Description

Claims (7)
- 左心室拡張を低減させ、僧帽弁不全症を軽減するための人工的左心室腱索において、
少なくとも一つの心室横断テザー構造体であって、心臓の左心室内の少なくとも一つの乳頭筋に装着するための第1および第2のクリップを有し、第1のクリップは第1の乳頭筋に装着するための穿通要素を有するとともに、第1の縫糸フィラメントの第1端に固定されており、第2のクリップは第2の乳頭筋に装着するための穿通要素を有するとともに、第2の縫糸フィラメントの第1端に固定されている、心室横断テザー構造体を備え、
第1の縫糸フィラメントおよび第2の縫糸フィラメントには、結び目またはクリップによる接合を形成して前記心室横断テザー構造体の長さを最適な心室横断距離に調節するための固定要素が装着されており、
前記人工的左心室腱索は、カテーテル装置を経由し経皮的に送達される、人工的左心室腱索。 - 前記結び目またはクリップによる接合は、前記人工的左心室腱索の長さが、留置後および使用中に、前記乳頭筋の異なる部分間の距離を調整することにより心臓の心室寸法を調整するように、繰り返し調整することができる、請求項1に記載の人工的左心室腱索。
- 左心室拡張を低減させ、僧帽弁不全症を軽減するための人工的左心室腱索を有するガイドカテーテルであって、
管腔を有する長尺状構造体と、同管腔内に配置された少なくとも一つの心室横断テザー構造体とを備え、
前記心室横断テザー構造体は、心臓の左心室内の少なくとも一つの乳頭筋に装着するための第1および第2のクリップを有し、
第1のクリップは第1の乳頭筋に装着するための穿通要素を有するとともに、第1の縫糸フィラメントの第1端に固定されており、第2のクリップは第2の乳頭筋に装着するための穿通要素を有するとともに、第2の縫糸フィラメントの第1端に固定されており、
第1の縫糸フィラメントおよび第2の縫糸フィラメントには、結び目またはクリップによる接合を形成して前記心室横断テザー構造体の長さを最適な心室横断距離に調節するための固定要素が装着されており、
前記人工的左心室腱索は、カテーテル装置を経由し経皮的に送達される、ガイドカテーテル。 - 左心房と右心房との間の心房中隔に開口を形成するため、前記カテーテル装置により配置される針状メスをさらに備える、請求項3に記載のガイドカテーテル。
- 前記クリップが前記ガイドカテーテルを介して前進されるに先立って、縫糸フィラメントを前記クリップに固定するためのクリップ付与装置をさらに備える、請求項3に記載のガイドカテーテル。
- 前記ガイドカテーテルを介する処置ツールをさらに備え、同処置ツールは操縦可能なチップを有する、請求項3に記載のガイドカテーテル。
- 前記結び目またはクリップによる接合は、前記人工的左心室腱索の長さが、留置後および使用中に、前記乳頭筋の異なる部分間の距離を調整することにより心臓の心室寸法を調整するように、繰り返し調整することができる、請求項3に記載のガイドカテーテル。
