Description
すなわち、粒度を調整したクリンカアッシュに上記種々の繊維質材の一種又は2種以上を組み合わせて投入し、これを所定時間練り合わせた後に、これにベントナイト、及び水を添加して再度練り合わせて製造したことを特徴としている。また、練り合わせたベントナイトは、十分に膨潤させていることを特徴としている。
[本骨材の性質]
まず、骨材の一つとして従来の砂に代えて、比重が約3分の1のクリンカアッシュを採用しているため、骨材としての全体の重量が軽くなっている。
[本骨材の製造方法]
[本骨材を用いた本モルタルについて]
(1)流動性の向上、長距離圧送性に優れる
(2)材料分離の発生抑制、及びブリーディングの発生防止
この結果、独立気泡の合体や消泡に起因する材料分離が抑制され、ブリーディングの発生も防止される。さらには、圧送時においても多数の独立気泡の存在が維持されるため、所謂ベアリング効果が低下せずに流動性にも優れる。
Claims (7)
- 繊維質材と、クリンカアッシュと、ベントナイトと、水と、を混合してなることを特徴とする充填用モルタルの骨材。
- 繊維質材7〜9重量%と、クリンカアッシュ50〜60重量%と、ベントナイト3〜5重量%と、及び水25〜40重量%と、を混合してなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の充填用モルタルの骨材。
- 繊維質材が、植物繊維質、動物繊維質、化学繊維質、又は無機繊維質からなる質材の1種又は2種以上を組み合わせて粒状、細片状、小片状、又は破砕片状にした物であることを特徴とする請求項1、又は2記載の充填用モルタルの骨材。
- 粒度を調整したクリンカアッシュに繊維質材を投入して練り合わせた後に、
ベントナイト、及び水を添加して再度練り合わせて製造したことを特徴とする充填用モルタルの骨材の製造方法。 - クリンカアッシュと繊維質材との練り合わせにおいて、繊維質材から繊維が分離して、クリンカアッシュの粒子間に進入して粒子と絡み合うまで練り合わせたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の充填用モルタルの骨材の製造方法。
- ベントナイトと水との添加において、ベントナイトの添加後にベントナイト全体へ均等添加となるように水を散布したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の充填用モルタルの骨材の製造方法。
- ベントナイトと水との添加において、予め両者を混合してベントナイト混合水溶液として添加することを特徴とする請求項4記載の充填用モルタルの骨材の製造方法。
