Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles.
In general, absorbent articles such as light incontinence pads, pants-type paper diapers, and tape-fastened paper diapers are composed of a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable back sheet, and an absorbent body disposed between the two sheets. , consists of As a result, body fluids such as urine pass through the top sheet and are absorbed by the absorbent member, and are prevented from leaking to the outside by the back sheet. Such absorbent articles have been devised in various ways in order to improve absorbency of bodily fluids, improve wearer's wearing comfort, prevent leakage, and the like.
For example, an absorbent article using an apertured film having a large number of apertures penetrating from one surface to the other surface is known. This absorbent article utilizes the structure of the perforated film in which the opening area of the pores on one surface is larger than the opening area of the pores on the other surface, and the surface with the larger opening area is arranged on the skin side. This is intended to improve wet back and absorption speed. Various proposals have conventionally been made to utilize perforated films in absorbent articles.
In Patent Document 1, a liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-retaining absorbent body and a liquid-impermeable back sheet are provided, and the top sheet is a non-skin-contacting surface layer and a non-skin layer laminated on the non-skin side of this layer. a skin-contacting surface layer, the skin-contacting surface layer being a perforated film made of a thermoplastic resin, and the non-skin-contacting surface layer comprising bulky cellulose fibers (claim Item 1). According to Patent Document 1, an absorbent article is provided in which bodily fluids are guided to an absorbent body without flowing on the surface material or remaining on the surface material, and having high absorption performance and less stickiness. (Paragraph 0014).
Patent Document 2 has a surface layer, an absorbent layer, and a bottom layer provided in order from the skin side to the non-skin side, and the absorbent layer is provided with a perforated film layer (perforated film) from the skin side to the non-skin side. , a core layer and an undercoat layer, wherein the perforated film layer is positioned between the surface layer and the core layer, and the undercoat layer is positioned between the core layer and the bottom layer. (Claim 1). According to Patent Document 2, it is described that an absorbent article that is excellent in preventing bleeding and more comfortable to the user is provided (paragraph 0018).
In Patent Document 3, an absorbent layer containing at least one of super absorbent polymer (hereinafter also referred to as "SAP") and fluff pulp as an absorbent component, and arranged in contact with the absorbent layer, and an absorber covering layer made of a perforated film made of water-resistant and highly air-permeable synthetic resin. An absorbent body is disclosed which has a portion and is arranged so that the top of the protrusion is in contact with the absorbent layer (claim 1). According to Patent Document 3, the absorbent coating layer causes the absorbent layer to reabsorb unabsorbed body fluid that has leaked out. It is described that the absorbent article has an excellent sense of use because it has good breathability to the body (Paragraph 0058).
On the other hand, Patent Document 4 includes a first sheet, a second sheet opposed to the first sheet, and an SAP disposed between the first sheet and the second sheet. The surface facing the second sheet is the adhesive-coated surface, the surface facing the first sheet is the adhesive-coated surface of the second sheet, and the SAP is applied to the adhesive-coated surface of the first sheet and/or the second sheet. An absorbent sheet that is intermittently adhered in stripes in the width direction and sealed on both sides in the width direction by adhesion between the adhesive-coated surfaces of the first and second sheets is disclosed as an absorber. The absorbent sheet described in Patent Document 4 is different from conventional fluff absorbent bodies that contain absorbent fibers such as fluff pulp and SAP, and is composed of two hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics (here, the first and second sheets ) and a SAP affixed therebetween. According to Patent Document 4, it is described that the absorbent performance of the absorbent can be ensured and the width of the absorbent can be reduced (paragraph 0012).
Further, Patent Document 5 includes a skin-side absorbent body positioned on the wearer's skin side, and a fluff absorbent body laminated on the skin-side absorbent body and positioned on the non-skin side of the wearer, An absorbent article is disclosed in which the skin-side absorbent body is an absorbent sheet and the fluff absorbent body is a fluff absorbent body (claims 1 and 4). According to Patent Document 5, it is described that the amount of bodily fluid absorption is increased while preventing a decrease in the strength of the absorbent body and an increase in the thickness of the absorbent body.
In the absorbent articles described in Patent Documents 1 to 3, the perforated film is arranged closer to the skin than the absorbent body. Although it prevents fluid return and leakage and increases the absorption speed, it is not effective in improving the diffusion of body fluids. There is a problem that it is easy to cause trouble.
In the absorbent article described in Patent Document 4, although an absorbent sheet is used as an absorbent body, the absorbent sheet has a gel-blocking effect in which the superabsorbent polymer absorbs body fluids discharged first and swells and integrates. Since it is likely to occur, there is a problem that the passage of the body fluid is blocked when the body fluid is discharged for the second time and thereafter, and the absorption speed of the body fluid after the second time is remarkably lowered.
Patent Document 5 describes that the body fluid in the absorbent sheet (upper absorbent element) 40 is more likely to diffuse to the surroundings, and the supply of body fluid to the fluff absorbent body (lower absorbent element) 50 becomes wider ( paragraph 0008). However, although the fluff absorber 50 is formed to be larger than the
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an absorbent article having a relatively thin absorbent body that maintains a high absorption rate even after absorbing body fluids multiple times and prevents leakage and return of body fluids.
The inventors of the present invention have made intensive studies to solve the above problems, and found that in an absorbent article using both an absorbent sheet and a fluff absorbent as an absorbent, a perforated film is used as a top sheet as in the past. Instead of being placed between the absorbent body, it is placed between the absorbent sheet and the fluff absorbent body, the superabsorbent polymer is enclosed in the absorbent sheet in an unbonded state, and the absorbent sheet By arranging the pulp-containing nonwoven fabric on the most non-skin side, it was found that an absorbent article meeting the purpose can be obtained, and the present invention was completed.
<Absorbent article>
Hereinafter, an
The
The
According to this embodiment, the
The
<Top sheet>
The
The surface of the
<second seat>
The
The base material of the
<吸収体>
<Absorber>
The
The

