collecting pad 1 shown in FIG. 1 was prepared and used as a sample of Example 1. The urine collecting pad 1 of Example 1 has a rectangular shape with a width of 210 mm × a length of 470 mm, and the water absorbent sheet 4 (see FIG. 3) has a rectangular shape with a width of 130 mm × a length of 430 mm.

<Evaluation of product thickness>
As shown in FIG. 1, a urine collecting pad is spread in a flat shape, a square (50 mm × 50 mm) plate weight is placed on the center area of the pad, and the thickness of the pad under a pressure of 0.25 kPa is measured by a digital thickness measuring machine. (With a laser displacement sensor: manufactured by Keyence Corporation), and the measured value was defined as the product thickness.
<Evaluation of liquid absorption>
After fixing the urine collection pad to a static adult mannequin, the mannequin was placed in a supine position and 50 g of physiological saline was injected into the urine collection pad at a flow rate of 5 g / sec. Saline injection was performed at 10 minute intervals and repeated up to the number of leaks. The weight of the urine collection pad was measured 10 minutes after the leak occurred, and the liquid absorption amount (g) was calculated from the measured value and the weight of the urine collection pad before physiological saline injection. Asked. The greater the liquid absorption, the better the body fluid absorption performance, and the less likely it is to leak.
As shown in Table 1, each of the urine collection pads of the examples and comparative examples has a product thickness of 4 mm or less and is thin.
As shown in Table 1, each of Examples 1 to 6 has a larger amount of liquid absorption than Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and the absorption performance of body fluid in a state where the body of the pad wearer is lying on his back. It turns out that it is excellent.
In particular, since Example 3 uses crepe paper as the
Moreover, since Examples 4 and 5 use the auxiliary
In addition, since Example 6 uses the water-
Thus, according to the present invention, it is apparent that an absorbent article that is thin, hardly inhibits swelling of the water-absorbent resin powder, and has excellent body fluid absorbability can be provided.
In addition, after the above <evaluation of liquid absorption amount>, each of the urine collection pads of Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 was attached to a walking model, and the shape stability of the pad after liquid absorption was compared. As a result, in the urine absorption pad of Comparative Example 2, the water
