約100nmの一次粒径を有するシリカナノ粒子(100mg)を50℃の濃度(10mg/ml)に調製したPLLA(数平均分子量27000)、PDLA(数平均分子量28000)それぞれのアセトニトリル溶液(10ml)に交互に浸漬(それぞれ3回(6ステップ))することにより、シリカナノ粒子表面上にステレオコンプレックス化を駆動力としてポリ乳酸ステレオコンプレックス超薄膜(厚さ20nm)を形成させた。なお、PLLA溶液またはPDLA溶液からのシリカ粒子の取り出しは、遠心分離(1000rpm,50℃)を5分間行うことにより行った。
平均一次粒径約2μmの多孔性シリカ粒子に、モデル薬物として蛍光物質ローダミン6Gを担持させた(担持量 シリカ重量に対して約5wt%程度)。
テンプレートとしてのシリカ粒子として、平均一次粒径約100nm、200nm、400nmの3種類を使用した以外、実施例1のポリ乳酸中空粒子製造と同様にして、ポリ乳酸中空粒子を作製した。
Claims (4)
- 直径がナノメートルオーダーからマイクロメートルオーダーであり、長さが直径の2〜250倍であるチューブ状の中空を有し、ポリ乳酸ステレオコンプレックス膜をシェルとすることを特徴とするポリ乳酸チューブ。
- 交互積層法により調製したポリ乳酸ステレオコンプレックス中空粒子が凝集して形成された、請求項1に記載のポリ乳酸チューブ。
- 交互積層法が;
ポリL乳酸(PLLA)とポリD乳酸(PDLA)の溶液に、シリカ粒子を交互に浸漬し、シリカ粒子表面上にポリ乳酸ステレオコンプレックス膜を形成させる工程、および
該コンプレックス膜の形成されたシリカ粒子をフッ化水素酸(HF)水溶液に浸漬し、シリカ粒子の除去を行う工程、
からなる、請求項2に記載のポリ乳酸チューブ。 - シリカ粒子の一粒子に対して担持させることができる物質の量の2〜250倍の量を内包する、請求項3に記載のポリ乳酸チューブ。