According to the
(hydrophilic nonwoven fabric)
The first and second hydrophilic
(Pulp-containing nonwoven fabric)
The pulp-containing
As the pulp-containing
Among the pulp-containing

The
(super absorbent polymer)
The
The

<Perforated film>
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As the

<Fluff absorber>
The fluff
As the

A measuring jig having a hole with an inner diameter of 19 mm and a weight of 755.6 g was placed on the central part of the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction and the width direction, 20 ml of physiological saline was dropped from each of the holes on the top, and the time (seconds) was measured from the time the physiological saline contacted the absorbent article until the liquid was completely sucked into the circumference of the central circle of the jig. I did (first time). After 3 minutes had passed, the same time was measured (second time), and the third time was measured in the same way. Table 1 shows the first, second, third and total absorption rates (seconds).
(Wet spreadability)
With the top sheet facing up, 100 ml of physiological saline is poured toward the center of the absorbent body, and the time (seconds) for the physiological saline to spread 20 cm in the longitudinal direction of the product from the absorption site is measured. Spreadability was evaluated. Table 1 shows the results.
(Liquid return amount)
With the top sheet facing upward, pour 120 ml of physiological saline toward the center of the absorbent body and leave it for 10 minutes. No. 2 filter paper, diameter 55 mm) was placed, a weight of 35 kgf/cm 2 was placed on it, and after 30 seconds had elapsed, the weight of the filter paper was measured, and the difference in the weight of the filter paper was defined as the liquid return amount (g).
(45 degree leak test)
A 45 degree leak test was performed to see the temporary absorption of bodily fluids. Two acrylic plates of 250 mm x 400 mm x 8 mm were fixed, one horizontally and the other at an angle of 45 degrees from the horizontally placed acrylic plate. The prepared absorbent article is attached to the acrylic plate on the side inclined at 45 degrees from the horizontal. 20 mL of physiological saline was poured toward the center of the absorbent article, and it was judged as "O" if no leakage occurred from the lower side of the absorbent article, and as "X" if leakage occurred.
From the results in Table 1, it can be seen that the absorbent articles of Examples 1 to 6 have a high absorption rate even after multiple absorptions, and have good liquid return and 45 degree leakability, making it difficult to leak. On the other hand, the absorbent articles of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 had a slow absorption rate, poor liquid return, or both.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain an absorbent article having a high absorption speed and excellent temporary absorption because gel blocking is unlikely to occur.
