Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to absorbent articles.
The absorbent article includes a liquid-permeable top sheet located on the skin side, a liquid-impermeable back sheet located on the non-skin side, and an absorbent body arranged between them, and the top sheet is permeable. The absorber absorbs and retains body fluids that have been absorbed, and the backsheet prevents the body fluids from adhering to the wearer's clothing or the like. Absorbent articles come in various forms depending on the application, such as pad products such as light incontinence pads, light incontinence liners, urine absorption pads, and sanitary napkins, and disposable diaper products such as pants-type disposable diapers and tape-fastening type disposable diapers. exist and are widely used by infants, adults and the elderly.
In conventional absorbent articles, a fluff absorbent body containing absorbent fibers such as fluff pulp and a super absorbent polymer (hereinafter also referred to as "SAP") is widely used as an absorbent body. However, the fluff absorber has a problem that it absorbs body fluids such as urine and becomes relatively thick, which makes it conspicuous to others. Also, an increasing number of people are wearing absorbent articles while being able to walk. Therefore, in recent years, there has been a demand for thin absorbent articles that are not conspicuous when worn, and which do not give a sense of discomfort when worn. In view of such demands, various proposals have been made to reduce the thickness of the absorbent body. Also, various proposals have been made for an absorbent sheet, as a thin absorbent body, comprising two sheets of hydrophilic nonwoven fabric and SAP fixed therebetween with a hot-melt adhesive.
In Patent Document 1, a surface layer (top sheet), an absorbent layer, and a bottom layer (back sheet) are provided in order from the wearer's skin side to the non-skin side. It has, in order from the skin side to the non-skin side, a perforated film layer made of polyethylene or the like, an upper adhesive layer, a core layer, and a lower adhesive layer, and the perforated film layer is between the top sheet and the core layer. Disclosed is a urine absorbing pad in which a core layer is positioned between a core layer and a bottom layer, and a high water-absorbing resin is filled between the upper and lower layers to form a core layer. (Claim 1 to 4, Claim 6). According to Patent Literature 1, it is described that leakage of bodily fluids is prevented and the wearing feeling is excellent (paragraph 0018).
Patent document 2 includes a first sheet, a second sheet that is arranged to face the first sheet, and an SAP that is arranged between the first sheet and the second sheet, and the first sheet is the second sheet. is an adhesive coated surface, the second sheet has an adhesive coated surface opposed to the first sheet, and the SAP is applied to the adhesive coated surface of the first sheet and / or the second sheet in the width direction The absorbent sheet is intermittently adhered in stripes to the absorbent body, and both sides in the width direction of the absorbent sheet are sealed by bonding the adhesive-applied surfaces of the first and second sheets to each other. According to Patent Literature 2, it is described that the absorbent performance of the absorbent can be ensured and the width of the absorbent can be reduced (paragraph 0012).
Although the pad product described in Patent Literature 1 is relatively excellent in preventing liquid backflow such as wet back and in absorption speed, it cannot be said that it has a sufficient effect in improving body fluid diffusibility and absorption performance. In addition, Patent Document 1 describes the use of a core layer (claim 6) filled with a superabsorbent resin between an upper adhesion layer and a lower adhesion layer as an absorbent body, and the core layer is generally It does not contain absorbent fibers such as fluff pulp, like other absorbent sheets. However, since Patent Document 1 does not clearly describe a specific method for filling the superabsorbent resin between the upper and lower adhesive layers, it is difficult to say that the core layer contributes to making the absorbent body thinner. Can not.
Although the absorbent sheet described in Patent Document 2 is thin, compared to conventional fluff absorbent bodies, the SAP absorbs and swells body fluids such as urine that is first excreted, causing gel-blocking and causing the passage of body fluids. As a result, there is a problem that the body fluid absorption rate and the body fluid absorption amount are remarkably lowered when the body fluid is discharged from the second time onward. A conventional absorbent sheet in which SAP is simply fixed between two hydrophilic nonwoven fabrics with a hot-melt adhesive, as described in Patent Document 2, is currently required to absorb bodily fluids multiple times in absorbent articles. can't handle
Furthermore, in conventional absorbent sheets, the dense arrangement of SAP causes the absorbent article itself to become stiff, resulting in a decrease in wearing comfort. Resin-derived non-woven fabrics do not have a function to instantaneously receive body fluids before SAP begins to absorb body fluids, so there is also the problem that the initial body fluids cannot be absorbed, causing leakage and return of body fluids.
An object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article comprising a thin absorbent sheet which is excellent in absorption speed and absorption amount even when absorbing body fluids multiple times, prevents body fluid leakage and fluid return, and is flexible and comfortable to wear. It is to be.
As a result of extensive research to solve the above problems, the present inventors have made the absorbent sheet into a predetermined multilayer structure to ensure its thinness and body fluid absorption, and have a pulp sheet on the most non-skin side.
The
The

