Description
The present invention relates to a component mounting system, a component mounting method, a substrate sticking state detection device, a printing condition data creation device, and a printing machine.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a component mounting system including a printing unit that prints solder on a substrate is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The component mounting system disclosed in
On the other hand, when components are mounted on a relatively small substrate, a printing process, a component mounting process, a reflow process, and the like may be performed in a state where a plurality of substrates are attached to a jig. In this case, the position of each of the plurality of substrates attached to the jig is set in advance, and the pattern of the opening of the mask is formed in accordance with the position of the substrate set in advance and the electrode pattern on the substrate. Yes. When performing printing, the jig is moved to align the opening of the mask with the electrode patterns of the plurality of substrates. Here, it is conceivable to apply the alignment correction described in
However, when actually attaching the substrate to the jig, it is difficult to accurately attach the substrate to a predetermined position set in advance with respect to the jig, and the position of the substrate may be shifted with respect to the jig. Not a few. As described above, when the position of the substrate with respect to the jig is shifted, even if correction is performed by moving the jig based on the tendency of displacement of the electrode pattern with respect to the substrate, the position of the mask and the substrate does not match. There is a problem in that solder is printed at a position shifted from the printing position of the substrate, and as a result, printing failure occurs.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and one object of the present invention is to suppress the occurrence of printing defects when the position of the substrate with respect to the jig is shifted. A component mounting system, a component mounting method, a substrate sticking state detection device, a printing condition data creation device, and a printing machine are provided.
In order to achieve the above object, a component mounting system according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a substrate affixing unit that affixes a plurality of substrates to a jig, and a relative affixing position of each of the plurality of substrates with respect to the jig. A pasting state detection unit that detects a pasting state including, a printing condition data creation unit that creates printing condition data including positional deviation information that averages the positional deviations of all the substrates that have detected the pasting state based on the pasting state; A printing unit that prints solder on a substrate through a mask based on the printing condition data, and a component mounting device that mounts the component on the substrate on which the solder is printed. Configured to correct the position of the jig relative to the mask during printing based on the created printing condition data including positional deviation information that averages the positional deviations of all the substrates that have detected the pasting state Are, the printing condition data generating portion, so that each of the displacement of the plurality of substrates after the position of the jig with respect to the mask is corrected so as to fall within a predetermined allowable range, generates print condition data Is configured .
In the component mounting system according to the first aspect, as described above, the printing condition data is created based on the pasting state including the pasting positions of the plurality of boards with respect to the jig, whereby each of the plurality of boards is preliminarily stored. In order to move the jig so that the mask and each board are aligned, by combining the position deviation of each of the multiple substrates with respect to the jig even when they are stuck to the jig from the set position. Printing condition data can be created. By correcting the position of the jig with respect to the mask when performing printing based on the printing condition data, even when the positions of each of the plurality of substrates are deviated and stuck to the jig, the predetermined substrate Since solder can be printed on the printing position, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of printing defects. The printing condition data creation unit is configured to create printing condition data so that the positional deviations of the plurality of substrates are within a predetermined allowable range after correction. With this configuration, the jig is moved so that the positional deviation between the plurality of substrates and the mask does not cause a printing defect for all the substrates attached to the jig (within an allowable range). Printing can be performed. Thereby, generation | occurrence | production of the board | substrate used as a printing defect among the some board | substrates affixed on the jig | tool can be suppressed.
In this case, it is preferable that the printing condition data creation unit does not obtain a correction value for the position of the jig with respect to the mask so that all the positional deviations of the plurality of substrates are within a predetermined allowable range after correction. In addition, one or a plurality of substrates excluded in determining the correction value and the correction value are specified so that the positional displacement of each of the remaining substrates excluding the substrate having a large positional deviation is within a predetermined allowable range after correction. The printing condition data including the data to be created is created. With this configuration, when the positional deviation of some of the plurality of substrates is large, the positional deviation of all the substrates is within an allowable range for the remaining substrates excluding the partial substrate. A correction value of the position of the jig with respect to the mask that can be accommodated can be acquired. As a result, the displacement of as many substrates as possible can be accommodated within the allowable range, so that the number of substrates that cause printing defects can be reduced. In addition, the excluded board is out of the allowable range, resulting in a printing failure. Based on the data specifying the excluded board, the board is excluded from the component mounting target in the process downstream from the printing process. Control can be performed. This eliminates unnecessary steps such as mounting components and inspecting the printed circuit board or the mounted circuit board on defective printed boards, thereby eliminating unnecessary work time and further reducing the consumption of unnecessary parts. be able to.
In the component mounting system according to the first aspect described above, preferably, the pasting state detection unit includes a warp detection unit that detects a warp state of the substrate before printing with respect to the jig, and the printing condition data creation unit includes only the pasting position. In addition, the printing condition data is created based on the warpage state. With such a configuration, the printing process can be performed in response to the warp of the substrate that causes the printing failure, so that the occurrence of the printing failure due to the warping of the substrate can also be suppressed.
