Claims (5)
- 水平方向に複数積層された単電池を有するとともに単電池積層方向両端のうち一端側に配管(11)が設けられてなる燃料電池(1)と、前記燃料電池(1)を所定の基台(68)上で支持する支持部材(15A〜15C)と、を備える燃料電池搭載構造体であって、
前記燃料電池(1)は、複数積層された単電池を有する燃料電池本体(3)と、この燃料電池本体(3)を収納する燃料電池ケース(2)と、を備え、
前記支持部材(15A〜15C)は、前記燃料電池本体(3)を収納した前記燃料電池ケース(2)を前記基台(68)上に配置した場合における側面のうち重心(G)に最も近い前記配管(11)側の側面近傍において2点で前記燃料電池ケース(2)を支持するとともに、前記重心に最も近い側面に対向する前記配管(11)と反対側の側面近傍において1点で前記燃料電池ケース(2)を支持するように構成されてなる、
燃料電池搭載構造体。 - 前記燃料電池(1)は、前記単電池を複数積層して構成した燃料電池スタック(7)を複数列有するとともに、これら燃料電池スタック(7)を単電池積層方向両端から挟持する一対のエンドプレート(22A、22B)を有し、少なくとも前記配管(11)側に配置された前記エンドプレート(22A)は、前記燃料電池スタック(7)の端部を複数列まとめて覆うように形成されてなる、
請求項1に記載の燃料電池搭載構造体。 - 前記支持部材(15A〜15C)は、前記配管(11)側において複数列の前記燃料電池スタック(7)からなるスタック列の境界付近を除く位置に配置されてなる、
請求項2に記載の燃料電池搭載構造体。 - 前記支持部材(15A〜15C)は、前記配管(11)側において前記エンドプレート(22A)の両端近傍の位置に配置されてなる、
請求項2又は3に記載の燃料電池搭載構造体。 - 前記支持部材(15A〜15C)は、前記燃料電池ケース(2)の外側に設けられて前記燃料電池ケース(2)の底板の下面を前記基台(68)上で支持するケース支持部材(66)と、前記燃料電池ケース(2)の底板の上面に設けられて前記燃料電池本体(3)を前記燃料電池ケース(2)上で支持する電池支持部材(65)と、を含み、前記ケース支持部材(66)が前記電池支持部材(65)の鉛直方向下方に配置されてなる、
請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の燃料電池搭載構造体。