The
The
<Top sheet>
The
The surface of the
<second seat>
The
The base material of the
<吸収体>
<Absorber>
The
The
(absorbent sheet)
The

(super absorbent polymer)
The
The

<Method for producing absorbent sheet precursor>
20 A of absorbent sheet precursors can be manufactured according to a well-known method. As a manufacturing method, for example, a hot-melt adhesive is applied to the non-skin side surface of the first
(embossed groove)
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the absorber 20 (absorbent sheet) of the present embodiment has embossed
In the present embodiment, the width dimension of the opening of the first embossed groove 16 (hereinafter also simply referred to as "the width dimension of the first embossed
Moreover, in this embodiment, the plurality of second embossed
In another preferred embodiment, two lines A are assumed to extend in the width direction from both ends of the first embossed
In another preferred embodiment, in the width direction of the absorbent sheet, the minimum distance W3 (FIG. 5) from one end of the first embossed
In yet another preferred embodiment, in the second embossed

In this embodiment, the
<Back seat>
The

It is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications or improvements can be made to the above embodiments. In addition, it is clear from the description of the scope of the claims that forms with such modifications or improvements can also be included in the technical scope of the present invention.
EXAMPLES The present embodiment will be described more specifically with reference to examples below.
(Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Examples 1 to 10)
The embossed groove patterns shown in Table 1 were obtained by varying the dimensions and angles of the embossed grooves. The embossed grooves are the same as the pattern shown in FIG. 5 except for size and angle. Next, absorbent sheets of Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Examples 1 to 10, which are used as absorbent bodies, were produced with the configurations shown in Tables 2 and 3. In Tables 2 and 3, the first sheet indicates the first hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, the second sheet indicates the second hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, and the third sheet indicates a pulp sheet or the like. Further, in Tables 2 and 3, the SAP amount of 2.0 g for each of the first SAP layer, the second SAP layer, and the third SAP layer is approximately 177.7 g/m 2 (= (2.0 g)/((150 mm×75 mm)/1000000)).
(Production of absorbent article)
The absorbent sheet obtained above is used as the absorber, the air-through nonwoven fabric (basis weight: 25 g/m 2 ) is used as the liquid-permeable top sheet, and the air-through nonwoven fabric (basis weight: 30 g/m 2 ) is used as the second sheet. , As a three-dimensional gather, a composite nonwoven fabric (basis weight 15 g / m 2 ) in which spunbond nonwoven fabric / meltblown nonwoven fabric / spunbond nonwoven fabric is laminated is used, and as a liquid-impermeable back sheet, a breathable polyethylene sheet (basis weight 32 g / m 2 ) was used. When the top sheet, the back sheet, and the absorbent body are integrated, the top sheet and the upper surface of the absorbent body are joined using a hot-melt adhesive to produce absorbent articles of Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Examples 1 to 10. did. The dimensions of the absorbent article were 230 mm in the longitudinal direction and 90 mm in width.
[evaluation]
The absorbent articles of Examples 1 to 11 and Comparative Examples 1 to 10 obtained above were subjected to the following evaluations. Tables 2 and 3 show the evaluation results.
(Thickness of absorbent article)
The thickness of the absorbent article was measured using an ABS digimatic height gauge HDS-HC (Mitutoyo Co., Ltd.) at the central portion of the absorbent article.
(Absorption speed 3 times method)
A measuring jig having a hole with an inner diameter of 19 mm and a weight of 755.6 g was placed on the central part of the absorbent article in the longitudinal direction and the width direction, 20 ml of physiological saline was dropped from each of the upper holes, and the time was measured from the time when the physiological saline contacted the absorbent article to the end point when the liquid was completely sucked into the circumference of the jig center circle (1 second time). Then, after 3 minutes had passed, the same time was measured (second time), and the third time was measured in the same way, and the total value of the three times was obtained.
(45 degree leak test)
A 45 degree leak test was performed to see the temporary absorption of bodily fluids. Two acrylic plates of 250 mm x 400 mm x 8 mm were fixed, one horizontally and the other at an angle of 45 degrees from the horizontally placed acrylic plate. The prepared absorbent article is attached to the acrylic plate on the side inclined at 45 degrees from the horizontal. 20 mL of physiological saline was poured toward the center of the absorbent article, and it was judged as "O" if no leakage occurred from the lower side of the absorbent article, and as "X" if leakage occurred.
From the results in Table 2, it can be said that the absorbent articles of Examples 1 to 11 have a high absorption rate, good 45-degree leakage, no problem in temporary absorption, and little leakage. On the other hand, the absorbent articles of Comparative Examples 1 to 10 in Table 3 resulted in a slow absorption speed or poor 45 degree leakage, or both. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain an absorbent article that has a high absorption speed and excellent temporary absorption because gel blocking is unlikely to occur.