In this case, preferably, the printing machine is configured to control the speed at which the jig and the substrate are separated from the mask after printing based on the printing condition data created based on the warpage state. With this configuration, when the substrate is separated from the mask after printing, printing defects are prevented from occurring due to the substrate being rapidly separated from the mask before the warped substrate is completely separated from the mask. can do.
In the component mounting system according to the first aspect, preferably, the pasting state detection unit includes a jig before printing and an imaging unit that images the substrate, and the jig has a plurality of first position reference marks. Each of the plurality of substrates has a plurality of second position reference marks including at least one of a partial pattern in the electrode pattern on the substrate and a mark independent of the electrode pattern. Based on the positions of the first position reference mark and the second position reference mark picked up by the image pickup unit, the sticking positions of the plurality of substrates with respect to the respective jigs are detected. If comprised in this way, each position of the some board | substrate with respect to a jig | tool can be detected easily.
A component mounting method according to a second aspect of the present invention includes a step of attaching a plurality of substrates to a jig, a step of detecting an application state including a relative application position of each of the plurality of substrates to the jig, and an application A step of creating printing condition data including positional deviation information that averages the positional deviations of all the substrates that have detected the pasting state based on the state; a step of printing solder on the substrate based on the printing condition data; Mounting the component on the board after the solder is printed, and the process of printing the solder is an average of the positional deviations of all the boards detected in the pasting state created by the process of creating the printing condition data based on the print condition data including the positional displacement information, see contains a step of correcting a position of the jig relative to the mask when performing printing, the step of creating a print condition data, the position of the jig relative to the mask is the complement As each of the displacement of the plurality of substrates after being falls within a predetermined tolerance, comprising the step of creating a print condition data.
In the component mounting method according to the second aspect, as described above, the printing condition data is created based on the pasting state including the pasting positions of the plurality of boards with respect to the jig. Even when affixed to the jig with a deviation from a preset position, the position of the opening of the mask and the electrode pattern of each substrate are matched by summing the positional deviation of each of the plurality of substrates with respect to the jig. Thus, printing condition data for moving the jig can be created. By correcting the position of the jig with respect to the mask when performing printing based on this printing condition data, the electrode pattern of the board can be used even when the positions of each of the plurality of boards are affixed to the jig. Since solder can be printed thereon, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of printing defects.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a printing condition data creation device, wherein a substrate affixed to a jig based on a pasting state including a relative affixing position with respect to each jig of a plurality of substrates before solder is printed. Each of the plurality of substrates after misalignment information that averages the misalignment of all the substrates for which the pasting state has been detected when solder is printed via the mask and after the position of the jig with respect to the mask is corrected The printing condition data is created so that the positional deviation is within a predetermined allowable range .
In the printing condition data creation device according to the third aspect, as described above, each of the plurality of substrates is preset by creating the printing condition data based on the attachment positions of the plurality of substrates with respect to the respective jigs. Even when affixed to the jig out of position, the positions of the openings of the mask and the electrode patterns on the respective substrates are adjusted so that the positional deviations of the plurality of substrates relative to the jig are combined. Printing condition data for moving the tool can be created. By correcting the position of the jig with respect to the mask when performing printing based on this printing condition data, the electrode pattern of the board can be used even when the positions of each of the plurality of boards are affixed to the jig. Since solder can be printed thereon, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of printing defects.
A printing machine according to a fourth aspect of the present invention includes a printing mechanism unit and a control unit, and the control unit is created based on a pasting state including a relative pasting position of each of the plurality of substrates with respect to the jig. In addition, the positional deviation information obtained by averaging the positional deviations of all the substrates that have detected the pasting state is included , and the positional deviations of the plurality of substrates after the position of the jig with respect to the mask is corrected are within a predetermined allowable range. Based on such printing condition data, it is configured to control the printing mechanism unit so as to correct the position of the jig with respect to the mask when printing solder on the substrate affixed to the jig through the mask. Yes.
In the printing machine according to the fourth aspect, as described above, the plurality of substrates are controlled by controlling the printing mechanism unit based on the printing condition data created based on the positions of the plurality of substrates attached to the jigs. Even when each of these is attached to the jig with a deviation from a preset position, the position of the opening of the mask and the electrode pattern of each substrate are summed up with the positional deviation of each of the plurality of substrates with respect to the jig. The jig can be moved to match. In this way, by correcting the position of the jig with respect to the mask when performing printing based on the printing condition data, even when the positions of each of the plurality of substrates are shifted and pasted on the jig, the substrate Since solder can be printed on this electrode pattern, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of printing defects.

