Claims (14)
- 被冷却媒体を冷媒で冷却する冷凍サイクルシステムであって、
冷媒を圧縮する複数の圧縮機と、
この複数の圧縮機で圧縮された冷媒を冷却して凝縮する凝縮器と、
この凝縮器で凝縮された冷媒を受け入れる受液器と、
この受液器からの冷媒を膨張して冷却する膨張機構と、
この膨張機構で冷却された冷媒を被冷却媒体で蒸発し、前記複数の圧縮機に供給する冷媒を生成する蒸発器と、
前記複数の圧縮機のうち低圧側の圧縮機と高圧側の圧縮機の間に設けられ、前記低圧側の圧縮機からの冷媒を前記膨張機構からの冷媒で冷却することで前記高圧側の圧縮機に供給する冷媒を生成する中間冷却器とを備え、
前記中間冷却器は、さらに、前記膨張機構からの冷媒で被冷却媒体を冷却していることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。 - 請求項1記載の冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて、
前記中間冷却器は、前記高圧側の圧縮機に供給するための冷媒が前記高圧側の圧縮機に吸入されるときに飽和温度に近づくように、前記低圧側の圧縮機からの冷媒を冷却していることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。 - 請求項1記載の冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて、
前記中間冷却器は、前記低圧側の圧縮機からの冷媒を前記膨張機構からの冷媒と直接接触して冷却していることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。 - 請求項1記載の冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて、

前記中間冷却器は、更に、前記中間冷却器内に溜まった液相冷媒を前記低圧側の圧縮機からの冷媒に対して噴霧するノズルを備えることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。 - 請求項5記載の冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて、
前記中間冷却器は、前記ノズルの下方に設けられた充填物を備えることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。 - 請求項7記載の冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて、
前記充填物は、浸潤性ハニカムで形成されていることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。 - 請求項1記載の冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて、
前記中間冷却器から前記高圧側の圧縮機に向かって排出される冷媒の飽和度は80%以上であることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。 - 請求項1記載の冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて、
前記中間冷却器から前記高圧側の圧縮機に向かって排出される冷媒の飽和温度は、前記高圧側の圧縮機の吸入側の圧力に対する飽和温度に10℃加えた温度以下であることを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステム。 - 請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の冷凍サイクルシステムを備えることを特徴とする天然ガス液化設備。
- 請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の冷凍サイクルシステムを備えることを特徴とするヒートポンプシステム。
- 冷媒を圧縮する複数の圧縮機と、
この複数の圧縮機で圧縮された冷媒を冷却して凝縮する凝縮器と、
この凝縮器で凝縮された冷媒を受け入れる受液器と、
この受液器からの冷媒を膨張して冷却する膨張機構と、
この膨張機構で冷却された冷媒を被冷却媒体で蒸発し、前記複数の圧縮機に供給する冷媒を生成する蒸発器とを備える冷凍サイクルシステムに対し、
前記複数の圧縮機のうち低圧側の圧縮機と高圧側の圧縮機の間に設けられ、前記低圧側の圧縮機からの冷媒を前記膨張機構からの冷媒で冷却することで前記高圧側の圧縮機に供給する冷媒を生成し、さらに、前記膨張機構からの冷媒で被冷却媒体を冷却する中間冷却器を追設することを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステムの改造方法。 - 請求項13記載の冷凍サイクルシステムにおいて、
前記蒸発器で蒸発した冷媒を前記複数の圧縮機に供給する配管に設けられ、前記中間冷却器で冷却された冷媒と前記蒸発器からの冷媒とを混合することで前記高圧側の圧縮機に供給する冷媒を生成する混合器を更に追設することを特徴とする冷凍サイクルシステムの改造方法。
