Claims (5)
- リパーゼによる動植物油脂とメタノールとの間のエステル交換反応に用いられる、外部のガスを必要としないエアリフト型ループリアクターであって、
主反応器(1)、ガス循環ライン(2)、ガスポンプ(3)、ジャケット(4)、ガス注入口(5)、ガス出口(6)、ドラフトチューブ(7)、ガス流量計(8)、原料投入口(9)、および原料排出口(10)を含み、
前記エアリフト型ループリアクターの頂部の前記ガス出口(6)と底部の前記ガス注入口(5)を前記ガス循環ライン(2)により連結し、および前記ガス循環ライン(2)に前記ガスポンプ(3)を備え付けることで反応システムの内部のガスを循環動力として直接に利用し、
それによりガスが前記リアクターの頂部から流れ出した後、前記ガス循環ライン(2)を介して再び前記リアクターの底部に戻り、前記ガスポンプ(3)により再度前記リアクター内に噴射され、再び循環動力となることを特徴とする、外部のガスを必要としないエアリフト型ループリアクター。 - 前記循環動力として利用されるガスは、反応過程で生成されるガス、反応に参加するガス、および揮発性の成分からなる群から選択される1種以上のガスである、請求項1に記載のリアクター。
- 前記ガス循環ライン(2)にはバイパスガスライン(11)が接続され、前記バイパスガスライン(11)には圧力を調整する一方向弁(12)が備え付けられている、請求項1または2に記載のリアクター。
- 前記反応システム中の揮発性の成分を液体の循環動力として直接に利用する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のリアクター。