(Solder printer)
FIG. 4 is a side view showing a solder printer incorporated in the component mounting system shown in FIG. Next, the configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 4, a
The

The
In the first embodiment, an imaging unit 309 is provided between the
The
In the first embodiment, the

(Part mounting device)
FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a component mounting apparatus (surface mounter) incorporated in the component mounting system shown in FIG. Next, the structure of the component mounting apparatus (surface mounting machine) 400 will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The pair of
The
Further, the
The
Further, each

(Inspection equipment)
FIG. 6 is a plan view showing the inspection apparatus incorporated in the component mounting system shown in FIG. Next, the structure of the
As shown in FIG. 6, on the
On the
In the

FIGS. 7 to 9 are views for explaining the principle of detecting the positional deviation of the FPC with respect to the jig of the component mounting system according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Next, with reference to FIG. 2, FIG. 4 and FIGS. 7 to 9, the principle of detecting the positional deviation of the
The
Specifically, first, two electrodes located in the vicinity of the center of the
Next, the elongation (extension in the X direction or the Y direction, and further in both directions) and the angular deviation of the
Here, as shown in FIG. 9, the distance between the origin O and the point B can be expressed as in the following equation (1).
Next, the substrate simultaneous printing correction will be described. The board simultaneous printing correction is to correct the position of the
Since the positional deviations of the individual position reference marks 2a are expressed by the above formula (5), the average of the positional deviations of all the position reference marks 2a of the plurality of
Further, when all the positional deviations of the position reference marks 2a after correcting the position of the

Further, in the first embodiment, as described above, the correction value of the position of the
Further, in the first embodiment, as described above, the print condition correction data is created based on not only the
In the first embodiment, as described above, when the
In the first embodiment, as described above, based on the position of the
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 17 is a system diagram showing an overall configuration of a component mounting system according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In the second embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, an example in which an application
As shown in FIG. 17, in the

Next, with reference to FIG. 13, a sticking state detection operation of the sticking
In the pasting
Further, the solder printer 300a receives the printing process correction data from the
The effect of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment.
The embodiment disclosed this time should be considered as illustrative in all points and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is shown not by the above description of the embodiments but by the scope of claims for patent, and further includes all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of claims for patent.
For example, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment described above, the present invention is applied to the case where the
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the example in which the
Moreover, although the example which performed the detection of the sticking state in the solder printer was shown in the said 1st Embodiment, this invention is not restricted to this, You may detect the sticking state in a board | substrate sticking apparatus. Further, the correction data (operation condition data, for example) of the production program of each device may not be the same device as the device that detects the pasting state. For example, the sticking state data is transmitted to the
Further, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment described above, when detecting the FPC position shift, the FPC angle shift is converted into the X and Y shifts and the simultaneous printing correction process is calculated. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the simultaneous printing correction process may be calculated without converting the FPC angle deviation into the XY direction deviation. Thereby, more accurate correction can be performed.
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the example in which the
Note that the print inspection apparatus may be combined with the
Further, in these cases, the print inspection apparatus and the component mounting state inspection apparatus may be controlled to exclude a predetermined FPC from the inspection target based on the inspection stop data, similarly to the
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, an example in which each device is integrated and controlled by the
Further, in the first embodiment and the second embodiment, when simultaneous printing correction cannot be performed, the FPC having the largest positional deviation is excluded from the mounting target. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the warpage of the FPC is predetermined. If the value is larger than the specified value, the FPC may be controlled to be excluded from the mounting target.
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, when simultaneous printing correction cannot be performed, the FPC having the largest misalignment is excluded from the mounting target. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the FPC before printing is excluded. Based on the captured image, the presence / absence of dust, dust, and electrode pattern defects may be detected on the FPC, and the dust, dust, and electrode pattern defects may be excluded from mounting targets when they exceed an allowable limit.
In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, even when there is an FPC to be excluded from the mounting target, an example is shown in which the FPC is directly attached to the jig until the inspection process. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and when there is an FPC to be excluded from the mounting target, the user may be notified by a warning sound or a warning display on the display unit, and the user may be removed.
